We used Eric and his team for our wedding catering at the beginning of August, and they were incredible to work with! They made the food portion of our wedding feel easy, stress-free, and absolutely delicious. We had several people in both our wedding party and our guests with food allergies, and CC was so accommodating and quick to make sure everyone had options and that the majority of our food was as allergen-friendly as possible. For the substitutions that couldn’t be made, they worked with us to create separate plates for those who needed them and made sure the allergy-friendly options were just as delicious as everything else. Jessica, in particular, was amazing to work with and made us feel completely confident that our guests’ needs would be taken care of. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and the whole team made one more aspect of wedding planning incredibly easy for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience!

Culinary Creations provided the perfect meal for our wedding reception. We had 130 guests and opted for the buffet, and every guest commented about how delicious the food was (especially the mashed potatoes!). The fact that we didn't have any leftovers to take home after speaks to how much everyone enjoyed the meal. We had our own china plates that were used for dinner, but the catering team was able to scrape them for us and pack them back in the milk crates which was a lifesaver. CC also provided real silverware to match our dinner plates for a similar price as plasticware. My husband and I have talked about hosting a large event in the near future just to have CC cater again :) I cannot recommend them enough.

I'm a twenty-year service industry veteran who has done it all, from tending bar to leading the kitchens in some of Kansas City’s finest dining establishments. A couple notable restaurants I have worked for are 801 Chophouse and The Jacobson. I started catering because I love being able to take one's vision and make it come to life on their most important days. Creativity is something I am most passionate about and that makes our business unique. You aren't choosing from a set menu but instead creating your own menu with my expertise.

ric let me tweak one of the appetizers, and let me say both the meatballs and bruschetta were fantastic! We had the Chicken Fettuccine, Pork Tenderloin with the dijon mustard sauce, various sides with rolls and everyone commented on how wonderful the food was. We worked with Chef Greg and his crew that evening, they were timely, responsive and I did not have to lift a finger! Prior to the event Chandra was great and very communicative! Pick Culinary Creations if you want an amazing worry free event!

They asked guests how they liked the food. Many guests kept telling us afterwards how wonderful the lasagna and asparagus were! Culinary Creations appears authentic in their business practices, and we'd highly recommend them to anyone. For improvement, we recommend that Culinary Creations expand their menu to offer more variety.

He was able to set up his mobile kitchen, tables/chairs, linens, bar, etc. all while keeping it a secret for the surprise party. I also appreciate how quickly he was able to clean up after the party. and he was able to deliver exactly what we wanted. We asked him for all vegetarian event, which despite never doing one before, he was excited about it, and he delivered beautifully. He was also able to provide gluten-free and vegan options for some guests as well. We called several companies before getting in touch with Eric, and none were nearly as flexible or willing to work with what we wanted. Instead of a set menu to pick from, he helped us create the menu that we wanted. We ended up going with a pasta bar with tons of veggie toppings and tofu (which Eric said he had never cooked before, but it was delicious!) and multiple pasta sauces (the pesto sauce is wonderful!). The presentation was beautiful too. Everything was perfect! We would absolutely choose Culinary Creations again, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for catering!
