Crystal Moments Event Planning

We got lucky finding Crystal Moments. Our reception venue required us to have a day-of coordinator for our wedding, and we didn't know where to start. We met Lauren at a convention, and were amazed that she offered varying levels of event planning, including a "month-of" package. Lauren saved us so much time and stress, from coordinating with the vendors leading up to our big day, providing some decor/props that we didn't have to buy, and setting EVERYTHING up the day of our wedding at the venue. She even had so many wonderful timeline suggestions. Best of all, she was so down to earth, responsive, and her services reasonably priced! Lauren came with an assistant the day of our wedding to help out since we had ~200 guests. Crystal Moments price was by far the best around for this type of service and their suggestions saved us money on other items. Thank you, Lauren!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren and her team with Crystal Moments. From creating our timeline, coordinating our vendors, helping decorate & with tear down, making sure my husband & I were fed & always had a drink in our hand and best of all ensuring our day went off without a hitch, hiring Lauren was by far one of the best decisions we made. Lauren was great to work with! We met her at a a wedding expo last October and quickly felt very comfortable with her and knew we wanted to work with her! We chose the full event planning option and I’m so glad we did because we had no idea where to really even begin. She did a great job of keeping us on track over the next year to not only ensure we weren’t falling behind in the planning process but to also make sure we weren’t overwhelming ourselves with too much at once. Throughout the planning process there were so many little details that we didn’t think of that Lauren did which we were very grateful for. On the day of the wedding, her and her team were amazing and made sure our day went smoothly and our vision came to life! Lauren is amazing to work with! We met her at a KC Engaged Wedding Show, and we are so thankful we found her. From helping us create our timeline to making sure we had everything we needed during our big day, she does it all!
