Crystal is phenomenal! we loved working with her. She's super accessible and easy to work with. She was in the mix and had a front row to all of the major aspects of our wedding bu...
t blended into the background. I felt so comfortable having her in all of the intimate, vulnerable moments. She commanded our large families with grace and a sense of humor and used all of the tools at her disposal, inviting our friends and family to help capture the moments and keep the babies attention, etc. She was amazing! hire her!
Crystal and Zoe were AMAZING. Leading up to our wedding, they helped us think through details so that our wedding would be exactly what we wanted, and so that their photos would re...
ally capture the day. The photos are truly outstanding-- they're gorgeous representations of many of the happiest moments of our wedding. They also - and we can't stress this enough - made it SO COMFORTABLE to be photographed all day, which isn't something either of us is usually very good at. We loved the process of working with them, and we're obsessed with their photos. Can't recommend them enough!
We had such a great experience with Crystal as our wedding photographer. We met with several others but knew right away after meeting Crystal that she was it. She has a warm and co...
mfortable vibe and her photography is incredible! She works magic with light and movement. We did an engagement session in and around her studio space (an airy loft in minneapolis). We had such a blast and it became clear how much she truly loves what she does. For our wedding, she provided a questionnaire to make sure she didn't miss anything, and she was so good at getting our unruly family together in a timely fashion so we could get back to enjoying the day. I was amazed at how infrequently I noticed her after the group photos, which also helped me be able to enjoy the day without feeling like I was being watched! If you're looking for a chill, professional, talented wedding photographer, look no further.
We hired Crystal and her counterpart, Zoe Prinds-Flash (Crystal + Zoe), to photograph our wedding and we could not be happier. All of the photos they took were excellent, but it i...
s the candid photos that we especially love. I hate posing for photos and always feel super awkward, so it was great to have someone there to just capture the day and all of its funny and beautiful moments as they unfolded. I'm also so glad we had two photographers--they were able to capture the different angles at key moments and it has made for great photo album assembling. We're still trying to decide which photos to enlarge and put in an album because we love them all so much.
Crystal was amazing- she met with me and got a sense of what I wanted for our wedding images. She was professional and unobtrusive on the day of the wedding. The images so far have...
been better than I could imagine. Crystal caught the love and beauty of our hearts as we entered into this sacred union. She caught the love and support of our family and friends. I can hardly wait to see the rest of the images. I HIGHLY recommend her. She is an artist.
Crystal was an awesome photographer for our wedding! She arrived at the hotel where I was getting ready, and then joined the wedding party in a limo as we went around Minneapolis ...
for various landmark wedding shots. She had a lot of great ideas, was open to shots that we wanted to do too, and had a very friendly, warm personality as well. She stayed until the band's break time, and the "sneak peek" set of about 20 photos she's shared with us already look amazing! I can't wait to see the rest of the photographs!
Crystal is an excellent photographer as well as my neighbor. First, Crystal and my soon to be husband and I met to talk about style and pricing. We decided on her basic package t...
hat included an engagement session, wedding photos, and rights to the photos. She took beautiful engagement photos all over Saint Paul: Snuffy's Malt Shop, Rasperry Island, a secluded forest near a Community Center, and at the house. Although I was nervous about being in front of the camera, Crystal calmed my fears instantly. She was able to get both of us to smile genuinely and absolutely love the experience. At the wedding, Crystal scouted out beautiful backdrops including a willow tree, bridges, and lake shore. The photos were like a dream - the light was perfect, the colors were brilliant, and the focus was just right. The day after the wedding, Crystal posted preview photos for us to share with our family and friends - so beautiful! I cannot thank Crystal enough for capturing the photos in such an amazing way. She has a calming presence and was a delight to work with. Her photographs are fantastic. I highly recommend her!
