Thank God for Culinary Creations! Even through covid and the amount of times I had to change my plans, they were there to help and make my wedding dreams come true. Food and rentals were all great, couldn't have asked for better.

When we lost our original caterer 8 weeks before our wedding we were not sure what we were going to do. Most people would have freaked out but I kept a positive mindset and knew that things happen for a reason. Well, that reason lead us to the greatest caterers ever. I came across Culinary Creations through the knot and did a bit more research on them. I googled them, yelped them, and pretty much looked at very site I possible could in order to see the type of caterers they were. Through all their reviews I kept seeing how great they were and decided to go with my gut and reach out to them. I am beyond glad we did because they did more than an excellent job. From the moment we contacted them with our little emergency, of needing a new caterer under a short period of time, they jumped right in with us. They did not hesitate or even give us doubt. They emailed us right away, got on conference calls with us, made us feel comfortable that they could handle our wedding in what could be short notice. Even with their busy Thanksgiving schedule, Culinary Creations, handled our onsite greet and meet, food tasting, and onsite inspection of our venue. Andrew Pantano answered all our questions time and time again. When we came down for a tasting his staff members were delightful and made us feel so comfortable. We were still wondered how great they actually would because how does someone (even group) cook great for a large party. The day of our Andrews team was there the night before seating up making sure they were ready to go the day of our wedding. On our wedding day they were still in full communication with us and making sure all I’s are dotted and T’s crossed. Wedding night… they blew out of the park. Our cocktail hour was great – the staff made sure we sat down and ate and kept our drink glasses full. We went with family style servings because we wanted everyone to try every bit of the food and I’m glad we went with that. A lot of our family and friends raved about the food and staff. Excellent all around, clear communication, professionalism, everything you could ask for Culinary Creations delivered. I HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone with either it’s a small brunch at home to your wedding needs!

I can’t begin to tell you how incredibly grateful we are for Culinary Creations and the people who work here. Whatever we needed, they were there to make it happen without fail. Andrew, JoAnn and the team made my husband and I feel so comfortable at our wedding that we could just sit back and relax and not worry about a thing. We had to let go of our planner last minute and they told us do not worry, that they would handle everything, and that they did. The food is outstanding and people are still talking about it. We had questions about drinks and ice and how to find these things, but they take care of all that for you as well with vendors they work hand in hand with. Everything was seamless, flawless and my cup overflows with gratitude. I will always sing their praises!

870 miles, that’s the distance between WI and NJ. I had to plan a wedding from this distance. I knew I needed a full service caterer for the barn venue that was chosen that is why I chose Culinary Creations. They made everything so easy for me, one stop shopping. Food, rental, bar, they did it all. They are truly a professional and detailed oriented caterer. Their staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent ( rave review of braised short ribs from guests). Andrew and JoAnn are a dynamic duo. Friends and family said I did a great job planning the wedding to which I responded, I just hired great people. You will not be disappointed..

If you're searching for a wedding caterer, I can’t recommend Culinary Creations enough. The reviews here speak for themselves, but they truly live up to them. Unfortunately the original caterer we booked went out of business a few months before our wedding date. We came upon Culinary Creations when we needed a replacement and the bit of extra searching was certainly a blessing in disguise to get to work with them! Andrew and his whole team are so kind, so organized and make sure that everything goes completely smoothly. They are total experts and take on a lot of responsibility in figuring out the logistics for the day which is super helpful. From setting up decorations to providing outstanding service, my husband and our families didn’t have to worry about a single thing during the wedding. The food is delicious and we appreciated their flexibility and ability to accommodate dietary needs and other requests. We are so appreciative for everything Andrew and his team did to make our wedding a success and would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area!

Overall I would give the food a 10/10, food service a 10/10, and I would give the bartending service a 7/10. Overall the food was excellent and the value was great for what we paid for it. Andrew was fantastic to work with and I would definitely utilize them again. Got many compliments on how great the food was, Overall they made the day a breeze, and a great bang for the buck. It was just a few minor issues with the bartenders that stopped me from rating them above average.

Culinary Creations was great from start to finish. They were punctual, professional and helpful. The food was delicious and was displayed creatively in an innovative style.

The only thing we knew when we started our wedding planning was that we wanted Culinary Creations to be our caterer, and for good reason. From recommending a beautiful venue that perfectly fit the vibe we were looking for, to helping us with details we didn’t even know existed, Andrew and Joann were beyond helpful. On the day of the event their staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful to our guests, which we continue to get feedback about. It seems silly to even bother talking about how amazing the food was because we know that it would all be perfect. We received so many compliments on the food and we couldn’t have been happier with everything that we got. Thank you for being a part of our day.

Andrew and his team at Culinary Creations were everything we could have asked for in a catering and rental company. They explained all the food in detail during our tasting visit and were able to accommodate dietary restrictions for ourselves as well as immediate family members. The food was all delicious and the slider station was a huge hit! For 5 full days before our wedding it rained, and it rained hard. Our yard (we had a backyard wedding) was soaked, to say the least. Andrew and his team were able to adjust their hours for the setup based on rain so that they did not mess up the yard more than the rain already did. Because of this we were able to lay down turf the day before and they were able to set everything up the night before and the day of. The rain held off for the wedding and everything turned out perfect. If we did not choose Culinary Creations for our rental company I truly believe that our wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was. I sincerely thank them for all their hard work and honesty throughout the whole process. Every single person there was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing! You need these guys with you on the big day! My husbands family had used Culinary Creations Catering in the past for events so it was a natural fit to go ahead and use them on our big day. It turned out to be THE BEST decisions we had made for our day! I cannot share enough good things about this amazing group of people. My husband and I had decided to have our wedding at his parents house, with that came A LOT of added responsibilities that most couples typical don't have to consider. Andrew and the team walked us through every single step of the way, guided us through the process, provided the best recommendations, connected us with vendors that we will forever be grateful for and simply made a very large undertaking - simple. I can't stress that enough our wedding process was SIMPLE thanks to this team! Flash forward to the big day, we didn't have to think about a thing, everything was perfect, their team took care of us and our guests, they were in contact with all of the vendors so we never had to get involved in anything. If there was something that had gone wrong, I never heard of it and I know that they fixed it instantly. The food was DELICIOUS! Many times you go to a wedding and the food is sub par especially since it is being made in mass quantities. Not these guys. It felt like every dish was made to order for each guest, the cocktail hour was spectacular, the send off pork roll egg and cheese station is something that our guests still talk a bout to this day. One major mistake - get more pork roll and egg and cheese, it's a hit!! To the Culinary Creations Catering team - thank you X a million!!

Andrew Pantano and his team at Culinary Creations were awesome. They made everything so easy and stress free, which is a tough thing to accomplish when planning a wedding. They were very on top of everything in accordance to correspondence, details, and organization. All of this while still feeling very comfortable and laid back. The day of the wedding was just as great. The food and staff were both amazing. I will recommend them to anyone who needs catering services. I couldn’t have been happier with their service. Aside from the delicious food, the Culinary Creations team (especially Andrew Pantano) helped create a wonderful experience for us. My husband and I aren't natural event planners, so we were seriously stressed about planning our wedding. Andrew's invaluable knowledge and guidance took so much of the stress out of wedding preparation. We always left our pre-wedding meetings with a huge sigh of relief. Andrew and the team at Culinary Creations were amazing! They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during the initial meeting/tasting and were available in person or by phone/email any time we had a question or concern leading up to the wedding day. The venue was set up exactly how we pictured it and looked amazing. Our reception was at a site that did not have a kitchen so Culinary Creations was able to set up a functioning kitchen and provide everything from tables and chairs to satellite bars which was great. The service was exceptional the day of the event and all staff members were very professional. Our families are still talking about how good the food was both at the cocktail hour and for the main course. We would highly recommend Culinary Creations for any event. While we were initially worried about finding a caterer that would be able to do a vegan wedding, Culinary Creations went above and beyond.

Everything is more challenging when you have your wedding at a non-traditional venue, unless, of course, you hire Culinary Creations. I am not sure any review can do justice to the experience provided by Andrew, Joanne, and the whole team. For a detail-oriented bride, Andrew was exactly what I needed! He patiently addressed my endless questions, responded immediately to all of my emails, and treated my husband and I like personal friends, rather than customers. Our venue gave us a list of approved caterers, and we went with Andrew because he was full-service. He handled absolutely everything leading up to the big day, and Joanne, our captain, was the epitome of perfection. It was she who escorted us on our first walk-through, conducted our tasting, and executed our day-of needs. If a guest handed me a gift, she swooped in and collected it from me. If my hand was empty, she gave me my drink of choice. When my gown was being bustled, she brought me food. At one point, my mother wanted to change our timeline, but Joanne made sure to clear it with me first. I couldn’t possibly thank her enough for making sure the day went smoothly! Finally, the food was amazing - I have never heard so many people compliment wedding food! Guests were calling after in order to rave about it. We served the meal family style, and everything came out hot and delicious, with seconds for whomever desired it. The arrangement they have for alcohol on consignment was ideal, and they even agreed to frost the cake with my personal recipe! Given the exceptional service we received, the value was beyond compare. I look forward to future opportunities to hire Culinary Creations again.

My husband and I had Culinary Creations cater our wedding and we could not have been happier!!! The staff was very professional, efficient, helpful, and best of all the food was AMAZING! Everyone raved about how great the food was. Also, they do bake cakes, and you would be foolish not to get your cake from them. It was sooooo goooood! The staff made my husband and I feel so special all night- checking in on us and making sure we had enough to eat and asking if they could bring us a drink. We truly felt like royalty. A+ for Culinary Creations!

I highly recommend them. They’re food is fantastic and was complimented the entire night. They’re also extremely experience and knowledgeable. We got married at an unconventional wedding venue that required all furniture to be rented and set up onsite. Culinary Creations was one of the recommended caterers, and we’re so happy we chose them! Andrew is very experienced, organized, and easy to work with. I never felt like we needed a dedicated wedding planner since all the furniture, dinnerware, food, and drinks were handled in one place. Got many positive reviews from guests on the food as well!

Andrew and his team worked extremely well from previous relationships and day-of planning without any hand holding to make our event run smoothly. Honestly, one of the most straightforward and helpful caterers we've ever worked with and would do so for future events.

Getting married is a stressful ordeal. So it goes without saying that after our original caterer had to cancel, we were frantic. We spoke to Andrew of Culinary Creations and explained our needs, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was thorough, accommodating, and friendly. The day of the wedding, everything was as I'd hoped. Everything was laid out beautifully, the food was incredible, and the staff were top notch. If I had it to do all over again, I would go with Culinary Creations again in a heartbeat.

Out of all of the decisions we made for our wedding, choosing Culinary Creations was the BEST (and most valuable) one. We had to build our outdoor wedding from the ground up and besides the amazing food, Culinary Creations was responsible for all of the tenting, lighting, power, chairs, and tables - and they absolutely nailed it. Andrew, Joann, and the rest of the staff made what I expected to be a stressful process, seamless, organized, comfortable, and fun. Andrew and his team at Culinary Creations are absolutely amazing!!! We were able to pull off a 160 guest wedding in less than 4 months thanks to him!!! I run a busy restaurant and bar and spend a lot of time handling special events at work, so I didn't have a lot of time to focus on my own wedding. Andrew literally did everything for us he possibly could and then some! He has a wonderful reputation as a chef and caterer and really really lives up to it. I knew well in advance I wanted to use Culinary Creations if I ever had the chance. Many of our guests also work or formally worked in the restaurant industry, and they were all sooo impressed by the food, the displays, execution and level of professionalism. We had a very specific idea of how we wanted our reception to be and it was all we hoped for and much much more. Every single guest has showered us with compliments for our choice in the caterer. I very highly recommending Culinary Creations, from the initial meeting/tasting to the pricing to the big day, they really knock it out of the park! We cannot wait to use them again in the future!

We planned our amazing vineyard wedding in only four months, and we owe sooo many thanks to Andrew! The great team at Culinarily Creations headed by Andrew flawlessly planned, prepped, priced, and executed our vision. I say ‘our vision’, because at no point did he feel like a vendor and we the customer. He felt more like a partner who was just as passionate about our day. In certain instances, he was more proactive then we were. He saw gaps in our planning before they became problematic and sorted matters out with other vendors directly. He literally connected us with anyone/anything we would need. From the place settings to the portable bathrooms. When you choose culinary creations you are not merely selecting a caterer, you are partnering with an expert who has a workflow so precise, pricing so reasonable, and communication so transparent that he made what seemed impossible look effortless. As the bride and groom we often say that “we wished we could’ve been guests at our wedding”. All who attended were absolutely blown away.

The food is second to none. It was difficult to decide which items we were going to select for our wedding menu as everything we tried during the tasting was fantastic. Every guest was thoroughly satisfied with the food at our reception. The attention to detail from the first planning meeting to the last check-in helped to make our wedding reception a truly memorable event. Andrew, Joanne, and staff left no detail undone, and the results, including excellent table service by the wait staff, were remarkable. If you have an idea, share it with Andrew as his broad level of experience will help guide you to the right decision. Joanne and Andrew made our wedding day far better then we had ever imagined! The whole process from beginning to end went so smoothly. They made sure that every detail was attended to. The food was out of this world and we are still, 5 months later getting compliments on how amazing the food was and how it was the best wedding our guest ever attended. Culinary Creations were absolutely fabulous to work with for my wedding. They provided full catering service to my venue which did not even have a kitchen, and all the staff, food, drink, and rentals. Andrew was excellent from day 1 and made us really comfortable knowing that he would handle everything we needed for the venue. And always resposive! Never over a day to get an email response from him answering any random questions I would have. The meetings leading up to the wedding were informative and were enough to get all the planning done. He was extrememly accomodating with our menu, trying a few times to prefect an ethnic dish for us which turned out great! The team day of was also amazing. Jo Ann regularly checked in with my durind the reception to feed me and make sue I had what I needed and was happy. And the food was amazing and plentiful, we got so many compliments from our guests that they were very happy with the food.

Culinary Creations is truly awesome. They were so helpful in planning our wedding one step at a time, and very accommodating when it came to some modified menu items. Everyone told us that planning a wedding at a non-traditional venue (i.e. not a banquet hall or hotel with built-in food service and bar) would be super complicated and way more work -- but it definitely wasn't, thanks to CC and their wonderful staff. They made it so easy and fun, and it allowed us to really personalize the whole reception. They are just awesome.

Culinary Creations thoroughly exceeded our expectations! Our daughter's wedding had over 200 guests and was held outdoors which encompassed three large areas: the ceremony, the cocktail hour, and the reception. I needed a caterer who was experienced in outdoor venues and one that could not only coordinate, but also be responsible for ALL aspects of the special day. Our first meeting with Andrew confirmed that we had come to the right place! His many years of experience have afforded him a vast number of contacts for anything you could ever need. The tasting was sooo delicious and extremely beneficial in helping to formulate a desirable menu. The variety of menu choices were more then I have ever seen, and if by chance there was something that wasn't listed, Andrew welcomed all suggestions. He helped us cut out things we didn't need and bring to our attention things we never thought of. In meeting for the site visit, his expertise was essential in planning how the event should flow. Probably more valuable than anything was his ability to alleviate any fears or concerns we had regarding the weather or any of the other hundreds of things you think of that could go wrong. Through the years, I doubt there isn't anything Andrew has come across and learned to deal with. Rain was in the forecast for the wedding day which would have required renting another tent to cover the ceremony area. He offered that we could hold off until the last minute to avoid an unnecessary expense. The rain was my biggest worry, and even with that, Andrew assured us there would be a Plan B, and it would be great...and I believed him. Fortunately, the weather was great and we didn't need the extra tent or the Plan B! We also worked very closely with JoAnn, and I can't say enough good things about her. The two of them together are the perfect team! Having both Andrew and JoAnn there the day of the event gave me such a piece of mind and enabled me to forget about everything and just enjoy the day! The entire Culinary Creations staff was amazing...professional, courteous, helpful, and top of their field, I am so thankful to have found Culinary Creations and will NEVER have to look any further for my catering needs! My deepest thanks and gratitude to then entire team! You are the best!

Andrew and the Culinary Creations team is absolutely superb. I was planning the wedding from out of town, and we have multiple family members with food allergies. The complications weren't a problem at all for Culinary Creations. Andrew and Joanna were so patient and friendly through the planning and tasting process. They helped us iron out all the details so that I didn't have to worry about a thing during the wedding itself. On the wedding day, all of the centerpieces, tables, and chairs were setup more beautifully than what I could have done myself (so quickly too!). The food was fantastic, and the portions were generous. The part I was most amazed with was the excellent service. Brandon, the captain, made sure that my husband and I always had drinks and food accessible which is incredibly thoughtful. The team made sure we were fed well and had time to mingle with guests. I highly recommend Culinary Creations! They're so friendly and flexible, and they'll make any event really special!

Hiring Andrew and his team for our wedding day was on of the best decisions we made! We met with many caterers before finding Culinary Creations and as soon as we left our initial meeting with Andrew we knew that we had found the perfect caterer for our wedding. Culinary Creations was able to work well within our budget – their pricing was so much more reasonable than other caterers in the area we had met with. Culinary Creations went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect! They truly exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is outstanding. Andrew was with us and involved in each step of the planning process. He went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the catering was seamless. He even met us early on a Saturday morning (after catering an event the night before!) to help us pick out our linens, chairs, utensils, etc. Not only did he assist us with picking out a color scheme for our tables, but also he was patient with my indecisiveness! As our wedding date approached, Andrew made sure everything with our rentals and venue was coordinated. He was really took a lot of pressure and stress off of the bride and groom and we are so thankful for that! Andrew also helped us decide on the most perfect menu to serve our guests – offering helpful suggestions for food pairings. Our guests are STILL (a month later!) raving about how great the food was and how large the dinner portions were. The cocktail hour was unbelievable – all the food and displays were excellent. Our wedding cake was also the BEST cake I’ve ever tasted! We heard from many guests that our cake was the best wedding cake they’ve ever had (and we just had simple vanilla with vanilla buttercream). Joann also made sure that my husband and I were eating – she made us a plate of all the appetizers to try and brought us our signature drinks throughout the evening – she was wonderful! We are blown away by the professionalism and kindness of Culinary Creations. We really appreciate Andrew being honest with us and respecting our budget every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or caterer for our wedding. I really can’t recommend Culinary Creations enough. You won’t be disappointed!

Andrew and the staff at Culinary Creations Catering did everything possible to make our museum wedding magical. We decided on a custom Breakfast for Dinner menu that was loaded with a metric ton of bacon and pommes anna (as an aside, google that if you don't know what it is. You'll want to eat it immediately). The stars of the show definitely made an appearance at our cocktail hour. We had several butler passed Hors d'oeuvres, including shrimp and grits poppers, french toast shooters and pork roll (my wife calls it, I still call it Taylor ham) stuffed mushrooms. There was also a massive farmer's table with a very friendly cheese guy (our guests are still telling us how great he was). We are lucky enough to live around the corner from Culinary Creations, so we're able to walk there for brunch if we need a fix. Selecting them to cater our wedding was a no brainer, especially since we wanted everything to be custom. They bent over backwards to make sure that my bride and I were well fed, hydrated and stress free all night.

Andrew, Joann and the Culinary Creations team did a terrific job catering our wedding. From start to finish, Andrew and Joann were very easy to communicate with and always made us feel like everything was under control. We had our wedding at a unique venue (The Loew's Jersey Theater) and Andrew and his team were more than ready to handle the quirks of the venue. If we failed to consider anything, Culinary Creations inevitably had us covered. In addition, their food was tremendous and we received many compliments from all our guests. I would strongly recommend Andrew, Joann and Culinary Creations as wedding caterers and for any other catering needs.

By far the best caterer out of any of the ones we looked at, and for a comparable price, too. Culinary Creations really does have some of the best, most amazingly delicious food we had ever tasted; our guests are still raving to us about how delicious the food at our wedding was, and that was months ago now. The professionalism and universally serviceable attitude and approach of the staff was almost butler-like in quality, and we really appreciated the personal touch Andrew, the owner, gave to things by handling all the planning and going through it all with us personally. We really appreciated his openness and realness, his respect for our budget, and the fact that he never tried to pressure or "up sell" us on anything whatsoever, but rather was accommodating to our needs and willing to help us cut budgeting corners while maintaining a very fancy overall presentation for our guests.

Culinary Creations catered our wedding in our home a few weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased! We have used their services for food before, but this was the first time that we had full wait staff on site too. The food has always been exceptional - tasty, creative and lots of selection. The staff we had on site were wonderful - thoughtful in their set up, flexible and left our home spotless! Absolutely amazing! The quality of food and service was truly amazing and I am so elated that we chose Culinary Creations to cater our wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure this was a truly special day. Guests are still raving about their food - the party favorite was their short rib dish. Andrew was a real pleasure to work with-- his experience and expertise allowed our wedding to be flawless. Some changes were made last minute to the set up and layout, but Culinary had no problem accommodating !! Another great thing about them is that they appoint one person to the bride and groom -- she made sure we had appetizers waiting for us, that we ate dinner, and that we were never without a drink! Working with Andrew and his team was fantastic! They made the entire process simple and ran our wedding day exactly how we envisioned. They were much more than caterers that day, they truly were our day-of-coordinators. It's a given that the food was delicious, but they went above and beyond - even making sure some extra food was sent home with us to enjoy the next day. Having hosted our friends on many occasions over the years food and service were top priorities for our wedding. I spoke with many caterers about our wedding and ideas and generally left the conversation feeling eh. After speaking with JoAnn at Culinary Creations I knew this was the caterer we were going to use. She was knowledgeable and straight forward, something I needed at the beginning of this process! When we went for our tasting my boyfriend was thrilled and we were even more excited for our wedding day. A couple weeks after our wedding our guests are still complimenting us (so Culinary Creations ) on the food variety and service. We had a cocktail style reception, so no formal sit down, and Culinary Creations made the wedding run so smoothly everyone was impressed even the skeptical ones! The bartenders were quick and sociable, a perfect fit for our wedding. The food selections are never ending but Andrew will guide you through it all and come up with the perfect menu that represents you. We are so thankful Culinary Creations was a part of our day. I understand all of the hype around Culinary Creations after they catered my wedding with complete perfection. They were the most knowledgeable caterer we met with of all of the venues we were interested in, and their food at the tasting was fantastic, the whole experience dealing with them was easy and we had complete confidence in their ability which put our minds at ease. We were able to enjoy our day!!! They had told us form the beginning they would handle all the rentals and all and we let them (they got us better pricing too) and they handled the delivery, set-up breakdown and all, even the restroom trailer. They have the complete package and we were so happy to have found them. Great Experience, EXCELLENT WEDDING!!!

We were looking for brunch restaurants and came across awesome reviews from Culinary Creations so we decided to make them a visit and we fell in love with the food. As soon as we got engaged and decided we wanted a backyard wedding we thought about Culinary Creations and gave them a call. Andrew and JoAnn are amazing and made everything easy to understand, especially since my fiancé and I didn't know much about weddings. The process was easy and smooth, they made us feel very comfortable and they were very accommodating to my desires. During the wedding, I could not believe how professional and amazing they were, especially at handling unexpected issues with other vendors. The food was amazing as expected, everyone raved nonstop. Our wedding would have not been as awesome as it was without Andrew and JoAnn, they are the best!

SO HAPPY we decided on Culinary Creations for our wedding. It is very difficult in selecting all vendors for a wedding, however we knew we had found the right caterer after meeting Andrew & Joanne and having our tasting. They were one of three caterers we went to go see and it was such a difference talking to them about being flexible and making special foods and our overall vision. Some caterers did not seem as though they were as interested in hearing what we had to say. Culinary Creations listened and executed. We had requested a quote during a busy time of year so it took them a little while to get the quote out to us, however when they did it was much more in tune with what we had requested and it was definitely more detailed than the others. We are just thrilled that we made that choice because they were the reason we had a wonderful wedding despite a few other vendors not doing what they were supposed to. Culinary Creations actually jumped in to do what they could to make up for our lousy Wedding Planner and Florist. It is just nice that they thought more about Us on our wedding day and what would be best for us, Not what was best for them. Food was even better than the tasting and we never thought that would be the case at the wedding. Display were gorgeous and bountiful. Perfect Day!!!

First Class all the way. Culinary Creations really carried through with all that was promised and More! Our Captain was at our attention at all times, staffing was pleasant and very hard working. They came in and took over, staff was all over the place doing things so quickly and with such style. Everything was ready before the estimated time and I knew it would be fine from then on. Couple of staff even came the night before to check on the rentals delivered, count and even start some basic arranging. We were so very impressed with them. We will recommend Culinary Creations to all of our friends and family. They deserve a lot of praise for the food and all, we are still receiving rave reviews about the food and staff from our family. Outstanding job, we cannot Thank them enough for an incredible wedding. From start to finish everything ran smooth and as planned. Culinary Creations took care of all of our concerns and they never let anything even remotely bother them. (even our wedding planner seemed concerned about some things and Culinary Creations took care of it for her).

Andrew did an amazing job from start to finish with walking us through the food and rental options, cost management and anticipated setup of our day. His response time to questions was always within 24 hours and he did his very best to help resolve concerns or problems. Andrew was present at setup the day before and even the night of our wedding. I was very happy to have him there as by the time the wedding arrived, he seemed more like a friend and guest than just our caterer. His team did a great job and the food was wonderful. Guests are still speaking to me over two weeks past the wedding about how much they loved the stations of foods we organized and how delicious everything was. A huge thank you to Andrew from Culinary Creations and his team. The wedding we envisioned and hoped for was executed flawlessly and could not have been done without them. We look forward to returning to Culinary Creations again for future events and are eager to recommend them to everyone we know.

I don't even know where to start. Everything about Culinary Creations was incredible. I had called a few places before I reached Andrew and his crew and from that first phone call we realized we would be in good hands. Every meeting we had was thorough, taking as much time as we needed. The tasting was great, the team even made us a dish to try they don't normally make because we didn't want to order without tasting everything first. Every email I sent got a quick response. Every concern was resolved quickly, every nervous argument with the fiance was settled. We had last minute add-ons (chairs, fans), last minute work (we expected to set up the ceremony chairs ourselves but the crew did it super quickly for us) and everything went so smoothly. Then of course the food and staff. It rained heavily for an hour on the day and the staff ran around bringing items in with lightening speed. Then, before the reception, they were all changed into dry, clean clothes like nothing happened! The chairs were dried, the tables cleaned up. The staff was so super friendly my guests could not say enough nice things. We have very picky eaters in our family but everyone was raving (and I mean everyone!!). We had complaints that people didn't get enough seconds! We had guests visiting from CA who normally complain about how heavy and uncomfortable NJ food can be and they made a point to tell me that this is the best food they have had in a while. I have heard it's quite common for the bride and groom not to eat at their wedding, or not to have cake. We had both! We had someone dedicated to making sure we had water/drinks and that we tried everything at the buffet. I was blown away, because I have been to quite a few weddings and I have never seen this kind of attention to the bride and groom before. I would say the only thing we can complain about is that there was no food left over (and obviously, this isn't a real complaint). But we had so much cake!! We are two weeks out and we are still defrosting it and eating it to this day. Maybe it was our fault for bringing extra pastries? Again, either way, not a problem. Clean up went super smooth and most of the time, I really didn't even realize how much work was being done behind the scenes. I loved Andrew and his dream and really cannot thank them enough for how incredible they made our day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They were a pleasure to work with and really made our wedding special! The food was delicious, they were able to make specially requested dishes and they were able to accommodate our vegan guests and guests with allergies. I would definitely recommend them!

The staff was very accommodating, they transformed my backyard into a true wedding venue. Very professional and really made me feel special.

A++++ service on all levels! I had a "backyard BBQ" wedding on the family farm for 220+ people. Not only did Andrew accommodate my budget, he also came up with a perfect bbq/rustic/country menu to satisfy my hungry guests. It included vegan and vegetarian options because I am a vegetarian, and meat eaters raved about the steak and chicken! Mac and cheese, baked beans, cole slaw, grilled veggies, and more! All the food was local: farm to table. Throughout the planning process, Andrew was very responsive and communicative, and answered every question I had. On the day of the wedding, his staff was AMAZING. They were extremely professional, so my "backyard style" still felt so elegant! I definitely recommend Culinary Creations for any event, small or large.

Our experience with Culinary Creations was topnotch right from the start. Owner Andrew Pantano designed a menu precisely in line with our theme, flow and budget of our wedding. We went to the tasting... and thought it was one of the best and exciting meals we had ever eaten... so we did not change a thing! Andrew gave us helpful input on every aspect of our wedding celebration... and worked well with all our third party vendors. The day worked out exactly as planned. Culinary Creations staff was professional and extremely personable. We have received nothing but very positive comments on the food and staff. Next catered event... no question... I met with Andrew and impressed from the start!! I am just sorry and a little embarrassed it has taken me this long to write this!! First off, meeting with Andrew was wonderful and so well handled. We discussed things my fiance (at the time) and I did not even think about which made us realize in the end "this guy really knows his stuff" We scheduled with him a tasting and then had a final meeting with him before our big day. (not to mention the countless e-mails and phone calls in between) The day of our wedding was simply beautiful. The service was fantastic and all of our guests raved about the food. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great caterer and we were so happy to have found them!!

It was a true pleasure to work with Culinary Creations from the first meeting through our wedding day. Courteous, Professional & Knowledgeable. They handled all of our tenting and rental needs and even offered us some great vendors to work with. We made up our own menu with the guidance of Andrew to fit within our budget and make our wedding the wedding we dreamed of. Joann was a wonderful captain, we felt very well taken care of. Our wedding was everything we ever thought it would be and more.

Andrew even catered to multiple dietary allergies and restrictions and took great care of those people at our wedding. Throughout the night and after the wedding we had countless guests rave not only about the amazing food but also about the exceptional service. We can't say enough about Andrew, Joanne and Culinary Creations. I will recommend them over and over and hope I have the opportunity to hire them for another event in the future.

I had several caterers quote me for my wedding but none compared to culinary creations. Andrew made me feel so comfortable from the time i met with him to go over my contract, to tasting the food and just ensuring from that point on that everything was covered. The day of our wedding we could not have been more thrilled. Everything was perfect! Our captain took care of us right from the beginning with drinks and making sure we ate. We felt like kings & queens. Andrew was even there which surprised us even more. i would definitely recommend them to any bride looking for a great caterer and who also wants their day to be flawless!!

Wedding 10/03. I searched high and low on many wedding web sites to find a caterer. Some did not take the time to speak with me, some were very set in their ways. Culinary Creations was so easy to work with and make my wedding exactly what I wanted it to be and more. Their efforts in taking my ideas and bringing them to life and adding their own wonderful ideas as well. We searched so long that we ended up just leaving a deposit for our wedding date and then going in after and doing the tasting (which sold us without a doubt). We then only had time to meet a couple of times, but within our time restraints and budget they were able to make miracle happen for us. Our wedding was a Huge success and although everyone says people tell them how wonderful their wedding was, we already had a guest book an event with Culinary Creations since our wedding date because they loved it so much. I cannot say enough about the staff at our wedding and our captain, I could go on and on about every detail, but in reality Culinary Creations made our wedding day perfect and we are certain they would do the same for you.

I cannot Thank Culinary Creations enough for making our Wedding Day such a Joy from beginning to end. They were such a pleasure to work with and the day of the wedding (even with the inclement weather) they worked so seamlessly and perfectly to take care of everyone needs and keep everyone comfortable and having a great time. The food was far better than we could have asked for and even better than the tasting (which was hard to beat) Andrew worked closely with us every step explaining everything with knowledge and perfection. We used Culinary Creations to cater our wedding and I cannot even begin to express how great they were! We had a short engagement (~6 months) and Andrew Pantano was so easy to work with on our time crunch. We were in contact back and forth, but what really sold us was when we went in for the tasting - we ended up putting a deposit down right on the spot because the food was just unbelievable. All the ingredients were so fresh and you could just tell how much care was put into each pieces. They have sample packages put together but they were so accommodating with letting us remove things we didn't think were necessary and replacing them with our "must-haves". And that was all just through the planning! Andrew was so so great with communication as well. I work full time so being able to go through menu details back and forth in email, which was both prompt and clear, was a godsend. Now on to the real deal - the wedding day. Being the bride means the whole day went by in kind of a blur, but the Captain, JoAnn, was SO attentive to my groom and I. She put together a plate of hors d'oeuvres for my husband and I, and I kid you not she was swatting people away protecting it for us so we could actually have a bite of food between pictures. All of the waiters and waitresses were so friendly, and the food was no less delicious than when we went in for the tasting. Everything was absolutely perfect, and after the people packed up to head out the caterers stuck around to help break-down the tents and collect all the trash. We had a back yard reception and by the time the second morning rolled around there was hardly any clean-up to take care of. It was fabulous! On top of all of that, all of our guests were RAVING about all the hors d'oeuvres, the salad, entrees, everything! Everyone absolutely loved it. There are always a lot of headaches that come along during the wedding planning process and Culinary Creations definitely ended up being the least of my worries. The only thing I would do differently the second time around would be to use them for all my rentals too (tent, trailer restroom, etc). Other than that I literally would not go back and change a single thing. Definitely definitely recommend them if you are looking for quality food and service!

Both my partner and I have worked in restaurants and catering venues so we had really high standards for a caterer for our wedding. We were both determined to find someone who could make interesting and delicious food- not just the standard wedding fare. We were so happy to find Culinary Creations- a company that perfectly fit what we wanted. They have a huge number of choices to choose from with a lot of flexibility to mix different concepts, sauces, and types of food to build a fully customized menu. Once you sit with Andrew and give him some idea of your budget and wants, he works with you to add and remove different options to satisfy your needs. We decided we didn't want a wedding cake, so he circled every other dessert option we could have without adding to our price and then told us he could easily do other options as well if we wanted- we could just adjust the menu elsewhere. That kind of flexibility made it very easy to chose a menu that was perfect for us and our budget. The night of the wedding, JoAnn ran everything smoothly and professionally. Although I failed to notice and warn her that my venue didn't have a freezer (sorry, JoAnn!), she quickly adapted and made a slight change to the schedule of the event to make our dessert work. She and her team were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. My partner and I ran late and missed our cocktail hour so her team put aside some of the passed hors d'ouevres for us to try later. Because my partner and I have both worked in the service industry and know service people aren't always treated great, it was nice to learn that all staff are compensated fairly and treated well by Culinary Creations. I can only assume that leads to less turnover as the staff seemed well trained and professional. Culinary Creations was easy to work with, didn't try to "up sell" or push me out of my budget, and made delicious food. I couldn't have really asked for anything more.

There are not words to express how terrific Andrew, JoAnn, and the whole staff of Culinary Creations are! They made my wedding day an event to remember - the food was INCREDIBLE, the set-up beautiful, service BEYOND AMAZING, and attention to detail PERFECT - at a level above and beyond others. They were so easy to work with, helpful, provided great advice, and really made the day so special. Every time someone talks to me about the wedding, they mention how terrific the food and staff were. I honestly cannot say enough great things about them. As the Father of the Bride and extremely picky about food (being a retired chef). I was truly amazed how Culinary Creations spent so much time with us explaining each and every detail of our Daughter's Backyard Tented Wedding, we thoroughly enjoyed a personal food tasting with Chef-Owner Andrew and then several other meetings thereafter working out the menu and details with our daughter. The Day of the Wedding Culinary Creations staff was courteous, knowledgeable & professional. Joann our Captain was a true joy to work with and she is one of the full time catering consultants which made us feel even more at ease. She handled every aspect of the night without pause or hesitation. Every detail was taken care of flawlessly and the food was Beyond Amazing, Beautifully displayed and even better than the tasting. If you are looking have a wedding you will not go wrong with Culinary Creations. Just the meeting alone was four times more educational than the other caterers we met with.
