Many brides say they're thrilled when the wedding process / planning ends, because of how stressful it can be, but I'm a bit sad it's over because I didn't have that experience - in part to you and the CV team. emails, and phone calls, Crystal Vase Florist was by far the best choice. They were incredibly willing to work within our budget and never tried to overcharge simply because it was a wedding. There was no enormous minimum spend requirement, which immediately set them apart. They listened carefully, responded promptly to all of our questions and ideas, and were genuinely collaborative throughout the entire process. They welcomed our inspiration photos, shared ideas of their own, and allowed us to make changes along the way as our plans evolved. Their flexibility and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind. When one of our personal vases broke at the last minute, they went above and beyond by allowing us to rent a replacement at a very reasonable price—something we truly appreciated during an already stressful moment. The final floral arrangements were beautiful, thoughtful, and exactly what we envisioned. Crystal and her staff took our vague descriptions and turned them into EXACTLY the perfect arrangements the bride was looking for! The bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres were gorgeous, the table flowers and greenery were stunning. The cake -- wow!!! To top it off, two days before the wedding, we called in a panic because we forgot to order rose petals for the tables! Crystal and her team were completely unflappable, assured us all would be well and it was. The team at Crystal Vase are exceptionally professional, organized, thorough and very experienced. More importantly, they are friendly, caring and treat their clients like family. They want perfection for their brides and it shows in every aspect. I cannot say enough positive things about Crystal and her team. They are fantastic, and if I could rate them 1,000 stars, I would. I highly recommend Crystal and her team!!
