Crystal Coach Limousines

The crystal coach limousine service was fantastic. They are very professional. I called over 25 companies in the Seattle area and they were the best deal. The party bus we used was clean, amazing, the driver was flexible and professional and we had a wonderful time. We have several events coming up and we will be using them again.

Our driver Michael was great. Due to the weather, our plans changed before the ceremony but Michael was easy going and went with the flow. The hummer limo we rented was great and I would definitely use Crystal Coach again.

If I could give zero stars I would. My now husband and I used 'A Crystal Coach' for our May 2012 wedding. We scheduled 2 limos to pick up the groom/groomsmen and me/bridesmaids to get to the ceremony. They were 45 minutes late to pick me and the bridesmaids up. I'm convinced that our driver had never driven a limo and had certainly never driven downtown (or at least done research on the roads beforehand). Our driver talked to my sister-in-law day-of when she called him to check in on where he was at. She is the sweetest girl and he gave her attitude. He clearly had not accounted for traffic at that time of day in Seattle. He was completely unfriendly and unapologetic when he arrived and didn't know where the Mercer entrance was to get to I5 (we were 3 blocks from it). Even with one of my bridesmaids giving him directions to the ceremony, he missed the turn for the church, costing us another 10 minutes. Luckily we made it to the ceremony on time since we originally had wanted to get the church an hour early for more pictures. The driver of my husband and my town car was gracious and friendly. The cars being late day-of caused my husband a lot of unnecessary stress on a day that should have gone smoothly for him. They comped us a limo (driven by the same unfriendly driver my bridesmaids and I rode with) to get from the reception to our hotel that night but that hardly makes up for the stress they put us through on our wedding day. Do not use A Crystal Coach.

We rented a Party Limo-Bus for 2 hours to drive our bridal party around for pictures. We had an blast and the bus was perfect! They were great because you did not have to rent them for a min. set of time but only for the time we needed. We LOVE that! We also had a limo come take us from the ceremony to the reception...what other limo service sends two different cars for a total of 3 broken up hours?
