About this vendor
Hi! I'm Casey, the owner of Cultivate Event Co. I run the floral consultations, curate the floral recipes, execute the design elements for your big day, and so much more.
My goal is to do more than just make you a pretty bouquet. I want to get to know you and work to create a wedding experience tailored to your vision and needs. I want to find out your inspiration, then use my expertise to create a fully custom vision that reflects your unique personality as a couple.
My aesthetic is lush and organic, and coordinating color palettes my favorite (aside from designing flowers, playing with puppies, drinking coffee, and watching true-crime documentaries).
I'd love to speak with you and learn more about how we can create something unique and beautiful for your dream wedding!

The moment we met with Casey, I knew she was the one! Since day one of planning my wedding, I’ve known that florals were going to be a huge part of my ceremony and reception- as I ...
told many family and friends beforehand, I wanted people to walk in and say “wow-look at those flowers!” before anything else. Casey made my vision come to life after our consultation in a way that made me think we were sharing a brain. Casey was flexible throughout the process, conscious of our budget, and willing to try any of the crazy ideas we threw at her!
Thank you Casey for making my garden party dreams come true-if you want jaw dropping florals, book Cultivate Event Co!!
Going into our wedding planning process, we immediately knew that florals were the top priority for us. We were aiming for a lush, overgrown, springy, “secret garden” type of vibe,...
and Cultivate delivered just that…and more!
We didn’t have any prior knowledge of florals or the many ways they could be used in a wedding celebration. With the helpful guidance of my wonderful planner and Casey from the Cultivate team, we settled on a variety of arrangements that worked towards our desired mood…an organic, overgrown aisle and ceremony backdrop that could be moved to the reception during the cocktail hour; unique and low-contrast bouquets and boutonnieres; a variety of whimsically shaped arrangements in vases throughout the venue; greenery hung from literally every surface possible; and a massive hanging installation over the head table.
To say we were blown away was an understatement. It’s like someone took the feeling of wonder we hoped to evoke and turned the volume up to an eleven. The whole evening was so magical, and we felt totally all-encompassed by Cultivate’s beautiful creations. We feel so lucky to have had such a talented and dedicated team to help realize our vision! Thank you again!!

at, we had a small intimate wedding, So she customized a package with us to fit our budget. We couldn't be more thankful for the detail and thought she put into her arrangements, plus she brought them personally the day of the wedding to make sure everything was perfect and to congratulate us on our big day!
Cultivate Event Co. DELIVERED! I knew I wanted tons of greenery and texture but wasn’t exactly sure about what I was looking for. After a few consultations Casey understood my visi...
on for my wedding better than I did. When I saw my bridal bouquet I was over the moon. It was lush, organic and PERFECT. Casey and her amazing team transformed a very simple rustic barn into a warm, vivacious space. Not only was I obsessed with the bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid’s bouquets… she brought in Spanish Moss and Smilax and draped it over the chandeliers, there were countless candles, greenery for the tables, ikebana inspired center pieces, a greenery arbor and she installed vines of greenery hanging over the head table. It is beyond cheesy, but I’m going to say it-it was magical. Casey asked me very good questions about what I precisely wanted and my response was “Surprise me!” Best decision I’ve ever made. She used her unique creativity and because of that my wedding was a dream come true.
We used Casey Neely for our flowers and she did a wonderful job. She took all of my vision and created based of colors and ideas from Pinterest. It was a true work of art. I didn’t...
ask for any pictures before my wedding but it was an incredible surprise. All the flowers were everything and more.
I used Casey for my wedding. She sent me her inspiration board so I could get a visual on what she was thinking. That was very much appreciated as I am not a floral person! Abou...
t two weeks prior to my wedding, I had an emergency and needed her to put together 13+ centerpieces for my tables. While I panicked, she took the reins and agreed to tack that onto her work. I expected her to say that she was busy and had her time already accounted for, but she really came through for me in an emergency situation. Now, the flowers. They turned out 100 times better than I envisioned in my head. They were GORGEOUS. Once I get pictures back, I'll upload to my review. They were just stunning. The centerpieces were better than I could have ever imagined, with only two weeks notice. I really can't recommend Casey and Cultivate Event Co. more. If I have any sort of event in the future where I'm in need of flowers, she will be the only person I use.
Casey is nothing short of amazing. Not only is she absolutely the sweetest, kindest person, but she is a true ARTIST. I did all white flowers for my wedding on 10/5/19 and what s...
he came up with was everything I had wanted - soft, romantic, timeless, elegant, and BEAUTIFUL.
Casey facilitated multiple FaceTime calls with me before the wedding to get to know me and my "vision" so that she could more fully understand what I wanted. She looked at photos of my bridal gown, bridesmaids' dresses and venue in order to get the full picture of the feel of the wedding. It was evident from day one that she was invested in making sure I was satisfied. After discussing what I wanted, she very quickly sent me the most gorgeous mood board with specific ideas of what she thought would make my vision come to life - even incorporating magnolia leaves into our arrangements, which had a special place in my heart because of my grandmother, who passed last year. Given how stunning her vision board was, I knew it would all be beautiful, but nothing could prepare me for the day of....
Casey and her team blew us all away. We had multiple guests at the wedding say they were the most beautiful flowers they'd ever seen (including the mistress of ceremonies at our church!). Truly - breathtaking. Casey delivered more than I could have ever imagined within a truly reasonable budget, and her team made it all so easy for us; they took care of everything! I could not be more thrilled to have chosen Cultivate Event Co. to be a part of our big day. If you are a bride to be in the Richmond area, I can promise you that you will get more than you ever imagined by working with Casey.
Thank you so much, Casey and team, for making our day so magical!! <3

asterpieces and she was a true genius. My bouquet was so beautiful, romantic and timeless. I kept saying I think I might want red in my bouquet, but Casey knew what I actually wanted. The pergola, the floating initials, the boutonnière and the bridesmaid bouquets were all stunning. Casey did the most amazing work and she is worth every single penny. I wish i could have saved my bouquet forever. You will not go wrong with Casey and her team. Very professional, very talented and an absolute joy to work with!!
