Our wedding planner suggested C-town Entertainment and we're so happy we went with them! These guys are true, seasoned, professionals! They went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it and even made some really fun suggestions that we would never have thought of. They did a great job setting the mood for the evening and kept the party going all night. We couldn't recommend them more, they were awesome to work with!

Shaughn & Bob at C-Town CRUSHED it at our wedding! From the initial meetings and unique requests, they listened to what we wanted and made everything happen! Our dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night, which is exactly what we wanted. Our family and friends were so complimentary and left saying how great our DJs were. My husband and I were extremely impressed and happy with how everything turned out! Highly recommend!

We hired C-Town for our daughter’s wedding based on the recommendation from our venue and the many wonderful reviews we read about them on various wedding websites. We are so happy that we did! They did a terrific job from set up to the end of the reception. They also provided the audio for our ceremony – which was a terrific help. Bob did a fantastic job DJ’ing the reception and kept the party going! We highly recommend!

C-Town was amazing! Their planning forms were very in depth and easy to use, and they were very flexible with meetings since I live out of state in a different time zone. On the day of the wedding, they were so on top of everything! I had a few glitches throughout the evening, but they kept things moving and checked in with me to make sure we were all on the same page. They somehow found a way to incorporate our odd song requests and keep everything flowing, and our guests actually danced all night! Picking the right DJ was so important to me, and they were absolutely perfect!

C-Town was an amazing team on our wedding day!! From our meetings ahead of time, to their attendance at our final walkthrough, to the wedding day setup they were great with communicating and giving their opinions on what would make an amazing night! We had SO many compliments from our friends and family about how fun the wedding was and we truly had people on the dance floor (including the groom and I) ALL NIGHT! They really listened to my visions on how I pictured our wedding day to be and they executed it to a T! I could not recommend them enough to future couples!

Five stars is NOT ENOUGH! The fine gentlemen at C Town are absolute professionals. Talk about knowing how to bring the energy, these guys had our wedding guest crying, laughing, howling, singing their hearts out and dancing to no end. Shaughn was an absolute blast to work with. From the two meetings we had, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. He knew us so well and made everything so easy, which made all the difference in the night. When planning your wedding, your DJ will make or break the reception. I know this now, because if you asked me 2 years ago, I couldn't even tell you what we needed a DJ for. WOW was I naive. C Town made the night flow so smoothly, and created such an unforgettable atmosphere. In one our meetings, we suggested an outside the box idea, and they LOVED it. Then at the wedding, they executed our idea in terrific fashion and it really made for a ton of fun and added a level of entertainment I really didn't expect to be so awesome and hilarious. Additionally, Shaughn suggested a tribute to my late Grandfather at the end of our anniversary dance, a dance with my Grandmother. This idea was an absolute grand slam, such a wonderful memory and a HUGE hit among guests and the family. I would never have thought of that on my own, and I can't say thank you enough for the absolute professionals at C Town for this and all the other details that made all the difference in the night! I made a last minute song change before the night started, and on short notice they were able to rearrange the playlist to make my request happen. That change triggered the biggest reaction from our guests, I have never seen my friends and family SO EXCITED. So yes, they can make things happen on the fly! Absolutely wonderful people to work with, C Town is nothing but professional and excellent. I can't imagine having made another choice for our big day, I'd choose these guys 100 times over. Choose C Town for your wedding, don't even bother looking at the next guy. We knew right away they were the ones we wanted, and only proved so more on our big day. I cannot begin to describe how amazing C-Town Entertainment was for our April 2024 wedding! From the start, they had INCREDIBLE ideas in our first meeting and offer a very interactive website that is helpful for organizing the songs for every part of the event (processional, first dance, etc.) They offered recommendations for changing our layout which made an amazing change and I have to mention the best idea they had. We are huge Steelers fans and they recommended surprising the crowd and coming through a different way for the Wedding Party entrance so we came out on the stage waving terrible towels to Renegade and the guests went wild! The song choices throughout the dancing time were great and complimented on and they also knew how to bring more people onto the dancefloor. PLEASE USE THEM for your big day- you won't be disappointed!!

AMAZING! C-Town Entertainment does not disappoint! We used their DJ and photo-booth services at our wedding! They were absolutely amazing! DJ Shaughn communicated with us incredibly well! He is professional, flexible, and fair! He made sure everything was perfect from the ceremony to the reception! We love Shaughn!! Definitely part of his fan club. Our guests flooded the dance floor the entire night! The tunes were top notch! The Photo Booth was also a hit! We love looking through the photo strips- they are too funny! We used C-Town for our wedding DJ a few weeks ago and were blown away with their service. Their portal that they set you up with and the meetings you have with them prior to the event ensures that they discuss everything with you before the event. Weddings are without a doubt stressful and having a DJ like C-Town eased and eliminated our stress before the wedding. To sum it up, these guys are ON IT. To call out a few things they did, the checked microphone levels prior to the event so sound was mixed correctly, they kept the night on track / schedule, they read the room and played what we wanted them to play but also played what people on the night of wanted to hear. All of these plus so much more lead to a perfect night. But ultimately what's the true testament to if you had a good wedding vendor, it's if your guests are still talking about it weeks after the event. It's been 4 weeks since our wedding and just yesterday i had someone say "god i loved your DJ, they were so good i had a blast". I can't think of a better compliment for a DJ's skills than that. I can't recommend C-Town enough for their service, professionalism and fun factor.

Shaughn and Bob are absolutely phenomenal!! Throughout the entire process they were communicative, helpful, and fun! We met them at the Todays Bride show and booked them on the spot. Their online portal for choosing songs was really helpful in organizing my thoughts and plans (especially as a music lover who picked a lot of songs to play!). When we met with them at their office to go through details, we had a great time chatting and getting everything planned out. When the wedding day came, they were very independent and efficient at getting all their equipment set up, which a busy bride always appreciates!! The entire day went without a hitch, and we even made some fun changes for our grand entrance per Shaughn’s suggestion. I 100% recommend them for any upcoming event, no matter how laid back or complex the day is!

Shaughn was absolutely fabulous. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our favorite part of the night was our final private dance where even Shaugn and his coworker stepped out. It was such a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated ❤️ We would highly recommend anyone book him for their upcoming wedding. Long overdue review here! Shaughn was the DJ at our wedding in June and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! His communication and online portal kept me so organized and less stressed, it really helped me smooth out the small details. He worked very well with a small band we also had at the wedding, no issues, no problems just a wonderful experience. Ctown also provided our dancing in the clouds which I would highly recommend to anyone! Do it! Shaughn makes you feel like a friend and not just a business client. He kept everyone dancing all night and his setup makes for a great backdrop! I wanted glow tubes 2 days before my wedding and what we thought was impossible, Shaughn made it happen! My husband and I initially walked into C Town Entertainment both with the thought process of we were just exploring and will not sign with a DJ on that first visit. After spending time with Shaughn, going through his process and understanding what they offer for the day, we decided after a very short conversation that C Town DJs were the right fit for us. There was always a group on the dance floor, from the beginning until the last song. we received so many complements after the wedding about how well our DJ team did. C-Town was fantastic! If you're anything like me, you don't know what you're doing while planning a wedding. I was the definition of winging it. C-Town met with me multiple times and gave me forms to fill out that laid out what I needed to do, events that needed songs, and asked my opinions on all sorts of things. He was more than willing to work with me (and my uncertainty) and in the end we had a great time! He went with what the crowd was feeling (while respecting our song choices) and it made for a great night. Definitely worth the money (he was also pretty affordable)! My husband and I did purchase uplighting and Dancing in the Clouds for our first dance. Both were worth it. The lighting provided additional decoration and made the place look great, while the dry ice for the first dance made it look magical. Overall I would definitely recommend C-Town for your event, my husband and I had a great time, and all my guests said they had fun at the party!

C-Town entertainment is absolutely wonderful!! We were lucky enough to experience Bob and Shaughn's great work two years in a row due to the pandemic and having to plan two weddings. C-town was there for us every step of the way and we appreciate them more than they know. Their organization on wedding day was so helpful and everything was explained very well throughout the planning process. They were very quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had and the online portal made it very easy to ensure we got what we wanted on our wedding day. They have a great variety of options for lighting and monograms to pick from. They really know how to have a good time and we still have guests telling us how great of a time they had.

CTown Entertainment was incredible! From start to finish! They were professional, kept in touch with me throughout the whole year of my wedding planning. Made any adjustments I requested without being annoyed. They were engaged with my entire wedding from the minute it started and helped my husband and i through the whole things. Bob, Shaughn, and Nik were amazing! From first contact to the end of the wedding day, we were continually impressed by their knowledge & professionalism. The biggest thing to us was that they were upfront and honest about pricing and what would work at our venue. We didn't feel like we were being sold, we felt like we were planning our wedding. They were prepared for all of our meetings, created our wedding day timeline with us, and truly got to know us and what we wanted. We held our wedding at the Akron Art Museum and had them handle the music for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, & indoor reception. There are many challenges to an indoor/outdoor venue, along with a strangely shaped building, but they handled the acoustics with ease. Everyone could hear the the ceremony and speeches, and the music was the perfect volume. We can't stress enough how important of a role the DJ plays at a wedding. They aren't only the music providers, they set the mood, they keep you on track, and they announce all of the big moments. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to Bob & Nik, and the dancefloor was bumpin' all night!! We had a couple book them for their wedding after seeing what an amazing job they did at ours... and that says everything I can't.

When my husband and I were planning our wedding one of the most important aspects to our day was to have a packed dance floor all night long. Music and dancing is something both love and we wanted all our guests to be able to experience that feeling from start to finish. From the start when we met with Shaugn we were blown away…first of all that he cared enough to meet us in person and get to know us as a couple alongside with our vision for the evening. Right after our first meeting we made the decision to book with C-Town DJs and it was one of the best decisions we made! We truly could not think of a better experience working with both Shaughn and Bob. They cared about every little detail in my timeline and the atmosphere we wanted at our wedding. They were always willing to schedule a meeting or hop on a phone call to discuss anything that was on my mind. They made it easy for me to work through their planning forms and make sure the evening ran smoothly. They gave suggestions on our grand entrances for the bridal party, and advice on the flow of a reception as my husband and I had not been to many weddings previously. They sifted through my many song requests and first dance specifics. From my no play lists to my must plays…. Bob heard exactly what we wanted and made it happen. One comment made by my father-in-law when looking around the room throughout the evening was no one was sitting down at the tables. The dance floor was PACKED – and we had a wedding of about 210 people. The energy was high the whole evening and this could not have been achieved without Bob as our DJ and MC for the evening. My dad’s coworkers who have been to many weddings commented that they had never been to a wedding with such great energy and songs and a dance floor packed the whole night. Everyone I speak to can’t stop talking about how fun the music was and how the songs were great for anyone there – even my family that doesn’t dance said if you didn’t have fun…it was your own fault as they enjoyed the energy brought from Bob and Kat. Kat was also out on the dance floor all night capturing photos of us which was awesome to have since the photographers leave earlier in the night. It was so much fun to work with everyone at C-Town DJs. Something that money can’t buy for me is my family and to see my dad (who is more reserved) dance to some of our favorite songs from the start to the end of the night was incredible – also to find out he had a broken toe the next day… it didn’t stop him! To see my sister shine and get outside of her comfort zone and dance all night is something I will never forget. Another awesome feature was how they made the dance floor look fun yet classy with all their lighting that went along to the beat of the music was so cool. I would recommend C Town DJs to anyone who wants a packed dance floor and has such high energy that people are still talking about how that was the most fun they have had dancing at a wedding before. My husband and I are blown away and will be reliving this night for many many years to come.

We absolutely LOVED working with Bob and Shaughn with C-Town Entertainment for our wedding! From the planning to the wedding day, they were easy to work with, patient, high-energy and just downright talented at DJing. Bob's emceeing was top-notch and personalized, making it a reception to remember. The dance floor was full the whole night! We had so many people come up to us after the wedding to say how great the DJs were and how awesome the music was. The ceremony went perfectly, too. Bob and Shaughn aced all of the details, from mics to scheduling to playing the best versions of songs, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a party or wedding of any size. One word of caution though- no one will want the party to end because they'll be having too much fun!

We were able to create lists of recommended music for each part of the evening that they incorporated into the day as well as any do not play songs. C-Town Entertainment is a perfect addition to ANY wedding. They are super professional and were such a pleasure to work with. From the initial booking to the first planning meeting to the wedding itself they constantly kept us in the loop with what we were to do next (photobooth templates, reception planning packet, monogram options etc). They put a large amount of time into making sure our wedding Timeline was perfect and sent out to each of our vendors to keep everyone on the same page. They reached out to all the people giving toasts at the wedding to make sure they had the best speech possible. At the wedding, they showed up early and were completely prepared. The music for the ceremony was perfectly timed and a perfect volume. At the reception they kept everyone on time and the guests had many praises about the DJ and that everything ran so smoothly. They kept everyone on the dance floor all night. The photobooth was THE BEST PHOTOBOOTH EVER. There is something to a traditional photobooth. You are able to change your photos to black and white or regular color. You can fit 13+ people in the photobooth (not comfortably, but makes for great group photos). Shaughn and his team were super friendly, knowledgeable and great at what they do. I would recommend this company to everyone. Best DJ's ever!

C-Town Entertainment is absolutely fantastic! They cover all the bases and think of every detail when it comes to creating the timeline, even things that weren't even on our radar. They make the planning process so easy. They put in a serious amount of prep work to make the day perfect. And day of, they make sure everything runs smoothly and coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly. These guys provided an experience so far above what we were expecting that we still can’t really believe it. Their organization and communication from the first day we met to the last song of our night was impeccable. They thought of things that we never would’ve come up with and had every detail down. I have a really unique perspective as I am also a wedding vendor myself and I have seen so many different entertainment companies in my years working the wedding industry. From the first event I ever worked with C-Town, I KNEW I wanted them to work my wedding. I wasn’t even engaged yet! C-Town entertainment is everything we hoped and more. From the first day we sat down to discuss our wedding, Shaughn was thoroughly prepared and organized. We met these guys at the wedding of our best man two years earlier...I immediately knew we HAD to hire them for our day. Shaughn was so thorough and personable in the conversations we had, taking time out to get to know us and our venue. When Covid hit he was very flexible and apologetic for what we were going through. Shaughn and Bob from C-Town Entertainment were amazing. We booked them prior to Covid and because of Covid we had to make several changes. Shaughn was accommodating, patient, and understanding. They are extremely easy to work with and responded quickly to any requests or concerns. Our wedding venue also complimented them on how professional and easy they were to work with. They are now going to recommend C-Town to clients looking for a DJ. They have great personalities and were crowd pleasers. The playlist was impeccable and the dance floor was full the entire night. They went above and beyond to make our day special and we are so grateful. Amazing company, amazing people!

C-town was by far the best choice for our wedding!! So professional, time oriented and the life of the party. There wasn't a time where the dance floor wasn't hopping and everyone had a blast. Shaughn and the entire C-Town team are absolutely amazing. Booking them to be our wedding DJ was by FAR one of the easiest wedding decisions we made. Shaughn is incredibly kind, patient, organized, and professional. He was always very responsive during the planning process and was always prepared for a phone call, meeting, etc. What we really appreciated about Shaughn was his attention to detail, and the fact that he took time to learn more about us as a couple, family dynamics, our vision for our reception, etc. He was also very good at handling awkward family requests at the reception, which we really appreciated! I could not recommend C-Town Entertainment more if you are looking for a DJ service. They were the best vendor that we experienced throughout the wedding process. They were extremely thorough and attentive to all of our needs. Their attention to detail is second to none and they really went out of their way to ensure that we had the perfect wedding experience. They made very helpful suggestions and points in our meetings that we never would have even thought of. C-Town made our lives so much easier during the planning phase and even through the COVID situation, they stayed incredibly professional and made everything exactly how we pictured it. Their lighting and monograms really can transform a venue, which I highly recommend. Their payment system and online catalog to pick songs is incredibly user friendly and easy to use. Bob, who was our DJ, rounded out our music selection with great picks that correlated with our choices. They are extremely dedicated to making sure your day is as special as possible. They were at my venue extremely early setting up and making sure everything was perfect. I was amazed at the dedication and professionalism Bob & Nik showed on my wedding day. Everybody at the end of the night complimented the DJ service more than almost anything else. These guys really can do it all, and if you’re looking for a DJ, you would be hard-pressed to find a better company than C-Town.

I would not recommend C-Town Entertainment to anyone! We booked our October 2020 wedding with C-Town back in February 2020 (before the COVID-19 pandemic started). Since then, my fiancé and I made the extremely difficult decision to postpone our wedding to October 2021 for the health of our family, friends, AND vendors. When we made our decision, the Governor of Ohio had restricted wedding sizes and there were many unclear rules about dance floors, mingling, etc. When I reached out to each of our vendors, Shaughn at C-Town was the ONLY vendor that insisted on a second deposit to postpone. At this time, we were actually paid in full for our wedding and he still insisted on an additional $599.70. Their contract is extremely vague and does not address postponements, only cancellations. They claimed that this situation did not fall under their “Misc. Causes for Cancellation” section of their contract (i.e. accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control) and they insisted that I chose to postpone but in all actuality, the local government had basically made the decision for us. So not only has Shaughn and C-Town Entertainment made part of our wedding planning completely miserable, but he’s made nearly $600 off of us for doing absolutely nothing other than being completely insensitive to our situation and clueless as to what is going on in the world around him. Definitely do NOT recommend this company!

I wish I could rate this a 4.8 but it makes you pick full stars. Everything was perfect on our wedding day, Shaughn and Bob were amazing and worked with us so well and I am so glad we used them for our wedding day. They came early to set up, they mic'd up our officiant, and played awesome music all night long. Shaughn even went the extra mile and put together a music parody together for my father daughter dance with my dad, which i know took a lot of time and effort and i will forever be thankful for that! The reason I give them a 4.8 and not a 5 is, my husband and I are very particular about our music and spent HOURS picking out exactly what we wanted played, so I knew right away when a handful of songs were played that I knew we didn't ask for... Luckily, my husband asked them to not play those and it was all fine and dandy and everything was more than fine. Other than that small tid bit everything was wonderful! I recommend them to anyone who asks me about DJs!!!

We could not have been more pleased with C-Town Entertainment! We had them handle the music for our ceremony and reception, and everything was great. Our wedding was Saturday, March 14th, in the midst of the COVID-19 closures. We had about 1/3 of our guests cancel last minute, but that didn't stop Nik from keeping the party going all night long. He was great at reading the crowd and playing music to get everyone up on the dance floor; our small but mighty party would not have been nearly as fun without them!

I cannot say enough good things about DJs Shaughn & Bob! These guys were awesome, paid close attention to detail, and were fun & personable. Their uplighting & monograms were better than we could’ve imagined, and their music had people, including me (the bride) on the dance floor all night! All of my guests talked about how much fun they had at the wedding, and I know it was because of these guys. I cannot recommend them enough:)

I wish I could give C-Town more than 5 stars, they were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and crushed it on the big day! Shaughn and Bob were so great to work with and made our planning process so easy. We loved them not only for their knowledge and great communication, but also they're just really cool dudes! On the day of, they executed everything perfectly, they have great equipment and even better personalities and really did a fantastic job of getting and keeping people on the dance floor! They quickly were able to read the room and play music that we all connected with. We also used C-Town for our uplighting and my god, I didn't know our venue could be as beautiful as how they made it! To any and all couples looking for a DJ, look no further, C-Town Entertainment is the best of the best and they will take great care of you and your party!! By far, our favorite vendors we worked with for our wedding.

We used C-Town Entertainment for our wedding reception and are thrilled with our decision. Shaughn and Bob were very professional and their website is very user friendly. They had a cool setup and their "dancing on the clouds" was a huge hit. The dance floor stayed full and a week after our reception, we are still being told how good the music was.

Shaughn and Bob are a dream team. They are basically day of wedding planners veiled as DJs. We didn't put much thought into our wedding music because there were always other things to worry about. They let us give them a genre that we liked for the different times of the wedding and took it from there. Everyone especially loved our 90s/chill vibe (the description we gave) for cocktail hour. They have an extremely helpful portal where you add your must plays, maybe play, and absolutely do not play as well as the songs for all of the special moments like first dances. This was extremely useful so that I didn't have to email or call every time I thought of something I wanted or didn't want. They made our wedding day timeline for us and kept the night moving so smoothly. Couldn't recommend them enough!

One of the best decisions we made was working with C-Town Entertainment for our wedding in September! From the very beginning and at every step along the way, Shaughn and Bob were so professional and helpful - they really made the planning process stress-free and fun! They were quick to respond to my (many) questions and gave great advice as we were developing the timeline for the ceremony + reception. We also included their lighting package and it was spectacular - the room was transformed! C-Town Entertainment provided fantastic DJ services and lighting for our daughter's wedding. Bob and his assistant were extremely friendly and professional. They worked hard to make sure everyone had fun and the entire event went smoothly. From the initial ceremony music to the last dance of the evening, all was perfect. They created a lively, fun atmosphere at the reception; guests never stopped dancing! Many attendees asked who they were and stated that they provided the best DJ experience they had ever had. The best DJs in town!! From the lighting to the general mood. They got people moving when we needed them to move and to quiet down when we needed them to quiet down. Never underestimate a good DJ. Their pricing is super reasonable for the work they put into everything! I didn't have to think about anything during my reception, they coordinated everything so smoothly. Extremely fun DJs and truly kept the dance floor packed. They played a great mix of music and I was so happy with the end result. Also, dancing on clouds was an absolute HIT, just gorgeous and they added them at our exit too which was an awesome touch! Overall, I would highly recommend booking them for any event, especially your wedding!!

The entire team at C-Town is awesome! From our first meeting they made us feel at ease! We knew a DJ could make or break our event and we had the BEST! Everyone danced, drank and had a great time! I have no words for how great C-Town Entertainment was towards us. From the moment we met the team we knew we found the right people to lead our wedding! Bob and Shaughn came up with so many clever ideas for our cake cutting song, our entrance dance, literally everything. The dancing on clouds effect is awesome and our guests are still raving about it!! Bob and Anthony ran our evening and they know how to get people moving!!!! Everyone had a blast!!!! By the end of the night we felt like Bob and Anthony were our friends and we loved it!!! We can’t thank you guys enough!! C-Town DJs were the best!! From the beginning Shaughn was fully engaged. Always got a quick response with my zillions questions/plans. I got so many compliments on the music and the DJs. I did not worry on my wedding day because I knew Shaughn had it covered :)

We hired C-Town entertainment to DJ our wedding and I would do it 100x over! I left the DJ up to my husband because he is obsessed with speakers and sound and music, and I am not. We worked with Shaughn and Bob and they were so easy going! From the first meeting with them I knew they would be a great fit for our wedding! We ended up having them do our ceremony, reception, and lighting. The funny part is that we completely forgot to upload our “must play” list into the portal. The music flowed all night and I keep getting compliments about the music selection! I had several guests comment on how the DJ’s were actually DJ’ing and not just playing songs. Throughout the night Shaughn and Bob would come up to us and ask if there was anything we wanted to hear. I thought that was awesome because what I want to hear is kind of based on my mood at the time! They made sure the entire day flowed nicely and I honestly can’t thank them enough. They even stayed late when we found out we could keep the party going a little longer! And they gave me the microphone so I could rap my favorite song hahaha. I was just thinking to myself in the car the other day “what could we hire them for next?” Because they made our party so much fun and honestly they felt like family! Highly recommend these two for any wedding celebration! They are extremely talented at what they do.

C Town did a wonderful job at our wedding. They do more than just play music, they essentially took charge of all of the event logistics, from getting the guests in from the cocktail hour to beginning the dinner, they think of everything. Also, their music selection was excellent.
