Heather did such an amazing job! From the beginning, her communication was excellent and she really took the time to understand my vision and what I wanted. She gives a ton of options to help stay within your budget, while making your dream wedding flowers come to life. She made everything come together beautifully and I absolutely loved all of my wedding flowers and got a lot of compliments on them. I will definitely use her again for other events and would highly recommend!

Before my wife goes into detail on the extraordinary work that Heather and Cullen Creations did with the floral design for our wedding, I would just like to share that the planning process was noticeably different once she met Heather. My wife’s conversations with Heather were some of the very few wedding plan conversations that left my wife feeling more relaxed than when they started, and the boost that it gave my wife to have full confidence in our florist was a relief to both of us. He’s right, I didn’t have a clear vision of what I wanted with flowers and Heather was very calming and organized. We worked on a relatively short timeline, and after every call, Heather would send over a spreadsheet that helped recap what we discussed. She was also super responsive with all of my followup questions. We had a morning ceremony at the top of a ski mountain, which added some complexity in terms of designs and time constraints. Heather presented us with different options based on timing, which made some of the other logistic conversations that much easier. She gave me the peace of mind that everything would be done correctly and on time. She never tried to upsell me - in fact, she helped me find beautiful options within our budget. The flowers and decorations were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.

Heather was absolutely amazing! My husband & I had a carnival themed wedding & we could never have made the vision come together without Cullen Creations. Everyone was impeccable - from the flowers to the set & break down. They were able to hang umbrellas, capture our vision & master the color palette. I ordered Cullen Creations services for flowers and decor set up and rental of some of their inventory items. I spoke with Heather once or twice and emailed with her before the weekend of the wedding. As I continued to adjust my order over time she provided updated spreadsheet showing new quote. It was very helpful so I could meet my minimum and our personal wedding budget. She also provided pictures of items that I was seeking which was helpful to make decision on my final order. Heather and her husband arrived the day before to drop off games, candy glass containers and charger plates. We briefly met day before wedding to confirm the set up of ceiling items. She had my ideas set up on the laptop so we could easily finalize details in person on location. They put together the massive cart and put the fabric to layover the top I provided, so we could decorate it as a candy station, and they also put up the ceiling decor I provided which included 3 large disco balls and long streamers. They previously spoke with the venue to ensure their equipment used for set up would be acceptable to use in the venue. They worked diligently and made my colorful disco wedding dream come true. They also provided flowers for the wedding include wrist corsages for the mother of bride and groom, boutonnieres, and bouquets for the wedding party. I asked for colorful and tropical and the outcome was glorious! It was a beautiful splash of color against the lake backdrop. Heather brought all the flowers the morning of to the girls get ready room and had them clearly labeled and explained how to hold/ wear the items. They also set up all the ceremony flowers on the pillars I rented from them. It came out stunning! The flowers and pillars were easily moved to the reception later on for decor in the venue space. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cullen Creations.

Working with Cullen Creations was fantastic!  Heather worked with us over several months to help create the perfect floral theme for our fall wedding.  She was just as excited as we were to work with Gilbertsville Farmhouse for the first time (btw, we were the first to add draping to GFH's barn and it added such a romantic touch to our decor!)  Her professionalism, knowledge and patience were very much appreciated during our wedding planning.  We are so happy with how beautiful the florals came out and enhanced our wedding decor.  We highly recommend this vendor for all future newlyweds.  Thanks Cullen Creations!  

Where do I start? Heather was phenomenal to work with. She knows what she's talking about with EVERYTHING! We first hired her to do some florals, but ended up getting some other decor like floating floral vases, table runners, etc. She worked with our budget and had so much insight as to what to focus on, which areas to spend on, where we could cut back, etc. She listened! It's so hard to truly felt listened to sometimes, but she did it so well. She understood our vision including colors, types of flowers and overall feel for everything. We had an interesting situation occur with our wedding, where our original planner ended up not able to attend the wedding day. Heather stepped in to be our on-site coordinator and honestly, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. She had everything organized A to Z. She helped run the rehearsal, she decorated and set everything up that we dropped off and brought our vision to life! She decorated our cakes! The day of she helped everyone feel calm, directed vendors, spoke to vendors when problems occurred, used her judgement and discernment with the weather; she is a true professional. Her and her husband went above and beyond what we could have asked for with everything! My mom also gives them credit for "saving the day", as we had an elder guest that was unaccounted for. Heather's husband drove the country roads and found her driving lost and aimlessly and was able to get her to the venue which was a relief for everyone! If I did everything over, I'd hire Cullen Creations on day one and hire them to handle everything. You truly can trust them with all your needs and be assured that they help will make your day as perfect as it should be!

First things first, Heather and Jae made the vision I had for my masquerade ball wedding come to life and were absolutely amazing to work with. I enjoyed working with Heather so much and I was so happy she involved me in the process since I’m a creative person myself. Heather knows how to balance your budget with what you REALLY want and is completely honest about what she thinks works and doesn’t work. She has the experience to tell you what she has seen in the past and some tricks and tips for circumventing problems couples have had in the past. Heather is available for all the florals, decor and drapery of your dreams. Heather was extremely organized, updating things in Excel as we went, communicated often via email and phone with changes, and kept us up to date with financials. Heather and Jae accommodated all of our requests and knew exactly how to organize and coordinate with the venue and other vendors. We worked with Heather for our Oct 2023 Catskills wedding for our florals, greenery, reception decor and candle/vase/drapery rentals. Heather is the most organized and detailed vendor that we worked with for our wedding, and she was so understanding and kind throughout the entire process! As we planned our wedding we felt so reassured with Heather as she was always very responsive to our (many!) emails and offered planning calls to talk through options and ideas. She made an effort to understand our goals, offer suggestions based on what we wanted, and even suggested ways that we could save on costs, which was so appreciated. As detailed people ourselves, we appreciated that she always followed up with a detailed spreadsheet that tracked everything in our order, including inspiration photos and descriptions that were important to us. And when our vision altered a bit halfway through planning, she was very understanding and pivoted to ultimately put together a great combination of beautiful florals. We got so many comments about our beautiful fall-themed groomsmen boutonnieres, and when my husband had worries about the flower size and color for his boutonniere, she made two options to choose from on the wedding day. Heather, along with her husband Jae, went above and beyond when setting up for our wedding -  they even helped us chase a squirrel out of our bridal cottage that morning! Heather works so hard to understand her clients' needs and approaches ideas with great suggestions and an open mind. Her prices are also reasonable for what can be a very costly part of wedding planning. One of our deciding factors in working with her was that we were only committed to our day-of styling fee, and we had the freedom to customize our floral and rental selections as we planned the details with her, rather than being committed to a very high minimum, which many other floral/rental vendors require. We are so glad that we got to work with Heather to bring our wedding to life and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for florals, rentals and decor styling for their wedding! 

I couldn't have imagined a better person to work with for wedding florals than Heather. She was kind, extremely responsive, thoughtful, and flexible with the entire brainstorming/design process. As someone with no experience in floral design, I valued the way she checked in with me to make sure the decisions we made fit my vision for the day and also how she offered her expertise with color/design choices. I trusted her completely with the process and was floored with the final results -- it is clear she cares so much about her work and about honoring each bride's unique vision for the day. Heather Cullen was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. I wasn’t really a flowers person and wanted to do minimal florals for my wedding. Heather really helped me to create the perfect amount of flowers and overall floral vision for our wedding day. She has a good eye and made great suggestions from colors to overall presentation. I wanted a black rose bouquet with 1 red rose as my personal bride bouquet. When she walked into my hotel the morning of the wedding with the black rose bouquet I cried because it was so perfect. She also has a huge warehouse space with tons of signage and wedding pieces available for rent for your special day. You can basically think of her space as a giant Pinterest flea market. We ended up renting an arbor from her and a bunch of other signage pieces for our ceremony and cocktail hour. She transformed our venue into something that far exceeded my expectations. She was very easy to work with and extremely quick to respond. She was also very reasonable and transparent with her pricing which we greatly appreciated. I can’t speak enough of how amazing she is. Thank you, Heather, for making our day even more perfect.

HIRE HEATHER! Just do yourself a favor! Heather was the MOST responsive and delightful vendor I worked with when planning for my wedding. I would have given her a good review prior to my wedding day - then I saw the flowers... BLOWN AWAY. She grasped my vision perfectly and took so much time and consideration into every detail. I had Heather put together the usual table arrangements and bouquets, as well as a the massive task of adding a huge floral arrangement to the chandelier of our room - she went above any beyond with both! Would hire again, no doubt.

If we could give Heather 100+ stars we would. Our venue's coordinator recommended Cullen Creations to us and from the moment we met we knew we had to look no further. We had a general idea of what we wanted and no idea where to start but Heather made the entire process so easy. Her advice and suggestions were incredibly honest, and she worked within our budget while making sure we had everything we wanted and more. We used Cullen Creations for florals, drapery and rentals (vases, candles, etc.) and every single thing was perfect. Not only was she always available to speak with us over the phone (probably more than she had to with other couples ;)), she worked tirelessly the entire week of our wedding while sick and even stayed to make sure all the floral transitions were seamless. We first met Heather and Jae in 2018 and knew we wanted to use them for our wedding in 2020. Well, 2020 came and went, and thankfully we were eventually and finally able to use them for real on 6/2/2022! They exceeded our expectations and all of their decor, from their little keepsakes to their furniture, are all so gorgeous and perfect. I absolutely LOVED working with Heather!! From the very beginning heather was so responsive, informative and had amazing suggestions! Due to a double booking I had a VERY tight timeline. I had my heart set on a white birch arbor but the timeline was going to be extremely tight and my dream of this arbor did not seem possible due to set up/break down time but, heather made it happen!!! Heather made my vision come to life with every single detail. I will never forget walking into my venue on my wedding day and being blown away. Everything I had envisioned she hit spot on and I will forever be thankful. My guests could not stop talking about the decor and the phenomenal florals arrangements for weeks past the wedding. Heather spent so much time sitting down and listening to exactly what I wanted and always kept in touch leading up to the wedding. If you have a chance to work with Heather I promise you will NOT regret it!!

We loved working with Heather Cullen / Cullen Creations Team for our June wedding. The drapery was a dream come true and really pulled our rustic barn wedding vibe together in a romantic and seamless manner. Can't say enough wonderful things about this team! Heather is phenomenal. You should hire her immediately! I had a very vague vision for what I wanted and Heather was able to take that and create something truly magical. She is all about the tiny details and felt like a second wedding planner. She did a lot of background communication with my venue and was always an excellent communicator with me. She is efficient, insanely organized, and generally just a fun, no nonsense person who is exactly what you need on your wedding team.

We cannot say enough positive things about the flowers Heather put together for our wedding. She was a pleasure to work with as we planned for the big day. Using inspiration photos, she perfectly matched what we had envisioned. The arrangements were so full and beautiful, and exceeded all of our expectations. We could not get over how perfect they were, and our friends and family expressed how stunning the arrangements were throughout each space of our wedding. We would highly recommend Heather!

Heather was a dream to work with! We hired her for rentals to customize our wedding and make it more unique to us. We rented various furniture items and decor and even added her draping services for our sweetheart table as well. Throughout the entire planning process, Heather was incredibly responsive and helpful in bringing my vision to life. We had a custom neon sign that we wanted hung on the draping behind our table and she and her husband both hung and took it down for us as well! We were so pleased to see everything come together and absolutely loved how it looked!

Heather at Cullen Creations did a fantastic job designing our wedding. She truly took my pinterest board vision and brought it to life in ways I could have never imagined. She memorized every little detail of things I mentioned months previously and made sure to incorporate them. For example, I mentioned to her ONCE how much I love dark fern leaves and would love to see them in my florals if possible. She made sure to incorporate dark, beautiful fern leaves into all of the bouquets and that small detail made me feel so lucky and heard. From the table settings, to the sweetheart table, to the chuppah that her and her husband built for us by hand, every detail was beautiful and enchanting and they really went above and beyond for us. I would recommend Cullen Creations anytime. FYI: I’ve included photos of two different chuppahs as we had set up a second one under a tent because there was rain on our wedding day. We ended up getting married under the tent due to rain, but the 2nd chuppah Cullen Creations designed was just as beautiful as the original one!

Heather was great to work with and did an amazing job with all of the floral arrangements for our wedding. She was very knowledgeable about different flowers, budget conscious, and able to turn our vague ideas into arrangements that really exceeded our expectations!

We hired Cullen Creations for florals, rental, and decor. Heather did an amazing job. The bouquets, centerpieces, and chuppah floral arrangements were all stunning. Heather worked with us for months and was very organized--she checked in regularly to make sure we were all on the same page, and she thought of little details that slipped our minds. Little touches like colorful bud vases and votive candles really made our wedding space look special.

Do yourself a favor and hire Cullen Creations as your florist! Heather talked me through the whole process, and kept everything neatly organized and updated in an excel spreadsheet. She’s professional, responsive and such a kind soul. I was absolutely blown away by how beautiful the bouquets were. My guest tables and sweetheart tables made the room look magical. I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience, and would recommend Cullen Creations to any and all!

We could not believe how absolutely gorgeous everything turned out in Heather's hands—from the impeccable mantlepiece to the sweetheart table to the seating table arrangement to the photographs to the incredible bouquet (which is drying upside-down in one of our windows now!). Heather blew all our expectations out of the water, and we were just so impressed by her care, attention, and vision. The reason why I wanted to work with Heather in the first place was because I needed someone who could go beyond what a conventional florist does and incorporate "DIY" design elements I created myself for my bohemian / romantic / natural / neutral / organic overall look, including a macrame ceremony arch hanging, macrame centerpieces, programs, table seating assignments (mason jars with dried flower petals), wood discs, and 6" potted plants in lieu of flowers for each reception table. When I reached out to normal florists in my area, I got lukewarm responses (especially to my potted plants idea), and I also wasn't able to find florists who could supplement/complement my decor with other pieces I didn't have (from table number holders to candles to other pieces to round out the look) and set them up on the day of. I was SO happy to find Cullen Creations, because not only do they have a huge inventory of TONS of decor on hand, but also: Heather is so kind, creative, and completely on top of it! She was totally on board with my vision and beautifully executed all the things I didn't have fully figured out, including my bouquet. It was a pleasure coordinating with her, and at our site visit to the venue together, she took careful notes and really got the lay of the land. I knew I wouldn't be able to do any decorating myself on the day of, but I felt really good trusting Heather with the piles of decor I'd left at the venue the day before with some light instructions (on top of our previous conversations). And honestly, I don't know how she did it, but she just made everything so beautiful, even better than I could have done myself (and I'm the kind of person who likes to do these kinds of things myself!). I also really appreciated working with Heather because she was quick to suggest more budget-friendly options and in general just communicated openly with me about the costs of various rentals and florals. I just can't recommend Heather highly enough!! I'm still just so in awe of her amazing work.

I am SO happy I went with Cullen Creations for our wedding! Heather was AMAZING from the start! On our first call, I gave her my vision for our wedding, we chatted to learn more about each other and it felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. Heather is very organized and I appreciated the excel spreadsheet she provided. It was so comforting to know we both were on the same page. She was aware of our budget and provided suggestions so we didn't go over too much. I thought that was very nice of her because most people wouldn't. It rained on our wedding day so we changed venues with only a couple of hours until ceremony! We went from a outside tent to a rustic barn style wedding. Heather was so kind to provide backdrop draping that went behind our sweetheart table and added candles to all of our tables. I was so touched and overwhelmed with joy when I saw that. The little details made everything come together. :) Heather is so genuine, fantastic at floral & decor and goes above and beyond for her brides. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat! Heather did an absolutely amazing job decorating our ceremony and reception site. She knew exactly what we wanted and replicated that perfectly! So grateful to have found Cullen Creations!!

My wife and I got married on October 30th this year. We had a vague idea what we wanted, spooky kind of vibe since it was Halloween weekend and we’re big Halloween people. Leading up to the wedding, Heather and I emailed close to 100 times to try and help us pin down what we would want. She was super responsive and super helpful in the whole process. She admitted to us that she had not done the gloomy/gothic vibe much in the past (most people don’t get married on Halloween), but she made it look like she did it for every wedding. I cannot express enough how perfect everything turned out. The morning of the wedding it was raining and she spent hours in the rain making sure our arbor was perfect. The tables and flower arrangements came out stunning, and my wife was OBSESSED with her bouquet. She also rents out decor pieces to tie everything together which was great value and we used a bunch of her stuff, not to mention she can also set up linens/draping as well. Honestly, I don’t write reviews for anything but I simply cannot recommend Heather enough. Thank you for everything

Great job! Heather is amazing and takes her time to pay attention to every detail. My husband Mark and I were blown away at how involved Heather and Jae were. They answered every question and made sure we were happy and that our needs were met. Definitely recommend.

Working with Heather was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. Due to COVID, we had to adjust the size and needs for our party, and Heather helped us tremendously in modifying our decor vision. She always seemed to read my mind, and knows exactly how to balance deferring to a couple's preferences with providing her own guidance and direction. Heather did a fantastic job with both decor and florals, and I'd highly recommend her for both. Don't think twice about working with Heather--she's the best!

We are so happy we hired Heather for our wedding! Due to covid, our wedding date changed twice and I had to find a new florist for our final date and luckily Cullen Creations saved the day. I wasn’t super specific about what I wanted (especially having the wedding delayed after a year) and Heather seemed to read my mind. Everything was gorgeous and we got so many compliments on everything. Definitely do yourself a favor and hire Cullen Creations!

We cannot recommend Cullen Creations enough!  Our only regret is not rendering Heather's services throughout the entire planning process as we only used her for three days.   And thank goodness we had her for those three days as we had quite a lot to deal with.  A flaky venue owner, torrential downpours, and a too small tent were just some of the headaches we had to deal with.  Heather and her team were just the resourceful medicine we needed.  While we were getting ready, they were busy working geometry magic & rearranged the tent to ensure that all of our guests would not get soaked. She also gave us useful advice on the best way to deal with the venue without losing our minds.  Not to mention all of the help she gave us throughout the day to make sure we were having a good time. We also rented a lot of beautiful decorations from Heather and they really helped make our wedding day look and feel so special. She was always so gracious in answering any planning questions that may have slipped in throughout the rental process. Thank you to Heather & the Cullen Creations team for making our wedding day, and the days leading up to it, so stress free & beautiful!

Heather is simply amazing, she took care of everything and made the planning process so smooth and enjoyable. She understood exactly what my vision was and went above and beyond of what I could of ever imagined. She has a keen eye for decor and amazing creative ideas, she was born for this. Heather of Cullen Creations is simply everything you would ever want a wedding planner to be: Organized, On top of every Detail, Knowledgeable, and a Pleasure to work with! Covid forced us to postpone our wedding not once but twice - a nightmare for any couple. Heather helped us navigate these bumps seamlessly (both times!) and despite the multiple delays, she has gracefully handled all the vendors and our wedding date will eventually take place just as we have always planned it!

When my husband and I decided to have our wedding at Stone Tavern Farm, a gorgeous barn venue in Roxbury, NY, we knew we would need help to really execute our "dream wedding." Heather came recommended by the owner of the venue and I can firmly say that 1) she is really easy to work with and 2) worth every penny. We met up months in advance of the wedding to go over every detail of the wedding weekend: rehearsal dinner on Friday, wedding on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. If you're doing something similar, keep in mind that this really means that you're planning 3 separate parties (that might be obvious to you but it didn't really occur to me until we got into the nitty gritty details). Heather has a great sense of design and I was happy to get her input on decor. She pays a lot of attention to detail so there really wasn't anything missed. There is no way I could've planned out the wedding weekend without Heather's help. There's just so much coordination that needs to occur and you don't want to be worrying about execution when you're walking down the aisle...you want to enjoy the amazing day!

We don't know where to begin with this one. We can say wonderful things about our wedding, we can write 150 thank you cards expressing our gratitude to guests and vendors... But we can hardly write a good enough review for Heather Cullen. We will try though! Heather quickly became a priceless, priceless gem in our wedding planning process and will be a part of our best memories for the remainder of our lifelong marriage. She not only handled everything we did not know we needed to do or even think about.... but she organized us for 18 months, she coached us, encouraged us, gave us most of our ideas (she is full of ideas and they constantly evolve), she allowed us to do things our own way even when our way was very weird. Thank you Heather for everything you did for us and with us. We always had a great time hanging out with you and you helped us laugh throughout this journey! And all of our guests wished they had you for their own (not as awesome) weddings! Heather is professional, responsible, flexible, and warm... and maybe most importantly, she is passionate about her job and about making sure your wedding is the wish you never knew could come true :)

Heather was such a huge help for us! We hired her specifically as a wedding weekend coordinator, but she went above and beyond the scope of those duties. The biggest value for us was that when our weekend arrived, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. She navigated all the vendors, staff, etc. so that all we had to worry about was spending time with our guests. In prep, she knew all the right questions to ask, and made sure we thought of everything...including all the little things we didn't think of. She was always very patient when we came to her with a million questions (some of which were probably annoying and repetitive), and communicated quickly and pleasantly. She is VERY organized, and we were never worried about anything falling through the cracks. Our wedding would not have been the same without her help. THANK YOU HEATHER!!

Heather was incredible and so lovely to work with. She's extremely creative and can make any one of your ideas a reality. For someone like me who had very little vision, aside from I like wild flowers and sunflowers, Heather was able to create a masterpiece. Not only was she able to make beautiful bouquets (we got so many compliments), she was able to make the perfect suggestions to make our day special (including helping me hang decorations the day of when I had no plan). I hired Heather to plan and decorate for my wedding reception in Andes, NY fall of October 2017, and it was the best decision I made. I had no clue on what to do for a reception, and Heather walked me through every detail and made sure I had everything I needed for the day. Then, when the day came around she took care of the decorations with my brilliant guidance of "fall colors" (I'm awful at decor) and just turned the tent set up at our home into a magical wedding scape. She and her team made sure everything went completely smoothly - which was great because I was in a fog the whole evening! I cannot recommend her enough she saved the day! Wow, am I glad I found Heather! I cannot say enough positive things about Heather. I had a very short engagement and was planning a 2 day wedding at a DIY barn venue in the Catskills and decided to hire Heather as my Day of Coordinator (for the whole weekend) and Designer/Decorator. This was the best decision I ever made. My weekend could NOT have run without her. Heather is patient, calm, flexible and honest. She is willing to offer customized solutions based on your needs, and helped me pull off the 2 day wedding extravaganza for a Pakistani/Jamaican fusion wedding. Despite not knowing everything about how a traditional South Asian Wedding is run, Heather took our direction and blew it out of the park. She answered all questions, found ways for us to maximize our decor and design rentals and helped advise us on things we should invest in vs things we sholudn't. She is extremely creative and has a good eye, especially for weddings with a rustic touch! She gave great vendor recommendations and knew a ton about the particular venue we were getting married at and her insight was invaluable. By the end of our weekend, Heather felt like a close friend. Heather did an incredible job decorating and running day-of operations for our wedding! We had a bunch of components -- a Friday night pizza truck dinner, a Saturday relay race/lawn games event, pre-ceremony drinks/appetizers, the ceremony itself, the reception, an after-party in the woods and a Sunday bagel send off. Heather made sure it all ran smoothly and looked great. Do your future self a favor and hire her!

Heather Cullen was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding on a farm in the Catskills October 2016. It was a full weekend event that was as much a family reunion as it was a family celebration. The idea of having a wedding planner initially seemed absurd. Well, it was worth every penny of her services. I could never have pulled off a wedding on a farm for 160 people with a welcome party Friday night, games and activities Saturday, wedding ceremony on the mountain, cocktails at sunset, full sit down reception in the barn with dancing, fireworks and transportation for all guests to and from their lodging, and a Sunday farewell brunch. Heather orchestrated the entire weekend like a waltz! In fact, between her resources, organizational skills, artistry, extremely even temperament, and beautiful smile I would say she was the best investment we have made in a long time. My daughter's wedding was perfection....everything the couple could have wanted and more. I continually hear that our wedding was THE BEST they had ever ever been too. Thank you Heather for being such a fabulous talented caring person.

We hired Heather to help out as day of coordinator with rehearsal dinner, traditional ceremony, wedding day, and day after brunch. I was very overwhelmed by all the planning as our venue was mostly DIY so hiring Heather was the best decision we've ever made. She made all my visions come to life - including building a bar and hanging lanterns. We both truly enjoyed our wedding day and had such memorable time with friends and family not having to worrying about minute details because of Heather.

Chris and I got married last weekend at stone tavern farm and we truly cannot say enough good things about Heather! She well exceeded our expectations and we were floored when we saw the finished product of all of the barn decorations! She really nailed our vision and we keep getting compliments from our guests about the decor! She also did a phenomenal job coordinating our weekend-long event and was able to tackle the challenge of torrential rain flawlessly. At the last minute she changed our outside ceremony to an indoor one and you would never know it! She got all of our guests together quickly and also decorated the pavilion so lovely! Our guests said it was the best ceremony they had ever been to. We recommend Heather's services 1000% and we without a doubt could not have had such an amazing and successful wedding without her!! Heather and her team from Cullen Creations were amazing. We were so nervous with a DIY/destination wedding as we had no idea what to expect and if we had everything covered. Heather put all of those nerves to rest the day we arrived at the venue. She coordinated vendors, handled any last minute issues that popped up, and always had an ingenious solution to items that didn't go as planned like torrential rain! When we had to make a last minute call to move the ceremony indoors, Heather's teams scrambled to hang chandeliers, and other decorations to make the new location look like it was planned from day one. When we were short two plates on our rentals, Heather ran home and got two plates from her own house to make up for our mistake. Hands down best decision we made in planning this wedding! She also has an extensive rental collection that was key to making the venue look exactly how we wanted without having to purchase everything ourselves and lug everything back and forth. Worth every penny.

I am definitely a planner (read: control freak) so when I first booked Heather to be our wedding coordinator, I felt like I'd still be doing most of the work. Boy was I wrong - from the outset, Heather let me know that any question that popped into my head I could email, text, call and she'd get working on getting me an answer. She helped us narrow down our vision to something extraordinary but totally "Nick and Alex". By the time the wedding came, I was so comfortable with her that I brought little amount of decorations I purchased to her and said "do your thing!". She also has A TON of beautiful décor - whether it's necessities like tablecloths, chalk boards, centerpieces, etc or the little things that brides really do not have the time to think of! I highly recommend Heather's service!

Heather was absolutely amazing! Not only is she organized and professional but she has an easy going and relaxed personality. She took my ideas and made them even better. She offered tips and advice throughout The entire process. Her team built gorgeous custom carpentry for our ceremony and she has wonderful decorations to use. Heather was AMAZING!! Such a life savor! Being a COVID bride having to change locations last minute heather was 100% on board with all changes! We had a last minute location change from a venue to a yard/tent wedding! She made my vision come alive with only 2 weeks notice! Her floral work was above and beyond anything i could Have imagined! She has a beautiful warehouse with anything you could possibly need! I dont Know what we would have done without her!

Heather was a huge help in helping bring together all the little details to make our rustic barn wedding come to life. She provided day of coordination, decor, and florals. It was great to have her do florals as well, and minimize the need for another vendor in the mix. She has loads of props and rentals you can view on her website, but she also had lots of creative ideas to about using the existing furniture and props of the at our barn venue to maximise that rustic/vintage vibe we we were going for. Heather is very flexible, and is as much hands on or hands off as you need her to be to help you achieve your. vision. She was also great working with the other vendors, and handling the day of timing which was really important to us. I highly recommend herself if you are planning a DIY and/or barn, or rustic/vintage type wedding.

Heather was absolutely amazing. We hired her for day-of coordination, rentals and as our florists. Heather went above and beyond. She was always there to help me make a decision or give her input on ideas that were not even in her job description. On the day of our wedding she took care of all the florals and decorations while simultaneously keeping me calm and sane throughout the day. Everything turned out perfect and the day moved smoothly all thanks to her and her husband. I can't recommend her enough. I honestly don't think I would have been able to do it without her.

Heather was absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment we met to the day off she was attentive, thoughtful and very detail orientated. She also managed to reign in all of our crazy ideas and make our unique wedding come to life. She went above and beyond as it came to adding more flair, from creating custom frames to hanging lanterns and building on our seemingly random ideas to make them come together. I don't plan on getting married again but if I did she would be on my first call list. :)

Heather is THE BEST! She literally planned my ENTIRE wedding. Without her i would have been so lost! I showed her probably less than a handful of pictures on Pinterest (i was not very helpful lol) and she NAILED IT. Every part of it exceeded my expectations. There were so many personal touches and details. We had a unique wedding that was very us and I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to capture that than Heather. She didn’t even blink an eye when i told her i wanted a face painter. Lol Her husband also built us the most beautiful arbor and wooden guest bench (in lieu of a guest book) that we now have in our house and it reminds us every day of the best day of our lives! Most people say after your wedding is over you miss all the planning. I don’t agree with that but i do miss Heather!! Lol

I don’t know where to even begin with Heather, besides do not hesitate to book her! Heather did all the florals for my wedding in September 2019 at Stonewall Estate. From my first interaction, Heather was always very kind, professional, and honest. She was upfront about pricing, any limitations, and what she thought was of best value within my budget. Heather spent countless hours with me on the phone, brainstorming and researching even “crazy” ideas. Despite being booked with multiple weddings, she was always very organized and fast to respond to any emails (probably the fastest of all my vendors). During the wedding weekend, Heather delivered way past my expectations. Even with unsure weather conditions, Heather was able to handle multiple possible rain/shine plans. Though a small husband and wife (and dog!) team, they created a beautiful setting for my two day Indian- Italian wedding. She worked diligently to create multiple looks during the weekend, from a moody Gatbsy theme ceremony and welcome party, to a rustic Indian ceremony, to elegant hanging roses from the ceiling of the barn during our reception- she can do it all! All of our guests are still raving about the decor- I highly recommend Cullen Creations!

Heather and her husband are an amazing wedding decor duo! Their warehouse is an absolute DREAM and Heather will help you create your vision and blow away anything you see on pinterest! I was an out of state bride and Heather was seriously a lifesaver for me. Not only did I not have to waste time looking for wedding decor online, I also didn't have to ship it anywhere! After you pick your items from her warehouse, they deliver them in tip top shape directly to your wedding site and then pick everything up the day after. I basically did all of my wedding decor selecting in only 2 hrs and it couldn't have been easier! Also, her husband is a talented builder and can make most anything you can think of! Heather is a sweetheart and a lot of fun to work with and will also keep you focused and on target! My only regret was not paying the extra fee to have her do the actual decorating, which would have save me a ton of stress! Seriously, hire this company, you won't regret it. They are the best you'll find in the upstate NY area!

We hired Heather to be our wedding decorator and day of coordinator. She completely transformed our venue into exactly what we wanted. She was so great at understanding our aesthetic and making suggestions that worked well with our style. I got so many compliments on the decor and really felt like we had a beautifully designed, unique wedding. For the coordination I was SO happy to have someone there to ask questions, get a second opinion, and ultimately make it all work together. On the day of Heather was a godsend! Our wedding had so many moving parts from multiple caterers to a guest shuttle, she was on top of it all and made sure everything went smoothly. The night went by with no hiccups which is incredible! Can't recommend them enough! Heather really went above and beyond to make my vision come to life! She was so amazing at helping me to create beautiful decor on a budget. Everything was gorgeous! She made everything so easy for us, providing me with options for things and ideas. Her rental package made it so easy to plan and not have to worry about separate rentals or buying things ourselves! Highly recommend that. They were also able to hang candle chandeliers and create this beautiful pergola decoration which really took everything to the next level. We got so many complements!!! Everything really was perfect, and I cant thank Heather enough!!

Simply put, we could not have managed our wedding weekend without her. We had an October wedding in upstate New York and while the venue supplied many items, it was pretty much DIY. Enter Heather with her packages and rentals! Heather worked tirelessly on our day of coordination, logistics, communication with our vendors, payments and organizing all of our rentals. It was such an added bonus that we didn't have to hire another vendor to manage rentals - Heather supplies them all! Heather and her team went above and beyond to create the perfect day for my husband and I! We gave heather very short notice to put off a huge job for 175 people at an indoor venue. We wanted a rustic, barn feel, with an abundance of lights and candles! She blew us away with how amazing the venue looked! She listened to all our needs and fulfilled them! She was also our planner the month prior to our wedding . All our road blocks were taken care of and addressed with professionalism. Heather was our day of coordinator. She did an excellent job helping us design and decorate a blank space. It turned out perfect. She has great design ideas, and is really organized with it all.
