Music is very important to my husband and I, and the music DELIVERED. Everything from the cocktail hour, dinner music, and finally reception music was exactly as we wanted and more! The photo booth was also such a hit, we didn’t end up getting a guest book and my husband I were thrilled to find that the photo booth came with one! They also worked so seamlessly with our photographer, your wedding vendors are truly your dream team, so choose them wisely! I recommend C-Town to everyone!

Now, I've never HAD a sound issue with them...but I have with others and this would have solved the issue immediately. They're so thorough in their planning and always professional. esday nights, but this weekend, I found out first hand just how great this team really is when they gave me the absolute best wedding I could've ever asked for! Shaughn and Bob were so great to work with throughout the entire process; they helped with my timeline and sent it to the other vendors, they sent emails every so often with a to-do list of what to work on for the whole wedding at key time points away from the day, and the platform you work on with them to set everything up is so cohesive and easy to navigate. The rest of the staff was so kind and amazing too- shout out to Cat. But what really impressed me the most was the actual day. The team not only created the most beautiful lighting I could've ever dreamed of, but they also played what so many guests have been raving was the absolute perfect wedding playlist! Bob and Cat catered the night to mine and my husband wishes, along with their expert advice on how to get the party going. They covered so much groundwork in our meetings to figure out exactly what we wanted, and they were definitely paying attention. They are well experienced and know exactly how to play a crowd. From creating the best emo hour I've ever had at a wedding, to keeping us on track with the timeline, and checking in on us throughout the night about everything that mattered, dj related or not. I cannot praise this team enough. All our guests were laughing, crying, screaming, and everyone was hyped. I've received endless praise from so many guests about things that I owe this company for. They set the entire tone of the whole day and it is definitely not something I will ever forget.

He knew us so well and made everything so easy, which made all the difference in the night. When planning your wedding, your DJ will make or break the reception. I know this now, because if you asked me 2 years ago, I couldn't even tell you what we needed a DJ for. WOW was I naive. C Town made the night flow so smoothly, and created such an unforgettable atmosphere. In one our meetings, we suggested an outside the box idea, and they LOVED it. Then at the wedding, they executed our idea in terrific fashion and it really made for a ton of fun and added a level of entertainment I really didn't expect to be so awesome and hilarious. Additionally, Shaughn suggested a tribute to my late Grandfather at the end of our anniversary dance, a dance with my Grandmother. This idea was an absolute grand slam, such a wonderful memory and a HUGE hit among guests and the family. I would never have thought of that on my own, and I can't say thank you enough for the absolute professionals at C Town for this and all the other details that made all the difference in the night! I made a last minute song change before the night started, and on short notice they were able to rearrange the playlist to make my request happen. That change triggered the biggest reaction from our guests, I have never seen my friends and family SO EXCITED. So yes, they can make things happen on the fly! Absolutely wonderful people to work with, C Town is nothing but professional and excellent. I can't imagine having made another choice for our big day, I'd choose these guys 100 times over. Choose C Town for your wedding, don't even bother looking at the next guy. We knew right away they were the ones we wanted, and only proved so more on our big day. ive website that is helpful for organizing the songs for every part of the event (processional, first dance, etc.) They offered recommendations for changing our layout which made an amazing change and I have to mention the best idea they had. We are huge Steelers fans and they recommended surprising the crowd and coming through a different way for the Wedding Party entrance so we came out on the stage waving terrible towels to Renegade and the guests went wild! The song choices throughout the dancing time were great and complimented on and they also knew how to bring more people onto the dancefloor. PLEASE USE THEM for your big day- you won't be disappointed!!

To sum it up, these guys are ON IT. To call out a few things they did, the checked microphone levels prior to the event so sound was mixed correctly, they kept the night on track / schedule, they read the room and played what we wanted them to play but also played what people on the night of wanted to hear. All of these plus so much more lead to a perfect night. But ultimately what's the true testament to if you had a good wedding vendor, it's if your guests are still talking about it weeks after the event. It's been 4 weeks since our wedding and just yesterday i had someone say "god i loved your DJ, they were so good i had a blast". I can't think of a better compliment for a DJ's skills than that. I can't recommend C-Town enough for their service, professionalism and fun factor.

The entire day went without a hitch, and we even made some fun changes for our grand entrance per Shaughn’s suggestion. I 100% recommend them for any upcoming event, no matter how laid back or complex the day is!

After spending time with Shaughn, going through his process and understanding what they offer for the day, we decided after a very short conversation that C Town DJs were the right fit for us. Not only did Shaughn portray professionalism and a love for what he does but he also gave us the vibe right away that he would make sure that our vibe that we desired- fun, energetic, modern- would be achieved through him. After that first meeting, we knew that our wedding was going to be fun and stay on task with his expertise. Throughout the process, we were given tools and tips/ tricks as we prepared for the wedding. These tools that we were provided gave us the opportunity to customize our day to our vision as well as provided pro tips on things to do/ things to avoid to ensure that we had the best day possible. Every meeting and interaction was just as professional and FUN as the last. As for the big day... It went off without a hitch. He was more than willing to work with me (and my uncertainty) and in the end we had a great time! He went with what the crowd was feeling (while respecting our song choices) and it made for a great night. Definitely worth the money (he was also pretty affordable)! My husband and I did purchase uplighting and Dancing in the Clouds for our first dance. Both were worth it. The lighting provided additional decoration and made the place look great, while the dry ice for the first dance made it look magical. Overall I would definitely recommend C-Town for your event, my husband and I had a great time, and all my guests said they had fun at the party!

Their organization on wedding day was so helpful and everything was explained very well throughout the planning process. They were very quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had and the online portal made it very easy to ensure we got what we wanted on our wedding day. s that they were upfront and honest about pricing and what would work at our venue. We didn't feel like we were being sold, we felt like we were planning our wedding. They were prepared for all of our meetings, created our wedding day timeline with us, and truly got to know us and what we wanted. We held our wedding at the Akron Art Museum and had them handle the music for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, & indoor reception. There are many challenges to an indoor/outdoor venue, along with a strangely shaped building, but they handled the acoustics with ease. Everyone could hear the the ceremony and speeches, and the music was the perfect volume. We can't stress enough how important of a role the DJ plays at a wedding. They aren't only the music providers, they set the mood, they keep you on track, and they announce all of the big moments. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to Bob & Nik, and the dancefloor was bumpin' all night!! We had a couple book them for their wedding after seeing what an amazing job they did at ours... and that says everything I can't.

We truly could not think of a better experience working with both Shaughn and Bob. They cared about every little detail in my timeline and the atmosphere we wanted at our wedding. They were always willing to schedule a meeting or hop on a phone call to discuss anything that was on my mind. They made it easy for me to work through their planning forms and make sure the evening ran smoothly. They gave suggestions on our grand entrances for the bridal party, and advice on the flow of a reception as my husband and I had not been to many weddings previously. They sifted through my many song requests and first dance specifics. From my no play lists to my must plays…. Bob heard exactly what we wanted and made it happen. One comment made by my father-in-law when looking around the room throughout the evening was no one was sitting down at the tables. The dance floor was PACKED – and we had a wedding of about 210 people. The energy was high the whole evening and this could not have been achieved without Bob as our DJ and MC for the evening. My dad’s coworkers who have been to many weddings commented that they had never been to a wedding with such great energy and songs and a dance floor packed the whole night. Everyone I speak to can’t stop talking about how fun the music was and how the songs were great for anyone there – even my family that doesn’t dance said if you didn’t have fun…it was your own fault as they enjoyed the energy brought from Bob and Kat. Kat was also out on the dance floor all night capturing photos of us which was awesome to have since the photographers leave earlier in the night. It was so much fun to work with everyone at C-Town DJs. Something that money can’t buy for me is my family and to see my dad (who is more reserved) dance to some of our favorite songs from the start to the end of the night was incredible – also to find out he had a broken toe the next day… it didn’t stop him! To see my sister shine and get outside of her comfort zone and dance all night is something I will never forget. Another awesome feature was how they made the dance floor look fun yet classy with all their lighting that went along to the beat of the music was so cool. I would recommend C Town DJs to anyone who wants a packed dance floor and has such high energy that people are still talking about how that was the most fun they have had dancing at a wedding before. My husband and I are blown away and will be reliving this night for many many years to come.
