I absolutely loved working with CRU Studio for my hair and make up! Rilie was an absolute dream to work with, and she did SUCH an incredible job on my hair and makeup, my mom's hai...
r and makeup, and bridesmaids' hair and makeup! She made all of us feel very comfortable, especially with each one of us having different comfortability with make up! CRU also did a great job at communicating with myself throughout the planning process as well!
CRU hair & makeup for my wedding was incredible! We utilized the engagement photos as an opportunity to do our trial, & it was exceptional! Michelle & Riley were our artists on the...
wedding day & ended up finishing everyone’s makeup & hair within the timeframe we needed & the makeup/hair held exceptionally well throughout the next 8+ hours! Highly recommend CRU Studio
I wish I could give a higher review of Cru Studio, but unfortunately they missed the mark for me as a business. Please note that our hair and make up stylists, Megan and Nico, were...
FANTASTIC! They did bridal hair and make up for our wedding and it was absolutely stunning. However, the company as whole was very difficult to work with. Communication was very much lacking and they were incredibly hard to get in contact with. I received charges without an invoice or receipt and when I tried to get in contact to with them to figure out the charges, it took weeks to get a reply. I sent multiple emails, left voicemails, and texted the text line. The service from their contracted stylists is incredible, but I'd recommend just booking someone directly instead of going through Cru Studio unfortunately.
Super well done makeup! Loved that they would come to me for the trial as well! Riley really listened and cared about me getting exactly what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable...
and didn’t make me feel like I would be offending her if I didn’t like what she did. I also showed her a bunch of inspiration photos and she knew how to combine all of them. I also needed extensions so the owner had me send pictures of my hair and she was able to send me a link of the extensions she recommends and it was perfect!
Rilie did my hair and make up for my wedding day and did an amazing job. I do not wear every day make up, so it was incredibly important that I still looked and felt myself and she...

. They were super affordable and really communicative in the whole booking process which was such a relief.
Rilie did my hair and I loved it. She knocked out 10 hairstyles in 5 hours and everyone loved their hair. I was so grateful she did my hair and it did not move for the 10+ hours of the day.

I loved it. She seriously was the best. She even made it to our place without problem (we had some crazy directions and even crazier steep driveway). I recommend her a million times over.
Kate was also incredibly helpful and communicated with me regarding scheduling, booking, payment, how it worked, and everything else every step of the way! She was an amazing resource and without her I would have struggled like crazy with planning being in a different state. She made the process so seamless and I can't thank her enough for that!
Riley is absolutely amazing.

Rilie did an amazing job on my elopement hair/makeup. I did not have a trial, but I spoke with her a few weeks prior. She listened to my requests, came prepared, and I was happy with the result. My hair was stunning!

was very responsive and easy to work with. They made every decision easy and made sure it was right for my bridesmaids and me. The only issue was a miscommunication between a different makeup artist and the company. I ended up having to pay last minute for the company's miscommunication to ensure I had a secondary artist for my wedding or risk her not showing up. The artist who did show up did a fantastic job though and I do not want to take away from the skill of the artists! Both women did wonderful jobs and I would gladly hire them again!
Picking someone to do your hair and makeup for your wedding day is a daunting task. I was able to touch base with Cru Studio and they helped put my mind at ease. I was able to vi...
ew available stylist profiles and choose who I would want to have on the day of. I chose Lita for both my hair and makeup. During my trial, I was impressed as she is very talented! I had the joy of meeting Tia and Renee on my wedding day. All three individuals (Lita, Tia, and Renee) brought joy to getting ready. They were timely, had positive attitudes, and helped set the tone for the day. My hair and makeup turned out exactly as I wanted. My girls, mom, mother in law, and sister in law also looked stunning! All of our hair and makeup held up well all day long. Very impressed! Thank you, Lita, Tia, and Renee!

. 5hours. Everyone said that I looked stunning and that was surely helped by her wonderful hair and makeup work! I would 100% book with them again!
Also, Cru has outstanding communication and was even able to add services 48 hours before the event when one of my other vendors ended up sick. Now, they probably don't want to do that all the time, but I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure my wedding day was spectacular and worry free!

e can't say enough great things about her. Aninna was also so great to work with so organized and really listened and took the time to talk to me for about 45 minutes. So many people want to message through Apps and for some things that works but for something this important it was refreshing to speak with someone.
Poor customer service. None of the bridesmaids were happy with their hair. They all ended up re-doing it including me the bride. Heather specifically I would not suggest. I am very...
disappointed in the experience over all. Even getting a trial gave me different results the day off. I would not suggest their service
