I didn't have a lot of time to focus on my own wedding. Andrew literally did everything for us he possibly could and then some! He has a wonderful reputation as a chef and caterer and really really lives up to it. I knew well in advance I wanted to use Culinary Creations if I ever had the chance. Many of our guests also work or formally worked in the restaurant industry, and they were all sooo impressed by the food, the displays, execution and level of professionalism. We had a very specific idea of how we wanted our reception to be and it was all we hoped for and much much more. Every single guest has showered us with compliments for our choice in the caterer. I very highly recommending Culinary Creations, from the initial meeting/tasting to the pricing to the big day, they really knock it out of the park! We cannot wait to use them again in the future!

Jo Ann regularly checked in with my durind the reception to feed me and make sue I had what I needed and was happy. And the food was amazing and plentiful, we got so many compliments from our guests that they were very happy with the food.

Our first meeting with Andrew confirmed that we had come to the right place! His many years of experience have afforded him a vast number of contacts for anything you could ever need. The tasting was sooo delicious and extremely beneficial in helping to formulate a desirable menu. The variety of menu choices were more then I have ever seen, and if by chance there was something that wasn't listed, Andrew welcomed all suggestions. He helped us cut out things we didn't need and bring to our attention things we never thought of. In meeting for the site visit, his expertise was essential in planning how the event should flow. Probably more valuable than anything was his ability to alleviate any fears or concerns we had regarding the weather or any of the other hundreds of things you think of that could go wrong. Through the years, I doubt there isn't anything Andrew has come across and learned to deal with. Rain was in the forecast for the wedding day which would have required renting another tent to cover the ceremony area. He offered that we could hold off until the last minute to avoid an unnecessary expense. The rain was my biggest worry, and even with that, Andrew assured us there would be a Plan B, and it would be great...and I believed him. Fortunately, the weather was great and we didn't need the extra tent or the Plan B! We also worked very closely with JoAnn, and I can't say enough good things about her. The two of them together are the perfect team! Having both Andrew and JoAnn there the day of the event gave me such a piece of mind and enabled me to forget about everything and just enjoy the day! The entire Culinary Creations staff was amazing...professional, courteous, helpful, and top of their field, I am so thankful to have found Culinary Creations and will NEVER have to look any further for my catering needs! My deepest thanks and gratitude to then entire team! You are the best!

Joanna were so patient and friendly through the planning and tasting process. They helped us iron out all the details so that I didn't have to worry about a thing during the wedding itself. On the wedding day, all of the centerpieces, tables, and chairs were setup more beautifully than what I could have done myself (so quickly too!). The food was fantastic, and the portions were generous. The part I was most amazed with was the excellent service. Brandon, the captain, made sure that my husband and I always had drinks and food accessible which is incredibly thoughtful. The team made sure we were fed well and had time to mingle with guests. I highly recommend Culinary Creations! They're so friendly and flexible, and they'll make any event really special!

He even met us early on a Saturday morning (after catering an event the night before!) to help us pick out our linens, chairs, utensils, etc. Not only did he assist us with picking out a color scheme for our tables, but also he was patient with my indecisiveness! As our wedding date approached, Andrew made sure everything with our rentals and venue was coordinated. He was really took a lot of pressure and stress off of the bride and groom and we are so thankful for that! Andrew also helped us decide on the most perfect menu to serve our guests – offering helpful suggestions for food pairings. Our guests are STILL (a month later!) raving about how great the food was and how large the dinner portions were. The cocktail hour was unbelievable – all the food and displays were excellent. Our wedding cake was also the BEST cake I’ve ever tasted! We heard from many guests that our cake was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had (and we just had simple vanilla with vanilla buttercream). Joann also made sure that my husband and I were eating – she made us a plate of all the appetizers to try and brought us our signature drinks throughout the evening – she was wonderful! We are blown away by the professionalism and kindness of Culinary Creations. We really appreciate Andrew being honest with us and respecting our budget every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or caterer for our wedding. I really can’t recommend Culinary Creations enough. You won’t be disappointed!

We had several butler passed Hors d'oeuvres, including shrimp and grits poppers, french toast shooters and pork roll (my wife calls it, I still call it Taylor ham) stuffed mushrooms. There was also a massive farmer's table with a very friendly cheese guy (our guests are still telling us how great he was). We are lucky enough to live around the corner from Culinary Creations, so we're able to walk there for brunch if we need a fix. Selecting them to cater our wedding was a no brainer, especially since we wanted everything to be custom. They bent over backwards to make sure that my bride and I were well fed, hydrated and stress free all night.

The professionalism and universally serviceable attitude and approach of the staff was almost butler-like in quality, and we really appreciated the personal touch Andrew, the owner, gave to things by handling all the planning and going through it all with us personally. We really appreciated his openness and realness, his respect for our budget, and the fact that he never tried to pressure or "up sell" us on anything whatsoever, but rather was accommodating to our needs and willing to help us cut budgeting corners while maintaining a very fancy overall presentation for our guests.

When we went for our tasting my boyfriend was thrilled and we were even more excited for our wedding day. A couple weeks after our wedding our guests are still complimenting us (so Culinary Creations ) on the food variety and service. We had a cocktail style reception, so no formal sit down, and Culinary Creations made the wedding run so smoothly everyone was impressed even the skeptical ones! The bartenders were quick and sociable, a perfect fit for our wedding. The food selections are never ending but Andrew will guide you through it all and come up with the perfect menu that represents you. We are so thankful Culinary Creations was a part of our day. The process was easy and smooth, they made us feel very comfortable and they were very accommodating to my desires. During the wedding, I could not believe how professional and amazing they were, especially at handling unexpected issues with other vendors. The food was amazing as expected, everyone raved nonstop. Our wedding would have not been as awesome as it was without Andrew and JoAnn, they are the best!

Some caterers did not seem as though they were as interested in hearing what we had to say. Culinary Creations listened and executed. We had requested a quote during a busy time of year so it took them a little while to get the quote out to us, however when they did it was much more in tune with what we had requested and it was definitely more detailed than the others. We are just thrilled that we made that choice because they were the reason we had a wonderful wedding despite a few other vendors not doing what they were supposed to. Culinary Creations actually jumped in to do what they could to make up for our lousy Wedding Planner and Florist. It is just nice that they thought more about Us on our wedding day and what would be best for us, Not what was best for them. Food was even better than the tasting and we never thought that would be the case at the wedding. Display were gorgeous and bountiful. Perfect Day!!!

Every email I sent got a quick response. Every concern was resolved quickly, every nervous argument with the fiance was settled. We had last minute add-ons (chairs, fans), last minute work (we expected to set up the ceremony chairs ourselves but the crew did it super quickly for us) and everything went so smoothly. Then of course the food and staff. It rained heavily for an hour on the day and the staff ran around bringing items in with lightening speed. Then, before the reception, they were all changed into dry, clean clothes like nothing happened! The chairs were dried, the tables cleaned up. The staff was so super friendly my guests could not say enough nice things. We have very picky eaters in our family but everyone was raving (and I mean everyone!!). We had complaints that people didn't get enough seconds! We had guests visiting from CA who normally complain about how heavy and uncomfortable NJ food can be and they made a point to tell me that this is the best food they have had in a while. I have heard it's quite common for the bride and groom not to eat at their wedding, or not to have cake. We had both! We had someone dedicated to making sure we had water/drinks and that we tried everything at the buffet. I was blown away, because I have been to quite a few weddings and I have never seen this kind of attention to the bride and groom before. I would say the only thing we can complain about is that there was no food left over (and obviously, this isn't a real complaint). But we had so much cake!! We are two weeks out and we are still defrosting it and eating it to this day. Maybe it was our fault for bringing extra pastries? Again, either way, not a problem. Clean up went super smooth and most of the time, I really didn't even realize how much work was being done behind the scenes. I loved Andrew and his dream and really cannot thank them enough for how incredible they made our day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

what really sold us was when we went in for the tasting - we ended up putting a deposit down right on the spot because the food was just unbelievable. All the ingredients were so fresh and you could just tell how much care was put into each pieces. They have sample packages put together but they were so accommodating with letting us remove things we didn't think were necessary and replacing them with our "must-haves". And that was all just through the planning! Andrew was so so great with communication as well. I work full time so being able to go through menu details back and forth in email, which was both prompt and clear, was a godsend. Now on to the real deal - the wedding day. Being the bride means the whole day went by in kind of a blur, but the Captain, JoAnn, was SO attentive to my groom and I. She put together a plate of hors d'oeuvres for my husband and I, and I kid you not she was swatting people away protecting it for us so we could actually have a bite of food between pictures. All of the waiters and waitresses were so friendly, and the food was no less delicious than when we went in for the tasting. Everything was absolutely perfect, and after the people packed up to head out the caterers stuck around to help break-down the tents and collect all the trash. We had a back yard reception and by the time the second morning rolled around there was hardly any clean-up to take care of. It was fabulous! On top of all of that, all of our guests were RAVING about all the hors d'oeuvres, the salad, entrees, everything! Everyone absolutely loved it. There are always a lot of headaches that come along during the wedding planning process and Culinary Creations definitely ended up being the least of my worries. The only thing I would do differently the second time around would be to use them for all my rentals too (tent, trailer restroom, etc). Other than that I literally would not go back and change a single thing. Definitely definitely recommend them if you are looking for quality food and service!

They have a huge number of choices to choose from with a lot of flexibility to mix different concepts, sauces, and types of food to build a fully customized menu. Once you sit with Andrew and give him some idea of your budget and wants, he works with you to add and remove different options to satisfy your needs. We decided we didn't want a wedding cake, so he circled every other dessert option we could have without adding to our price and then told us he could easily do other options as well if we wanted- we could just adjust the menu elsewhere. That kind of flexibility made it very easy to chose a menu that was perfect for us and our budget. The night of the wedding, JoAnn ran everything smoothly and professionally. Although I failed to notice and warn her that my venue didn't have a freezer (sorry, JoAnn!), she quickly adapted and made a slight change to the schedule of the event to make our dessert work. She and her team were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. My partner and I ran late and missed our cocktail hour so her team put aside some of the passed hors d'ouevres for us to try later. Because my partner and I have both worked in the service industry and know service people aren't always treated great, it was nice to learn that all staff are compensated fairly and treated well by Culinary Creations. I can only assume that leads to less turnover as the staff seemed well trained and professional. Culinary Creations was easy to work with, didn't try to "up sell" or push me out of my budget, and made delicious food. I couldn't have really asked for anything more.
