I loved that their website had their menu options clearly laid out, making it so easy to explore everything they had to offer before scheduling our tasting. And let me tell you, the tasting did NOT disappoint! We fell in love with their appetizers and entrées, and choosing our wedding menu was such a fun experience. We were so impressed that we put down our deposit and officially booked them! Now, I will be the first to admit that I am VERY Type A when it comes to planning, especially when it came to my wedding! 😂 We booked Culinary Productions well in advance, and naturally, there were a few changes throughout the year leading up to our big day. Their team was always so communicative, patient, and understanding. Even when we realized at the last minute that we had forgotten to add something, they handled it with a simple “No problem!” They truly made the entire planning process feel effortless. On our wedding day, the food was an absolute HIT! During cocktail hour, we served their Korean meatballs and chicken and waffles, and our guests absolutely LOVED them! In fact, I have to give a special shoutout to my wedding planner for bringing me an entire plate of those delicious meatballs because this bride was STARVING! 😂 They were seriously that good! For dinner, we chose the inside round steak and chicken Parmesan, along with their incredible mashed potatoes, which are TO DIE FOR! Everything was hot, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We heard so many compliments from our guests throughout the evening about how delicious the food was! We opted for buffet-style service, and the entire experience was so seamless. Our DJ called guests up table by table, and everyone was able to get their food in a timely and organized manner. The buffet flowed beautifully, the food stayed hot, and everything was handled so professionally. From our initial tasting to the final bite on our wedding day, Culinary Productions exceeded our expectations. Their communication was wonderful, their presentation was beautiful, and most importantly, their food was absolutely DELICIOUS! We are so grateful to have had you as part of our big day, and I will happily recommend you again and again for any special event! ❤️
