From the moment their team arrived, they brought such a calming presence, professionalism, and genuine care. Their photographers and videographers worked together so effortlessly that we hardly noticed they were there, yet somehow they captured every meaningful moment perfectly.
The father-daughter first look is a memory our family will cherish forever, and thanks to CS Wedding, every tear, every smile, and every heartfelt embrace was beautifully preserved. They also captured the bride and groom's first look so naturally and intimately that you can truly feel the love and anticipation in every photo and every frame of the video. These are moments that pass in an instant, but because of their incredible talent, we get to relive them again and again.
When we received our gallery and wedding film, we were overwhelmed with emotion. The footage came out beautiful, and we’re so happy with how they captured everything. They were also really open to our feedback and gave us room to ask for different edits, which made the final video feel much more personal to us.
One thing we really appreciated was that they held onto our raw footage for us. That was honestly so important and gave us a lot of peace of mind.

They were very detailed and made sure to capture the little details from bride and groom getting ready, to dress reveal, first touch, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, private dance and exit. Jacob always responded to my emails in a timely fashion and he was always very thorough. They were always very professional, and really made sure to tailor the experience to exactly what my husband and I wanted. We even ran out of time during our first engagement shoot, and didn't make it to Rice University To do our photos on the football field where we met. Jacob was so nice and helped arrange a second shoot for us to get these pictures done in the stadium, and they came out beautiful. Our photographer and videographer were so professional and made sure to get all the photos on my list, and more. They put together the most beautiful wedding book and photo album. They were also SO quick. We were able to get sneak peaks within a month I believe and there were A LOT of them. We had access to the Photo Booth photos immediately, and people LOVED this!
I am the person who loves to read all the reviews and do a ton of research before buying something simple off amazon so I definitely took the time to research photographers/videographers for our special day! What hurts the most is that this was for a wedding, something I can’t recreate. I trusted this company to capture those special moments, and instead, I was left with a video that doesn’t do justice to the occasion. I truly regret not going with another service.
I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I cannot and will not recommend them.
Also, just a rule of thumb. I’ve come to realize that when a company such as Cinematic Saviors promises “unlimited edits”, it’s often a sign they don’t aim to get it right the first time. That was exactly the case here. Instead of delivering a high-quality video upfront, they leaned on endless revisions as a fallback. But no amount of editing can fix poorly shot footage, and unfortunately, that’s what I was left with.
