Having an experienced and professional catering team on your wedding day is SO important. They set the timeline and help keep the flow of your reception moving along. The food at our reception was AMAZING. Chef Jamie and their team really does their best to create unique items vs the "typical" wedding menu. And they do this while keeping in mind your budget. The food was important to my husband and I and we were so impressed. They even provide you a tasting prior to the wedding to make sure you are satisfied with all of your selections. Several guests told us and our families how delicious the food was. Thank you to everyone on the Cuisiniers team! Truly the best!

od is. The staff kept checking in with us to make sure if we needed anything and brought us special plates of apps to eat during our photo shoot so we didn't go hungry. They were so friendly too. able. Not so with Cuisiniers. We knew this was the caterer for us upon our first bite at our tasting. The care and dedication they put into their food is ever present. They are flexible, accommodating, and fun. They are not going to push a food you don't want. I would go to Cuisiniers if they had a stand alone restaurant. You cannot say that about the more corporate caterers. These guys are legit, and I highly recommend them! Thank you Kurt and Chef Jamie!

r wedding caterers" in the Orlando area and found the food to be previously frozen and not fresh at all. As soon as we had the tasting at Cuisiniers we were BLOWN AWAY. The food was restaurant quality. Not just any restaurant quality- more like a high end restaurant (the food from the tasting was just as good, if not better at the wedding). As someone that is a "foodie" I could immediately tell that the quality of food was top notch. Jamie McFadden is a fantastic chef who has deserved all the awards that he has received. Many of our family members that attended the wedding are restaurant owners themselves and raved about the food! We had phenomenal service and planning assistance. Kurt and Tracy were amazing throughout the wedding planning process. Also huge thank you to all the serving staff, you all were flawless. I think the only downside is the fact that they don't have a restaurant! We craved a lot of the food items we tasted throughout the wedding planning process, so we couldn't wait for our wedding to eat them!! P.S. Amazing crab cakes and braised short ribs!

Take advantage of the gratuitous tasting where you and 3 additional people can meet on site, taste some beautifully prepared foods (literally created right in front of you!) and have some one-on-one time chatting with Jamie to craft the perfect menu. My fiance and I discovered we were able to provide our own alcoholic beverages and Jamie's team would serve (this really helped us stay well within budget). We ultimately decided on the following menu: Appetizers - Beef empanadas with mint mojito sauce, conch fritters with mango chili sauce and deconstructed bruschetta with balsamic reduction, Salad- mixed greens with cranberries, gorgonzola and spicy cashews with white balsamic dressing; Entree - Boneless braised beef short ribs with red wine reduction, Grilled & ricotta stuffed chicken breasts with yellow tomato & caper butter sauce, the grilled vegetables, 5-cheese macaroni & cheese and the artichoke & goat cheese mashed potatoes. Our guests are STILL raving about the food as are we. Marlene was wonderful to work with (much of our planning was done from long-distance in Ohio then California) so we relied on email heavily. I wish there was a 4 1/2 star rating (feel a little harsh providing a 4) however there were some inconsistencies in service which is what lead us to rate below 5 stars. After taking the time to explain this to Chef Jamie following our wedding, he instructed us to not issue a gratuity for the the day's service as his team failed to meet our expectations. Now I've never heard of someone doing such a nice thing in response to a consumers feedback - however this just shows that Chef Jamie honors the value behind treating customers well and giving them nothing less great service.

pricing less than the others we checked, their food was significantly better. Our food menu was an Italian buffet and Chef Jamie made excellent recommendations and created the perfect menu for us. Everyone talked about how delicious the food was. Connie was actually at the wedding monitoring the staff and everything went smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Connie Clark at Cuisiniers was a great help from working with me on everything from the menu to the look of the happy hour and reception. She knew exactly how to balance some of my crazy ideas with her experience to help create a great day. Connie helped us out personally on the day of the wedding and worked well with the other members of our staff. At her suggestion, we decided to be served at our table so that we could munch while our guests went through the buffet line. It's a small touch, but a great idea. The Cuisiniers staff was well presented and attentive, and Chef Jamie's food was absolutely fantastic! I heard nothing but great reviews from our guests. If I could do it again, the only thing I'd do differently would be to make sure I ate more of it! I loved the Cuisiniers experience and would absolutely recommend them to other area brides as a very reasonable and extremely tasty catering option!

. Our food exceeded our expectations - I mean it was probably one of the best meals we have ever had! The guests did not stop talking about the delicious food, and it was great to know that the money was well spent to please our guests :) If you're having a summer wedding and choose Cuisiniers, you must have their cucumber mojitos served! We provided the liquor for the mojitos, but had no idea how many poeple would love them so ran our fast - they were surprisingly good! We looked at about 6 or 7 caterers in Orlando and are very happy we chose Cuisiniers.

r reception venue mandated that we choose from a list of approved-vendors so our choices were limited to about 4 companies.CUISINIERS CATERED CUISINE & EVENTS was the the first caterer we set up a meeting with, and after meeting with a few other vendors, there was definitely NO comparison and we knew CUISINIERS was our choice. I found that other vendors are completely overpriced, impersonal, and have grown too large to provide face-to-face service and customer satisfaction. CUISINIERS provides amazing personal attention and even more amazing food. We were easily able to set up an initial appointment with Connie Clark at CUISINIERS. Connie was very friendly and knowledgeable during our first meeting-I liked her immediately. I will caution folks that CUISINIERS does offer more of a “foodie” or “fancy cocktail party” approach to a lot of its dishes but don’t let that intimidate you. They will work to put together a menu that is perfect for any palette and any group. For example, CUISINIERS offers signature items such as mac-n-cheese with either lobster or crab. In this instance, I knew our guests (lots of kids) might not like something more gourmet, so we were able to order a toned down mac-n-cheese. But regular really isn’t regular at CUISINIERS; it’s still full of yummy gourmet cheeses and elevated ingredients that make it a definite standout!! Another standout on our list of items was the guacamole – my dad says it is the best he has ever had. Overall, we were able to craft a very varied selection of buffet items/stations, and even a pulled pork slider late-night snack. CUISINIERS was able to provide the more contemporary feel of food, without being too intimidating for a broad guest-list. A distinction from some of the other Orlando vendors is that CUISINIERS does not do a variety of events per night; that was nice knowing that CUISINIERS main focus would be on our reception and not for example, 10 other receptions spread out across town. They use fresh ingredients and their prices really are fair, especially for the quality of food you get. Connie also made it easy to incorporate food choices and pricing for children, and also our wedding-day vendors. We were also able to work with Connie to provide linens for our space, and again, she was so easy to work with and definitely flexible when we had last-minute layout and linen changes. Throughout the entire process, Connie and the staff at CUISINIERS were able to effectively coordinate with our venue and all of our vendors before and during the reception to keep things running smoothly. Another nice touch was that a bride & groom tray of appetizers was especially set-aside from our cocktail hour and we were able to sit in a private room and sample all of those items, while our guests were making their way upstairs to the dinner portion of the reception. From what all of our guests have said, the food at the cocktail hour as well as the dinner stations was fabulous and some of the best wedding food they had ever had. It was also displayed and presented beautifully. Another great extra, was that we had a bride & groom picnic packed up for us full of all of our yummy dinner items. We feasted on that the next day and enjoyed the leftovers. The whole process was super flawless, which made for no-st
