rite of my now husband and myself is the Mediterranean Orzo Salad. Yohanna and her team were absolute professionals and handled any curve balls that came up with total grace and some much needed reassurance.

rty was a Huge Success!! Everyone, from the Birthday Girl and ALL the Guest including myself was just Amazed from the moment Johanna arrived with Mariosa and Ceasar. It was like "MAGIC"!! The Entire Crew made everyone feel like they were SPECIAL !! From the Hospitality to the Specially Selected Buffet and the cutting of the Cake. We were all very much Grateful to have had Culinary Affairs as the Gracious Caterers!! Thank you again Johanna!!

d was to die for - many guests told me how wonderful it was. The service they provided was awesome - Yohana was there with us all day, making sure everything was perfect. The linens were exactly what my daughter wanted. Yohana helped to make sure everything stayed on time. She made sure the bride & groom were served dinner first & made sure they had a few quiet moments to eat it. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a catering company and I Will be calling them for my next major event.
