Crystal Rose Catering & Special Events Solution

Bert and his team did a great job with our September wedding! Bert crafted a menu that was exactly our style and delicious, all while accommodating dietary restrictions. One of his team members made sure that we, the bride and groom, had access to the appetizers by bringing them to us upon arrival and during pictures and also plated our meals for us without skipping a beat. The bartenders were so friendly and great as well! Thank you CRC!

Bert was fantastic to work with for our wedding. We picked him for our wedding at Historic Stonebrook Farm, where he had done many events. It was a breeze to work with him. He left us feeling very confident in our event, and not worried about a single detail. The food was absolutely delicious, and we have received so many compliments about how good it was. His team at Crystal Rose Catering were phenomenal and so friendly. It was a very pleasant experience and I'm so happy we chose them for our wedding.

Although I had my doubts after signing the contract with Crystal Rose Catering, they did come through with a wonderful display of everything they had promised. My husband and I had a buffet style affair, but chose to be served so although I didn't see the selection, the food we received on our plates was everything we expected it to be. Bert was also very helpful in working with our venue, letting us know how many people he had seen sit comfortably at one table, where to place everything in the space, etc.

Our wedding was in a rustic barn on a "friend of a friends" property. The barn was an empty canvas in which we needed to fill for our special day. The owners of the property recommended Crystal Rose, as they had catered a few events for them in the barn before. I was thrilled not to have to look any further after our first meeting with Bert and Tiffany! They are pleasant, friendly, professional, and pay an impeccable attention to detail. I was very pleased with them throughout the entire planning process. Both Bert and Tiffany communicated thoroughly and answered questions promptly through email or phone calls. (We all know how important communication is!) My father and I were invited to another event they were catering prior to our wedding, just so we could taste the food and see them in action ;) I wish I could post pictures here to show how perfect every detail looked that day!! Bert and the Crystal Rose crew were professional, efficient and so helpful throughout our wedding day. If ever there was a slight change of plan or question about a detail, they approached me quietly for my "wish" and made it happen!!
