ls, texts, voice-mails and Instagram messages without one single response. Our photos were gorgeous, and I'm sure our wedding video is too. But we haven't recieved it! A breach of contract and downright unprofessional. We are beyond disappointed that after 1.5 years, we still don't have what we clearly paid for in our package. Off to small claims court we'll go! :( ‐-------------------------- Crystal was so professional from start to finish. We connected immediately over the phone and it was an easy decision based on their gorgeous work. We met before the wedding to scout photo locations, so in the day of the wedding, no time was wasted. Crystal and her team were phenomenal, they were invisible during the ceremony (not distracting and in your face). They were very kind to our family and friends as well. They even helped us with our photo booth since our app wasn't working. Our photos were everything I could have dreamed they would be. Thank you, Crystal and team!
