They were a joy to work with, always accommodating for changes and were spot on with their their suggestions.

We used cupcake jones for our wedding. They were very organized, easy to work with, and had great advice. Plus the cupcakes were delicious!! We are so glad we went with them as our vendor for wedding dessert.

I cannot rave enough about Cupcake Jones! Their cupcakes and staff are amazing! We tasted Cupcake Jones first and then a few others after that. Those other places never could match the quality and taste as Cupcake Jones! I have never tasted Vanilla Bean and Red Velvet like theirs before! There is nothing like it! They offer so many fun flavors that everyone can find something they will love! Lisa and Shannon were so friendly and on top of things. I never had to worry at all! I only wish I lived closer to stop by during the week to taste their new creations! Thank you for making the best wedding cupcakes!

The only problem we had with Cupcake Jones was not ordering enough cupcakes. When we were looking for vendors they provided us with samples and fully explained what our options would be for both the cupcakes flavors and the levels of service. When they finalized the July menu we were treated to another sample box to see what flavors were now available that were specific to that season. We decided on the full service setup, and the display was beautiful. They were able to incorporate some flowers from the florist as well. At the reception I was asked by both children and adults when it was acceptable to start on the cupcakes. Likely one of our friends was able to save two small cupcakes for us so were able to have some ourselves. Throughout the whole process they were very easy to work with and promptly responded to email inquiries. I wholeheartedly endorse Cupcake Jones. My main recommendation is that you order significantly more than you think you need. Their cupcakes and service are both excellent.

I am so happy that we chose Cupcake Jones for the dessert at our wedding. From the beginning we were completely impressed by them. When you do your initial consulation, you meet the owner who goes through their company, their ethics and beliefs and why they love what they do - in addition to tasting the delicious cupcakes. That sense of personalization of their service to you is so rare nowadays. I am lactose intolerant and have a difficult time finding delicious dessert and they exceeded those expectations with their vegan cupcakes to meet my needs. I will be a customer for life everytime I go by in downtown Portland. Thank you, thank you, thank you Cupcake Jones!

Without a doubt, the cupcakes were the hit of the reception! We should have ordered twice as many (but maybe it's just as well we didn't as I'm sure this would have caused a few belly aches). Everything arrived on time, the instructions were received and followed perfectly, they were LOVELY. Working with Lisa was a wonderful experience, from the first tasting to all the advice and finally the party... their team is awesome! These cupcakes are absolutely delicious and the service and organization were top notch as well! Cupcake Jones was on top of things throughout the whole process and everything went smoothly. We chose to pick up our cupcakes ourselves so I don't have experience with their delivery but I'd bet that would have gone just as well.

The staff at Cupcake Jones are wonderful and their cupcakes are fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised that my final bill came in as less than the budget I had requested. The cupcakes were a big hit, and my diet-conscious friends loved the vegan options!

I met with the owner Lisa regarding my wedding and I liked her right away. She was genuinely interested in our wedding and giving us the best service. All the staff in the shop were friendly and great to work with. THANK YOU Cupcake Jones for the amazing cupcakes at our wedding. They were sweet and moist and the mini cupcakes were the perfect size. Everyone loved them. I think Cupcake Jones has the best cupcakes in Portland!

We got married Tuesday and Cupcake Jones did an amazingly beautiful job!! We had tastings with a few other cupcake purveyors. From the first tasting, Cupcake Jones totally stood our with their approach to service, how they took care of us, their enthusiasm, and overall presentation and way of being. We felt totally taken care of. I felt like they were friends who wanted our wedding to be as magnificent as we did. They had amazingly thorough recommendations, information, and details for every step of the way which made things so easy. They contacted us when it was time for our tasting box - a tasting box! how fun! On the day of, their cupcake display was gorgeous. Lisa was there and I got to introduce her to my parents - she was so gracious and lovely. The cupcakes were SO DELICIOUS - a HUGE hit with our guests young and old alike! Just felt like we were wrapped around with warm, joyous, genuine, delicious service from start to finish. We recommend them to you so very very highly. Thanks so much, Lisa & Your Wonderful Crew!!

We did things a little different at our wedding. My husbands one and only request was to have cheesecake as our wedding cake. And guess what we got it with the cupcake Jones. The cake was beautiful and tasted even better.

We loved the cupcakes at our wedding from Cupcake Jones!! the guests loved them too and could not stop raving about them. They also set up a beautiful cupcake tree at our reception site that everyone loved. Our first meeting with Lisa at Cupcake Jones was so much fun and set the tone from our interaction with them all the way to the wedding -fun, professional and easy to work with.:) Lisa was great with making sure we got what we wanted and offered some great suggestions related to the flavors, numbers and even a place to get our top cake for cutting.

We will go to Cupcake Jones for all of our cupcake needs from now on!! We had a short engagement so everything needed to be done fairly quickly! We walked in to Cupcake Jones and Lisa, even though she had another appointment coming in 15 minutes behind us, gave us cupcakes to taste along with all of the information we needed! By far the best cupcakes I have ever EVER had in my life! After the first bite we were sold! Lisa made the experience and ordering process and I was so thrilled when she even talked to my husband on speaker phone while he was on Skype! He's in the military and he wasn't able to be here for almost every aspect of planning. For her to go the extra mile and talk to him over Skype was so touching! A couple days before the wedding we went to meet with her and pick up more cupcakes for him to try but since it was raining, they let us borrow THEIR umbrella while we walked to our next meeting! The display was gorgeous, the cupcakes were delicious. Everything we ever wanted and more!

Cupcake Jones is only a block away from where we had our ceremony and reception (Urban Studio). Their cupcakes are very tasty and they also use natural ingredients and have lots of rotating flavors to choose from.

The people of Cupcake Jones were very easy to work with and their products were delicious and beautiful. They however delivered one wrong flavor of cupcakes that we didn't order. They did end up refunding the cost of the mistaken cupcakes. I appreciate their work with us.

We did a tasting and seriously considered going with a cupcake wedding cake. Unfortunately we really wanted a traditional cake. However, the service when we went for our tasting was amazing and not pushy at all. I have recommended Cupcake Jones to a few colleagues and they have all been impressed.

Cupcake Jones make the most amazing cup cakes. All made with seasonal and local ingredients, they look and taste amazing. Our cake tasting was on of our favourite wedding planning activities.

I cannot tell you how great it was to work with Lisa from Cupcake Jones. From our initial tasting to the delivery process, she was great. Honestly, this is the only cupcake tasting we did. They were so kind and the cupcakes were so delicious that we hired them on the spot. That they have a different menu each month was a little nervewracking, since we had to pick our flavors one week before we got married, which added a little to the stress and pre-wedding hubub, but it was totally work the fresh, seasonal ingredients. They have options of jumbo or mini cupcakes and know just how many you'll need for your wedding...we ordered extra so we would have leftovers - they're that good!

We sampled all the cupcake places in the greater Portland area and Cupcake Jones was the best!! We have not only enjoyed them at our wedding, but they have become a special part of all holidays at our home. Love them and everything they stand for.
