As a 2020 couple, our wedding planning process was very stressful and proved how important it is to hire the right team. Paul checked on us regularly and answered any and all questions we had along the way. With many of our guests unable to attend in person, Paul researched, presented options and executed a live stream of our ceremony. I had expressed interest in his drone, Paul thought to capture that footage during our rehearsal day due to the threat of bad weather for our wedding day. Yes, he even attended our rehearsal to make sure everything was ready for day of. On our wedding day, Crystal Ship was prompt and professional. We were very nervous and emotional but they were always so cool and calm. They captured many moments that we will treasure forever. Even after the wedding, he kept us informed on their progress. The final product exceeded our expectations! The scene selections and music were perfect. We have received so many compliments on our highlight video. Paul was even willing to deliver our finished full disc, 4K blu-ray with a custom disc cover. We will forever be thankful to Crystal Ship Productions for being a part of our wedding day!

e would regret it if we didn't. So we came up with a budget and Paul was very accommodating. As the days approached he would ask if there was anything we had questions about and kept in contact monthly. Our ceremony was outside and he wanted to make sure he knew the area so he came to our rehearsal (in the pouring rain) to scope out the area. The day of our wedding was windy so his drone didn't get the best footage of Neds Point (our ceremony site) so Paul went back to get drone footage to incorporate in the opening part of our video. Two days after the wedding we already received a call from Paul stating he was starting to work on our video. THREE WEEKS later we had our wedding video in hand and we aren't disappointed at all. I am so over joyed that we hired Paul to film one of the most important days of our lives. If your looking for a videographer do yourself a favor and hire Crystalships and you won't be disappointed at all!

Paul worked with me to come up with a hypothetical package for me one what I forecasted I could potentially afford. Each month Paul checked in with me on my wedding planning without pushing for an answer if I was going to use him. As we got closer to the day I started adding additional features and taking some away. Paul was always patient, kind, accommodating, and informative. Another standout about Crystal Ship Productions was that we would receive a final video that would be around 1hr-1.5hrs as opposed to many videographers that only give you a 15min-40min final product. I know it is cliché but - the whole day whipped by. If it wasn't for the video we would have missed so much. It is now 1.5 months since the wedding and we have watched our video 4 times. We can't wait to pull out the video on every anniversary to relive our special day. Thank you Paul and Crystal Ship Productions! We definitely made the right decision choosing you!

ideo. He would send email updates checking in on planning monthly and allows you to make updates to your proposal (which I had to since my venue ended up changing amongst other things I've changed). I literally asked for the important stuff and that's what I got. Our video is amazing and forever memorable. Paul attends the rehearsal to get an idea of the setting to know where to place cameras, speak with the officiant, and take care of everything he needs. Paul goes above and beyond to make his clients happy. I definitely recommend Paul and his team.

He even went out of his way to give us a full wedding video from one of his previous weddings that he thought fit the style we had requested so we could watch it before we booked him. Paul even delivered the sample video to us while we were out running errands one day. We booked him immediately after watching the video and I'm glad we did. Throughout the entire wedding planning he was so quick to respond to my emails and calls, usually within an hour of me contacting him. We loved how thorough he was with everything. Paul went to the wedding rehearsal so he could get an idea of filming for the day of the wedding. He definitely puts a lot of time and thought into his work. And when the wedding day came he was awesome. Whenever I requested something for filming he said "whatever you want." Paul did a great job of getting the best footage and all while barely being noticed. And to finish off he kept me up-to-date on the editing process and we had the final edited wedding video within 3 weeks and again he personally delivered it to our house.
