my timeline and all my vendor contact information. I did not have to worry about reaching out and confirming vendors the week before, Kelsey was on it. Day of, as expected, there were some hiccups but Kelsey took full control and got it all resolved. My dress broke on the dance floor and Miranda was the one by my side with the safety pin! These ladies truly made my night run seamless and made sure everything was perfect. A day of coordinator is an absolute must and Kelsey and her team are the best! We highly recommend using her !!

P.S. if you have conflicting ideas with other people (i.e. mother in law *cough*) Kelsey will be the girl to bring everyone to a common ground in the most professional and understanding way. I hired her for my sisters mini wedding at Prime and she automatically knew who to contact there and how the event should be styled. The vendors she hires are really incredible and her extensive vendor list is super impressive. She not only kept in constant communication with me, but I never felt nervous about how everything was going to look. I showed up to the wedding in complete AWE and my family could not stop complimenting her and the work she did. HIRE HER!!!! Just do it.

I didn't leave us much time but in true Kelsey fashion, it didn’t slow her down. In those 3 weeks she jumped in head first connecting with all our vendors, created timelines, organized our wedding parties among a million other things. She will move MOUNTAINS for her clients, go to bat with difficult vendors, handle problems you don’t even know exist all to make your day special and stress free. On top of all of it, she does it with a smile and really loves working with you and making your day exactly how you imagine it.
She is beyond worth it and would recommend not doing what I did and waiting so long to hire someone and just hire Kelsey now!
