Jack Rinaldi is a seasoned pianist and entertainment professional with over 40 years of experience in the music industry. Known for his depth of knowledge and refined musicality, Jack has built a reputation as both a performer and a trusted authority in live event entertainment. Earlier in his career, he founded JDR Music Productions, successfully leading the company before merging with CTO Music Artists, where he continues to play an integral role. Jack spent many years overseeing entertainment at the flagship Ritz-Carlton in Naples, as well as managing programming at the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island, bringing a high level of sophistication and consistency to both properties. Today, Jack works closely with venues such as country clubs in Naples, helping curate and program quality live entertainment. While much of his focus is on venue consulting, he still takes on select weddings—particularly beach ceremonies—offering clients the benefit of his decades of experience and polished performance style.

Angelina “Angie” Costa is a seasoned wedding entertainment specialist with over 20 years of experience helping brides seamlessly plan and secure the perfect music for their big day. With a deeply hands-on background in the industry, Angie brings practical insight, organization, and a calm, confident approach to every event she touches. Her expertise comes not just from coordination, but from being immersed in the world of live music for decades—giving her a sharp understanding of what works, what doesn’t, and how to create a flawless entertainment experience from ceremony through reception. Angie has worked with brides across a wide geographic range, from Philadelphia to destinations as far as Jamaica, always delivering personalized guidance and attention to detail. Outside of her professional work, she is a passionate guitar player, a devoted cat lover, and proudly connected to her Greek heritage. Fluent in Greek and maintaining close ties with family in Greece, Angie brings a rich cultural perspective and warmth to everything she does.

With over a decade in the entertainment industry and experience running a successful business, I have come to experience firsthand the challenging dynamic of industries that often lack diverse leadership and inclusive practices. These experiences have fuel my commitment to diversity. In my role as the CEO of a successful logistics business, I’m the only female independent distributor in our New Castle warehouse, a testament to my commitment to breaking barriers in a male-dominated field. As the former Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair for Alpha Phi International Women’s Fraternity, I designed and led trainings for members on DEI topics, driving systemic change within the organization. Additionally, my tenure as Miss Delaware 2022 allowed me to establish programs that increased accessibility and inclusivity, helping women from diverse backgrounds gain opportunities and scholarships. Outside of work, music is a central part of my life. I began playing the violin at age 4, took up singing shortly after, and I currently perform in a wedding band throughout the tri-state area. My love for music is complemented by my enthusiasm for travel—I’ve explored over 20 countries and look forward to visiting many more throughout my life.
