Crystal was my day-of coordinator and she was great! She took over 30 days out from the wedding date and brought me so much peace of mind. She is also down to Earth and just a real person and relatable. She made sure everything went well during the rehearsal and the day of the wedding. She timed the ceremony perfectly, she had drinks ready for us when we came back down the aisle (which was one of my favorite moments of the night), she brought me back to the party when she saw I got stuck outside saying goodbye to people which I was so grateful for, and she made sure our final exit was a dream. I could not be happier with Crystal and the services she provided for me and my husband :)
One of the best wedding decisions we made was booking Crystal Clear Coordination to be our day of wedding coordinator. Crystal was always incredibly communicative, kind, and professional. My husband and I were wedding planning from out of state, and Crystal was so accommodating of our out of state needs, and we are so grateful for that! From the start, it was clear - Crystal Clear, one could say - that she would be a trustworthy, hands-on coordinator. After our final meeting before the wedding, Crystal handled all communications with all other vendors, making our week before the wedding stress-free. Crystal clearly communicated the ceremony plan to our families and wedding party at the rehearsal. On wedding day, Crystal handled all wedding problems promptly, kept the wedding on schedule, and put together our entire reception setup, including the centerpieces, flawlessly. To anyone looking for a wedding coordinator, there is a crystal clear choice! We cannot recommend Crystal Clear Coordination highly enough!
