A week passed, and after reaching out and hearing no response, we finally received a short email later apologizing for a "scheduling mix-up." After further questioning it was revealed to us that they were offered a larger and more expensive wedding in Thailand that they preferred to accept. Initially we were proud to be giving our business to a young team who is just starting out, however it is clear that they lack integrity. If you are looking for a videographer that you can count on, Culture Kinetic is not it.
