They reversed the fillings between the tiers, so every section had the wrong flavor. A bakery that forgets to deliver a paid‑for, confirmed wedding cake—and then produces the wrong cake afterward—is not just unreliable, it’s unacceptable. A refund does not undo the damage or restore the memories we lost. We strongly urge anyone planning a wedding or important event to avoid this bakery entirely.
