We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding. We got married at Cunningham Farm a few weeks ago, and loved everything about the process of working with Matt and Abby! The venue is absolutely beautiful. The setting was absolutely beautiful, creating the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception, and our guests are still talking about how stunning everything was. What truly made the experience exceptional was working with the Cunningham farm team! From day 1 they were so kind, organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day successful. On the day of the wedding, despite last minute changes to the ceremony due to the weather, Matt was so helpful and accommodating, which helped everything run smoothly. We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding and would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful location and an outstanding experience. Thank you for helping make our wedding day one of the happiest days of our lives!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect at Cunningham Farm. Every moment felt like a dream. Matt and Abby's property is just magical, and they were so helpful through everything. The fact that you get the venue the entire weekend was a huge deciding factor for us. Setting up the venue Friday with our families and packing everything up when the weekend was over Sunday were some of our favorite memories. We made us of all 3 barns at the barns at the property, and the getting ready suite was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Thank you to Matt & Abby for coming into our lives and making our wedding more than we ever dreamed it could be.

The picturesque location is ideal for couples wishing to celebrate their big day surrounded by exquisite elegance and natural beauty. All around, you will be enchanted by verdant scenery and a sense of true tranquility. Here, you can design a celebration that you and your guests will treasure for a lifetime. Cunningham Farm stretches over 90 acres, which includes three event barns, a farmhouse, and plenty of scenic sites that are ideal for your photos. You can begin your day by preparing in the gorgeous Something Blue suite at the farmhouse, which is lined with windows that provide a wash of natural light. This space is ideal for you to be surrounded by your chosen entourage and cosmetic teams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to begin your festive day. Your ceremony can be held at a specially reserved site, overlooking a glittering pond. Here, you can seat up to 200 guests and exchange your vows under a handcrafted arbor. More intimate services can be arranged at pop-up locations, such as near the rock wall, under an apple tree, or any number of beautiful spots located on the grounds. You have plenty of options when it comes to your reception settings. The main event space is the Dairy Barn, a classic, New England barn erected circa 1820. Here, you can accommodate up to 200 guests for dining and dancing. Catering space, a bar, and beautifully remodeled guest restrooms are also available in this space. For smaller events, or to host an indoor ceremony or cocktail hour, the Hay Barn and Carriage Barn are available, each with their own distinct pastoral charm. After 12 years living in the “other” Portland (OR) we made our way back to Maine to be closer to family, dear friends and live out our dream of helping couples like you create their perfect wedding. We have spent the last 12 years working in events & marketing and together want to ensure that your vision for the perfect Maine wedding is brought to life seamlessly. like the pictures, but you truly have access to the entire property. We used one of the barns for our rehearsal dinner and had lawn games going on outside. Matt was so helpful in making sure that we had everything we needed, and he really encouraged us to spend as much time on the property as we wanted. All of our vendors lit up when we told them we were having our wedding there & each spoke about how incredible Matt & Abby are. They truly truly care about you having your dream wedding here, and I cannot recommend them enough!

e was able to accommodate our 170-guest wedding with no problem. We were in awe of the grounds, the barns, and the endless possibilities to create the space into what we wanted for our wedding day. We didn't need to bring in a tent (a big draw) and still had a backup rain plan if needed. What kept us coming back to Cunningham was also Matt and Abby. We can't say enough good things about them (and neither can our families!). They were responsive, flexible, and beyond helpful with answering my many random and oddly specific questions with no concern. It's clear that Matt and Abby love - and thrive - at what they do. Having vendors like Matt and Abby made the wedding planning process so smooth because of their attention to detail and goal of helping us carry out the wedding we planned. You cannot go wrong with getting married at Cunningham Farm and working with Matt and Abby. I wish we could do it all over again.

+ guests and easily made the choice to come to Cunningham Farm due to the stunning grounds as well as our connection with Matt and Abby. We bonded with them over our love of New England and being outdoors. It was evident from the first time we met them how much they care for their property and their strong desire to make sure everyone has the day that they envision. In fact, we called Matt out of the blue one day to take one final look at the venue before making a decision and he allowed us to come take a look again without him even being home. We couldn't have asked for better people to work with - they answered any question we had within days, provided us with a list of local babysitters for our guests, were involved in every aspect the day of the wedding to ensure things ran smoothly, and were flexible with when we picked things up. They are just great people who want everyone to have the best day that they have envisioned. As for the property itself, it is perfect. It provides three rustic, but maintained, barns of different sizes. The main barn has a beautifully renovated bar and restrooms. The grounds are perfectly manicured with the ceremony space under apple trees and overlooking a pond. Behind the pond is truly an outdoor paradise with a walkway through a field of trees offering a stunning backdrop for photos. We had our dream wedding thanks to Cunningham Farm, Matt, and Abby!

Matt helped us all wedding weekend with making sure everything went how we hoped it would. They were so flexible and understanding as we sorted through the craziness that can ensue in the 24-48 hours before the big day. The venue is absolutely stunning, and it was the perfect location for a couple looking to have both an indoor and outdoor option for the wedding. The multiple barns allowed for an added "rain plan" built right into the weekend, and it also made each element of the wedding feel like they were their own special destination - between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. The tree farm yielded the greatest photos we have ever had taken of us and those photos will be found in our home for years and years to come. I would recommend Cunningham to anyone and everyone!

working with Matt an Abby leading up to and on the day, we are so glad we chose Cunningham. The setting is truly stunning and minimizes the need for extensive decor and florals. The space is flexible which was a comfort given the compound uncertainty of weather and a pandemic. We ended up having over 100 guests, but we were confident that the venue would've worked for any size. The bridal suite, bar and bathrooms were comfortable and air conditioned, which made for a great balance of rustic charm and creature comforts. Our wedding was on a hot August day, but with the breeze and extra fans that Matt and Abby brough onsite, it was super comfortable. Matt and Abby were also great about letting us come and go to work on florals, drop things off etc. Would recommend Cunningham to anyone looking for the ideal Maine wedding venue.

stop talking about how special the wedding venue was and were constantly wowed by the authentic Maine forest surrounding. The new owners, Matt and Abby, were incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible when we needed help. We had catered food for the bridal suite the morning of but they forgot to include silverware! Matt ran out personally and got us some. They made the wedding venue feel really personal for the day, not just another hotel ballroom. The barns offer unique ways to make your wedding truly yours. We used the smaller barn for the cocktail hour which was fun to have people milling about, then fit 150 people for a seated dinner reception and a big band and dance floor! Tons of space, tons of dancing, and beautiful brand new bathrooms and bar off to the side. It really is a special location to have a wedding and your guests will truly be wowed.

soon as we were out of quarantine and knew it was the perfect spot. We worked with Abbi and Tanner at the beginning and then ownership changed and we worked with Abby and Matt. Both were so great to work with and responded so quickly to any questions we had. Matt was available all throughout the weekend incase we had any questions or needed help with anything. Our biggest concern when choosing a venue was that we had a space for an indoor ceremony incase of rain. Fortunately, we only had rain at the rehearsal and were able to have the ceremony outside! We loved that we had the bridal suite for the girls and the Carriage Barn for the groomsmen to get ready. It's the perfect venue for a Maine Wedding!!

so helpful and accommodating from the moment we expressed interest in seeing the venue to wedding weekend. They provided guidance in hiring the rest of our vendor team, answered our (many) questions, helped us and our vendors with any issues while we were onsite, and overall made the experience that much more magical. hed out because I had seen an Instagram post on Cunningham Farm's page of someones wedding day decor with some bistro lights that I really loved - Abbi then reached out to the bride to ask where the lights were from and sent me the exact specifications - they were the perfect addition to our wedding day! It was so nice that she went above and beyond to help me with that information. Tanner is so cool and he was great whenever we went to our site visits. He had awesome suggestions especially in terms of how other couples had done things in the past, which made some decisions a lot easier to make since he could paint a nice picture of how certain moments would flow. It rained on our wedding day but it certainly did not take away of the beauty of Cunningham Farm, in fact I think it made it that much more memorable. We utilized the Hay Barn for our Ceremony and the Dairy Barn for our reception - they were both absolutely perfect! This is a gorgeous venue and you'll have an incredible team to work with!

cial to be able to create distinct spaces for cocktails and dinner/dancing and our guests appreciated having the variety throughout the evening. Fortunately we ended up with a perfect Maine fall day and were able to have our ceremony outside using Cunningham's arbor and bench seating, but knowing that we could use one of the barns for the ceremony if the weather didn't cooperate was a huge stress-reliever during the wedding planning process. We loved doing our first look in the woods next door, which were beautiful and private, and the getting-ready suite is absolutely gorgeous - the perfect place for day-of preparations. Abbi and Tanner were lovely to work with and were very generous with their time throughout the planning process. We really appreciated how responsive they were and their guidance on how to put things together. We highly recommend Cunningham Farm to anyone who's looking for a beautiful barn wedding in Maine!

ed on July 20, 2019, one of the hottest days of the summer, and the day was perfect. We had so much space to spread out with our events of the day. The little carriage barn was perfect for the groomsmen to enjoy and get ready in while the laddies got ready in the something blue suite. The medium barn known as the hay barn, hosted our cocktail hour and desserts. and the largest barn, Dairy barn, was where our dinner took place. We were able to create our perfect dream in all of these special and unique areas. The best part of it all, the owners Abbi and Tanner. They simply were the best! They took care of us every step of the way making sure we could carry out every detail we ever dreamed of having. They made us feel right at home and we are forever thankful of them sharing their special venue with us. We highly recommend this venue for all of the fantastic aspects that go into making the best wedding weekend possible.

sited Cunningham Farm, even just driving by will tell you everything you need to know. An adorable farmhouse with three stunning barns (all three available for you to use during your event) on vast acres of perfectly manicured lawns and trees. Out behind the property is a pond and a tree farm that make for amazing photo opportunities (check their instagram for proof). Make this venue your first tour (like I did) and no other venue will come close. In addition, both of the venue owners are extremely nice and personable. Abbi was always easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and her husband, Tanner, frequently checked in during the wedding weekend to help with set-up, moving tables, etc. Our wedding day was completely perfect thanks to the help of Abbi and Tanner and the natural beauty of the venue was the talk of the night among our guests. This venue has my highest recommendation and is worth the visit . I promise - you will not be disappointed!
