oordinator—but looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Molly was so easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and flexible in tailoring her services to exactly what we needed.
In the final few months leading up to the wedding, she was absolutely instrumental in keeping us organized, on track, and stress-free. She made sure nothing slipped through the cracks and helped us feel completely prepared heading into the big day. Her attention to detail and calm, supportive presence gave us so much confidence throughout the process.
On the wedding weekend, Molly truly went above and beyond. She handled every detail seamlessly—from ensuring all of our décor was beautifully arranged to jumping in with allergy medication when a last-minute skin flare-up hit. It was such a relief knowing she was there, thinking of everything before we even had to ask. The morning after, she made sure everything was carefully packed up and ready for us to take home, which made the entire wrap-up process effortless.

I didn't have to think about the vendors day of, and I can only assume that's because she took care of all the details and logistics that never even made it to my attention. She popped in and out of the wedding parties' getting ready rooms, just the right amount, to not be intrusive but to make sure we had everything we needed and make me feel reassured that things outside were going well. Everything felt controlled and on time on our wedding day, and even though they always say something will go wrong, I'm pretty sure nothing did.
