**SCAMMER ALERT** Crystal Petals CANNOT be trusted! They are trying to pass themselves off as a legitimate floral design company but they are clearly fraudulently creating contract...s without delivering. We had a terrible experience for our wedding. They promised all sorts of things (and it was in writing within the contract) but delivered only a fraction of what we contractually agreed upon.
The bridal bouquet was nothing like what we discussed. The bridesmaids let us know after the wedding that they had to return it twice before it was given to the bride because the white roses were brown and wilted. The end result wasn’t much better but we had to get the show on the road. It was supposed to be a full 18-inch cascading bouquet from our mockup trial, but what I got was three white roses with weeds mixed in. We’re not superficial people or placed much significance on the floral aspect of the wedding but the bouquet was literally embarrassing to the point where we had to tell a lot of our friends/family that we didn’t pick it out. It’s also hard to find pictures of that day without seeing a cheap/tacky looking bouquet.
Each of our 16 tables was supposed to have three vases with floating candles with three suspended roses in each, and real greenery. We made it clear we did not want anything fake. Instead, there were only two vases per table, no roses, and fake greenery…yet, we were still charged for what we were supposed to have. We also purchased flowers and candles for the cake table that were completely missing. The corsages for our mothers fell apart within minutes (no exaggeration).
The florist never mentioned any of these issues and still planned to charge us full price. We knew they dropped the ball on some things like the bouquet/corsages but once we got a chance to see the wedding photos and video, we saw all the missing items that we had paid for. When we initially confronted Narda about the discrepancies, she refunded a small amount for the bouquet and candles. However, when we went through the contract and mockup design, we itemized everything and found another $700 that should’ve been owed to us. She refused to return it, claiming we had already accepted the first refund (essentially saying “too late, you already excepted before realizing how much I should be refunding”). Since then, she has gone completely unresponsive so we are having to escalate things as this is
This is straight-up theft. Narda stole money from us and the fact that she charged taxes on over $1,200 worth of items/services that were never provided is also illegal. We have proof of everything, including contracts, emails, photos, and videos. The bouquet and table decor looked so bad that it’s been hard for us to search through the photos of that day in order to post a few that don’t make our wedding decor look tacky. It was embarrassing and heartbreaking. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
