Culinary Creations provided the perfect meal for our wedding reception. We had 130 guests and opted for the buffet, and every guest commented about how delicious the food was (especially the mashed potatoes!). The fact that we didn't have any leftovers to take home after speaks to how much everyone enjoyed the meal. We had our own china plates that were used for dinner, but the catering team was able to scrape them for us and pack them back in the milk crates which was a lifesaver. CC also provided real silverware to match our dinner plates for a similar price as plasticware. My husband and I have talked about hosting a large event in the near future just to have CC cater again :) I cannot recommend them enough.

Greg was also incredible in the days leading up to the event, double-checking our final headcount, which actually brought us significant cost savings. Thanks to him, we could indulge in a delightful dessert spread that became the talk of the night.

ric let me tweak one of the appetizers, and let me say both the meatballs and bruschetta were fantastic! We had the Chicken Fettuccine, Pork Tenderloin with the dijon mustard sauce, various sides with rolls and everyone commented on how wonderful the food was. We worked with Chef Greg and his crew that evening, they were timely, responsive and I did not have to lift a finger! Prior to the event Chandra was great and very communicative! They asked guests how they liked the food. Many guests kept telling us afterwards how wonderful the lasagna and asparagus were! Culinary Creations appears authentic in their business practices, and we'd highly recommend them to anyone. For improvement, we recommend that Culinary Creations expand their menu to offer more variety.

and he was able to deliver exactly what we wanted. We asked him for all vegetarian event, which despite never doing one before, he was excited about it, and he delivered beautifully. He was also able to provide gluten-free and vegan options for some guests as well. We called several companies before getting in touch with Eric, and none were nearly as flexible or willing to work with what we wanted. Instead of a set menu to pick from, he helped us create the menu that we wanted. We ended up going with a pasta bar with tons of veggie toppings and tofu (which Eric said he had never cooked before, but it was delicious!) and multiple pasta sauces (the pesto sauce is wonderful!). The presentation was beautiful too. Everything was perfect! We would absolutely choose Culinary Creations again, and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for catering!
