reschedule for. Unfortunately, our original caterer had to go out of business, and we now had a new date about 4 weeks away, and no caterer. We came across Culinary Creations and Andrew was quick to get back to us. From the first call on, communication with him was very easy. He helped us create a customized menu based on our dietary preferences/restrictions. He also facilitated other services like ice and liquor through other vendors, making things a lot easier on us. Our tasting was held just about 2 weeks before our wedding, and we didn’t feel the least bit nervous. We met JoAnn at the tasting, not realizing she’d be working our wedding as well. She did an awesome job taking care of us on our special day, making sure we got to eat and have drinks. Things went smoothly day-of, despite a last minute change of location of our reception due to rain the night before. As for the food, our guests were really happy and loved everything from cocktail hour to our entree stations. Andrew and his team are true professionals who can be trusted with your most special day. We felt at ease and confident in their experience with parties of all sizes and settings. We will be sure to recommend them to our loved ones in search of a caterer. A huge thank you Andrew, JoAnn and staff. You all did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier about choosing Culinary Creations.

at things happen for a reason. Well, that reason lead us to the greatest caterers ever. I came across Culinary Creations through the knot and did a bit more research on them. I googled them, yelped them, and pretty much looked at very site I possible could in order to see the type of caterers they were. Through all their reviews I kept seeing how great they were and decided to go with my gut and reach out to them. I am beyond glad we did because they did more than an excellent job. From the moment we contacted them with our little emergency, of needing a new caterer under a short period of time, they jumped right in with us. They did not hesitate or even give us doubt. They emailed us right away, got on conference calls with us, made us feel comfortable that they could handle our wedding in what could be short notice. Even with their busy Thanksgiving schedule, Culinary Creations, handled our onsite greet and meet, food tasting, and onsite inspection of our venue. Andrew Pantano answered all our questions time and time again. When we came down for a tasting his staff members were delightful and made us feel so comfortable. We were still wondered how great they actually would because how does someone (even group) cook great for a large party. The day of our Andrews team was there the night before seating up making sure they were ready to go the day of our wedding. On our wedding day they were still in full communication with us and making sure all I’s are dotted and T’s crossed. Wedding night… they blew out of the park. Our cocktail hour was great – the staff made sure we sat down and ate and kept our drink glasses full. We went with family style servings because we wanted everyone to try every bit of the food and I’m glad we went with that. A lot of our family and friends raved about the food and staff. Excellent all around, clear communication, professionalism, everything you could ask for Culinary Creations delivered. I HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone with either it’s a small brunch at home to your wedding needs!

ndrew, JoAnn and the team made my husband and I feel so comfortable at our wedding that we could just sit back and relax and not worry about a thing. We had to let go of our planner last minute and they told us do not worry, that they would handle everything, and that they did. The food is outstanding and people are still talking about it. We had questions about drinks and ice and how to find these things, but they take care of all that for you as well with vendors they work hand in hand with. Everything was seamless, flawless and my cup overflows with gratitude. I will always sing their praises!

We came upon Culinary Creations when we needed a replacement and the bit of extra searching was certainly a blessing in disguise to get to work with them! Andrew and his whole team are so kind, so organized and make sure that everything goes completely smoothly. They are total experts and take on a lot of responsibility in figuring out the logistics for the day which is super helpful. From setting up decorations to providing outstanding service, my husband and our families didn’t have to worry about a single thing during the wedding. The food is delicious and we appreciated their flexibility and ability to accommodate dietary needs and other requests. We are so appreciative for everything Andrew and his team did to make our wedding a success and would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area!

nd were able to accommodate dietary restrictions for ourselves as well as immediate family members. The food was all delicious and the slider station was a huge hit! For 5 full days before our wedding it rained, and it rained hard. Our yard (we had a backyard wedding) was soaked, to say the least. Andrew and his team were able to adjust their hours for the setup based on rain so that they did not mess up the yard more than the rain already did. Because of this we were able to lay down turf the day before and they were able to set everything up the night before and the day of. The rain held off for the wedding and everything turned out perfect. If we did not choose Culinary Creations for our rental company I truly believe that our wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was. I sincerely thank them for all their hard work and honesty throughout the whole process. Every single person there was a pleasure to work with.

em on our big day. It turned out to be THE BEST decisions we had made for our day! I cannot share enough good things about this amazing group of people. My husband and I had decided to have our wedding at his parents house, with that came A LOT of added responsibilities that most couples typical don't have to consider. Andrew and the team walked us through every single step of the way, guided us through the process, provided the best recommendations, connected us with vendors that we will forever be grateful for and simply made a very large undertaking - simple. I can't stress that enough our wedding process was SIMPLE thanks to this team! Flash forward to the big day, we didn't have to think about a thing, everything was perfect, their team took care of us and our guests, they were in contact with all of the vendors so we never had to get involved in anything. If there was something that had gone wrong, I never heard of it and I know that they fixed it instantly. The food was DELICIOUS! Many times you go to a wedding and the food is sub par especially since it is being made in mass quantities. Not these guys. It felt like every dish was made to order for each guest, the cocktail hour was spectacular, the send off pork roll egg and cheese station is something that our guests still talk a bout to this day. One major mistake - get more pork roll and egg and cheese, it's a hit!! To the Culinary Creations Catering team - thank you X a million!!

Our reception was at a site that did not have a kitchen so Culinary Creations was able to set up a functioning kitchen and provide everything from tables and chairs to satellite bars which was great. Our families are still talking about how good the food was both at the cocktail hour and for the main course. We would highly recommend Culinary Creations for any event. He patiently addressed my endless questions, responded immediately to all of my emails, and treated my husband and I like personal friends, rather than customers. Our venue gave us a list of approved caterers, and we went with Andrew because he was full-service. He handled absolutely everything leading up to the big day, and Joanne, our captain, was the epitome of perfection. It was she who escorted us on our first walk-through, conducted our tasting, and executed our day-of needs. If a guest handed me a gift, she swooped in and collected it from me. If my hand was empty, she gave me my drink of choice. When my gown was being bustled, she brought me food. At one point, my mother wanted to change our timeline, but Joanne made sure to clear it with me first. I couldn’t possibly thank her enough for making sure the day went smoothly! Finally, the food was amazing - I have never heard so many people compliment wedding food! Guests were calling after in order to rave about it. We served the meal family style, and everything came out hot and delicious, with seconds for whomever desired it. The arrangement they have for alcohol on consignment was ideal, and they even agreed to frost the cake with my personal recipe! Given the exceptional service we received, the value was beyond compare. I look forward to future opportunities to hire Culinary Creations again.

AZING! Everyone raved about how great the food was. Also, they do bake cakes, and you would be foolish not to get your cake from them. It was sooooo goooood! The staff made my husband and I feel so special all night- checking in on us and making sure we had enough to eat and asking if they could bring us a drink. We truly felt like royalty. Never over a day to get an email response from him answering any random questions I would have. The meetings leading up to the wedding were informative and were enough to get all the planning done. He was extrememly accomodating with our menu, trying a few times to prefect an ethnic dish for us which turned out great! The team day of was also amazing. Jo Ann regularly checked in with my durind the reception to feed me and make sue I had what I needed and was happy. And the food was amazing and plentiful, we got so many compliments from our guests that they were very happy with the food.

ktail hour, and the reception. I needed a caterer who was experienced in outdoor venues and one that could not only coordinate, but also be responsible for ALL aspects of the special day. Our first meeting with Andrew confirmed that we had come to the right place! His many years of experience have afforded him a vast number of contacts for anything you could ever need. The tasting was sooo delicious and extremely beneficial in helping to formulate a desirable menu. The variety of menu choices were more then I have ever seen, and if by chance there was something that wasn't listed, Andrew welcomed all suggestions. He helped us cut out things we didn't need and bring to our attention things we never thought of. In meeting for the site visit, his expertise was essential in planning how the event should flow. Probably more valuable than anything was his ability to alleviate any fears or concerns we had regarding the weather or any of the other hundreds of things you think of that could go wrong. Through the years, I doubt there isn't anything Andrew has come across and learned to deal with. Rain was in the forecast for the wedding day which would have required renting another tent to cover the ceremony area. He offered that we could hold off until the last minute to avoid an unnecessary expense. The rain was my biggest worry, and even with that, Andrew assured us there would be a Plan B, and it would be great...and I believed him. Fortunately, the weather was great and we didn't need the extra tent or the Plan B! We also worked very closely with JoAnn, and I can't say enough good things about her. The two of them together are the perfect team! Having both Andrew and JoAnn there the day of the event gave me such a piece of mind and enabled me to forget about everything and just enjoy the day! The entire Culinary Creations staff was amazing...professional, courteous, helpful, and top of their field, I am so thankful to have found Culinary Creations and will NEVER have to look any further for my catering needs! My deepest thanks and gratitude to then entire team! You are the best!

They helped us iron out all the details so that I didn't have to worry about a thing during the wedding itself. On the wedding day, all of the centerpieces, tables, and chairs were setup more beautifully than what I could have done myself (so quickly too!). The food was fantastic, and the portions were generous. The part I was most amazed with was the excellent service. Brandon, the captain, made sure that my husband and I always had drinks and food accessible which is incredibly thoughtful. The team made sure we were fed well and had time to mingle with guests. I highly recommend Culinary Creations! They're so friendly and flexible, and they'll make any event really special!

Culinary Creations was able to work well within our budget – their pricing was so much more reasonable than other caterers in the area we had met with. Andrew was with us and involved in each step of the planning process. He went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the catering was seamless. He even met us early on a Saturday morning (after catering an event the night before!) to help us pick out our linens, chairs, utensils, etc. Not only did he assist us with picking out a color scheme for our tables, but also he was patient with my indecisiveness! As our wedding date approached, Andrew made sure everything with our rentals and venue was coordinated. He was really took a lot of pressure and stress off of the bride and groom and we are so thankful for that! Andrew also helped us decide on the most perfect menu to serve our guests – offering helpful suggestions for food pairings. Our guests are STILL (a month later!) raving about how great the food was and how large the dinner portions were. The cocktail hour was unbelievable – all the food and displays were excellent. Our wedding cake was also the BEST cake I’ve ever tasted! We heard from many guests that our cake was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had (and we just had simple vanilla with vanilla buttercream). Joann also made sure that my husband and I were eating – she made us a plate of all the appetizers to try and brought us our signature drinks throughout the evening – she was wonderful! We are blown away by the professionalism and kindness of Culinary Creations. We really appreciate Andrew being honest with us and respecting our budget every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or caterer for our wedding. I really can’t recommend Culinary Creations enough. You won’t be disappointed!

th a metric ton of bacon and pommes anna (as an aside, google that if you don't know what it is. You'll want to eat it immediately). The stars of the show definitely made an appearance at our cocktail hour. We had several butler passed Hors d'oeuvres, including shrimp and grits poppers, french toast shooters and pork roll (my wife calls it, I still call it Taylor ham) stuffed mushrooms. There was also a massive farmer's table with a very friendly cheese guy (our guests are still telling us how great he was). We are lucky enough to live around the corner from Culinary Creations, so we're able to walk there for brunch if we need a fix. Selecting them to cater our wedding was a no brainer, especially since we wanted everything to be custom. They bent over backwards to make sure that my bride and I were well fed, hydrated and stress free all night.

Andrew and JoAnn are amazing and made everything easy to understand, especially since my fiancé and I didn't know much about weddings. The process was easy and smooth, they made us feel very comfortable and they were very accommodating to my desires. During the wedding, I could not believe how professional and amazing they were, especially at handling unexpected issues with other vendors. The food was amazing as expected, everyone raved nonstop. Our wedding would have not been as awesome as it was without Andrew and JoAnn, they are the best!

They were one of three caterers we went to go see and it was such a difference talking to them about being flexible and making special foods and our overall vision. Some caterers did not seem as though they were as interested in hearing what we had to say. Culinary Creations listened and executed. We had requested a quote during a busy time of year so it took them a little while to get the quote out to us, however when they did it was much more in tune with what we had requested and it was definitely more detailed than the others. We are just thrilled that we made that choice because they were the reason we had a wonderful wedding despite a few other vendors not doing what they were supposed to. Culinary Creations actually jumped in to do what they could to make up for our lousy Wedding Planner and Florist. It is just nice that they thought more about Us on our wedding day and what would be best for us, Not what was best for them. Food was even better than the tasting and we never thought that would be the case at the wedding. Display were gorgeous and bountiful. Perfect Day!!!
