Services Offered The Cupola Barn is a full-service wedding venue that allows you to select the vendors of your choosing, but also supplies its clients with a list of vendors that will amaze on your big day! What is included in your rental? Beautiful bridal “she shed” for the bride & bridal party to get ready Elegant portable rustic restrooms + an ADA handicap accessible stall 5 acres of stunning landscape for photo opportunities A firepit area for s’mores, cigars & more White washed benches & 5 rows of chairs pre-set for the ceremony A mix of 72″ round tables and 8′ rectangular dining tables for up to 200 guests Table & chair setup and take down Beautiful mahogany wood chairs for dining 6 cocktail tables Several wooden tables & buffets for desserts, gifts, etc. Use of our projector screen Use of several refrigerators, a chest freezer and our beverage troughs Use of our custom built bar Onsite parking Onsite staff to maintain cleanliness History The Cupola Barn, originally just a dairy farm and one-room log cabin, was erected in the 1840s pre-Wisconsin. Stacey & David, an innovative couple, sparked an idea to purchase a barn as a venue when their daughter expressed her dream to have a magical barn wedding. When that day arrived, the Vecellio’s had to travel out of the Milwaukee area to find their daughters whimsical venue. Years later, Stacey and Dave found their barn. With its country elegance and rustic appeal, they pulled on their family and friends to help turn their magical venue into something memorable for newlyweds to come. Location The Cupola Barn is located less than an hour from Milwaukee and tucked in the heart of Lake Country.

and Stacey were absolutely amazing to work with, and helped so much during that day. They have put so much work into upgrading the barn, and it definitely shows. The She Shed was awesome for the getting ready pictures, and my husband loved the Tool shed to hang with his groomsmen. The pee patch is an added bonus as well (for the men). The main thing that sold us was the ceremony space - we fell in love immediately!! I would rate the Cupola Barn a 100 out of 5 if I could, would recommend 1000%

ridal couple kept things on track. Glad we could take advantage of scheduled open houses as the date got closer. The venue is gorgeous; hopefully recent upgrades will be added to website. Scheduling a late fall wedding can always be iffy for an outdoor celebration, but everything worked, and no rain! The weather prevented barndoors from being open or utilizing the great outdoor spaces, but the interior was magical! (Heaters were added for guest comfort). Perfect for the couple who wants a venue that is special and unique!

nd wedding planning occuring simultaneously, Stacey and Dave were so responsive to our many emails and accomodating visits to the barn with our crazy schedules. They have an excellent fire pit and some very cute rooms to get ready in! We fell in love with the venue the first time we visited, and we did not regret our choice to have our wedding there! Something to note is that they do not provide food/alcohol at this time, so you will need to bring your own vendors in! We loved that we were able to choose our vendors that fit our budget! We would and will be recommending Cupola Barn to anyone and everyone.

ted an outdoor ceremony, and I wanted tall ceilings for in the reception hall. The Cupola Barn was the 2nd or 3rd venue my husband and I toured, we were immediately impressed. It had the "Wow" factor we were seeking, as well as elegance, and we loved the fact that we could choose our own caterer and provide our own bar. Stacey and David were awesome to work with and were very responsive with answers to questions in addition to being helpful with giving input. They were beyond accomodating when we had to move the wedding from May to July due to Covid. Our July 31st wedding turned out to be better than we ever imagined. The barn and grounds were breathtaking, and the weather was PERFECT- better than what we would have had in May so having to switch our date was a blessing in disguise! Getting married during a pandemic had it's challenges, and The Cupola Barn provided ample space for social distancing if our guests chose to do so. Everyone wound up having a spectacular time and raved about how fun our wedding was and how cool the Cupola Barn venue was. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend the Cupola Barn. Thanks again Stacey and David!

decor amongst the property. They truly care about all of their couples and are more than accommodating. We received SO many compliments on our venue choice and could not imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. so much character of its own that you don’t need many decorations to make it stand out to your guests. It has its own “wow” factor. Every time my now husband and I would go we would find something new to fall in love with. The owners are the sweetest people to work with and were always open to answering all of our questions. Allyson was THE BEST coordinator I could have ever imagined. My day was so much less stressful knowing that she was there. We even had to change the ceremony inside last minute because of the rain and Allyson handled the change very quickly and professionally while making sure I stayed calm. She handled everything so well the day of the wedding and leading up to it. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It so worth it to budget for the extra cost and have Allyson be your day of coordinator! If you are looking for great people to work with and a perfect wedding venue - this is it!

ests are still telling us what an amazing venue it was. Having spaces outside of the main room where people could take a breather was great. The decks, the seating area down below, the campfire, all amazing. The staff was fantastic and did a great job both leading up to the event and during the evening. Best decision we made for the wedding, and the family that runs it is wonderful and truly care about their couples!

I could not had asked for a better venue for my wedding and reception. The owners are very nice, they walk you through every step of the way and the property is worth every dollar....

My guest can not stop talking about how they had so much to do they never got bored. My dad who lives in California could not believe how beautiful a barn could be. My mind was put at ease because if it were to rain there was a easy back up plan on property. We also had many money saving opportunities. We could bring our own alcohol, and were not restricted to any vendors. Our day ran very smoothly and it really was a fairy tale. I would highly recommend looking into this venue.

l of it, beside two things, but they were not a big deal to me: There is no running water in the venue, so be prepare! it also gets warm in the barn but it cools down eventually towards the evening. It did not bother me, it is just an FYI. The owners keep adding more and more to make the barn and grounds look even more beautiful. I give this, 5 out of 5 stars! I wish I could have my wedding every year there.
