Beautiful inventory! We went through Curated for all of our wedding rentals, and everything was gorgeous! Would definitely recommend for any of your rental needs!
Chelsea blew us out of the water! We had to change vendors 3 days before our wedding due to flooding on the beach and Chelsea was a Rockstar. She handled everything with calm even ...
as we were in a frenzy. She even came and personally helped us set up. Amazing!
BY FAR THE WORST WEDDING PLANNING COMPANY A BRIDE COULD EVER ASK FOR. Do not hire. I do not even know where to begin with how horrible this company is. Let's start from the beginni...
ng...Ooh Events does a very good job at sucking you in and thinking they are good at wedding planning by emailing you nonstop until you sign their agreement. The second you sign their agreement, your wedding planner will go MIA. They do not care to contact you or even reply to any of your emails until the week before your wedding. So again, why even hire them if they are not helping "plan your wedding" which is why a bride hires a "wedding planner". My wedding planner unfortunately happened to be Carissa Wynne. She is by far the absolute worst planner I could have ever asked for, I wish we could have fired her but I had to have someone there the day of my wedding to at least somewhat help out. She was the sole and only stress to my entire wedding planning process. No other vendor or factor to wedding planning stressed me out besides my own wedding planner herself- Carissa Wynne. Along with Carissa, the other members of the team who are beyond not helpful is her assistant Annie Norris who I did not even know existed until the month before the wedding, Alyssa DiPino who attempted to take over for Carissa being so MIA, and the operations manager that I had to complain to and try to get to help fix the chaos of my wedding planning Tasha Eady. They probably helped for 1 day to get me satisfied with the horrbile customer service they had been providing, but ultimately became just like Carissa. Again, where do I even begin with the stress that Carissa caused. I ended up planning my entire wedding myself, it took 50 emails to get 1 response back, she is impossible to get ahold of by phone so don't even try, she is completely unorganized, every design contract she sent me was wrong so she had to send back over the course of 6 months about 50 different times and every time was still WRONG, I had to talk to 2 different managers at Ooh Events (neither of which was helpful) to even get someone to email me back regarding everything that was wrong with my contracts that Carissa created. On my wedding day, Carissa was no where to be found from the dinner portion of the evening to the remainder of the night. Half the items I paid for on my design contract from her was not set up or decorated. The guests were not told when things were happening or where to go. It was embarrassing and total chaos. the microphone for my officiant during the wedding ceremony was not working and Carissa was. no where to be found to help get it fixed. If I was a wedding planner and the bride had just walked down the aisle and the officiant's microphone was not working to begin the ceremony, I would have been running to the vendor immediately to help get this fixed asap, instead we stood at the alter awkwardly with all our guests wondering what was happening for a good 10 minutes. I really regret using Ooh Events for my wedding day and wedding planning process and they were the sole stress of my process of wedding planning as the bride. The entire design/decor portion of this event was half done and half not regardless of me paying in advance for everything. 5 of my wedding guests had to stand because they did not provide enough chairs, how embarrassing! They completely ruined my wedding planning process and ruined my entire wedding day. Brides- do not use them.
The lack of communication has been terrible. My daughters planner quit without notice and her emails were not returned until the night before the tasting. I've been trying to tal...
k with the manager and owner for over a month and nothing. Such disappointing service when our hopes were so high. I have communicated several times via phone and email to speak with someone and nothing. The wedding is 2 months out and she heartbroken

dding without their help. Erin was so professional and was always available for any questions or concerns we had. She lined up all the meetings with all the vendors we used and worked really hard to make it just right for us. They, also, flipped the space from the wedding ceremony to the reception while the cocktail party was going on. They worked so hard to make it perfect for us!
I highly recommend Erin and her team and would definitely use them again!
Ooh! has a great selection and a friendly staff. They were responsive and professional. However, we didn’t have enough chairs for the ceremony on the day of, which wasn’t noticed u...
ntil just before we started. They rushed chairs over so that we had them for the reception but a few of my guests had to stand for the ceremony. We also had to add many items after our initial meeting that perhaps the Ooh! staff should have known we needed like napkins, silverware, and other items that the caterer did not provide. I would hire them again, just make sure you are on top of everything that you need!

so for their gorgeous lounge furniture. Their pieces certainly enhanced our venue and set the tone for the evening. Even more so, the floral design was absolutely stunning. My floral budget was very tight, so they were able to make the most of it and add beautiful touches in nearly every area of our ceremony and reception areas. In addition, the day of our wedding we experienced pouring rain. The Ooh! team was able to repurpose our outdoor floral arrangements perfectly, still giving our wedding the southern garden look I was hoping for. All in all, Ooh! did a fantastic job across all rentals and florals!

rofessional. The day of the wedding, she was on time and did an amazing job making the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception set-up absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Emily! I would highly recommend this company for all your event decor needs!
We booked with Ooh Events! based on their reputation and in-house services including rentals and floral. The process was incredibly managed by Candice B who had the support of an...
experienced and well respected staff. This not only kept us on budget, but was efficient. She and my daughter, the bride, had an understanding of the design, but both could find good compromises when needed. The flowers made the biggest statement and Out of Garden turned the evening into a summer garden with the most unique arrangements. Most importantly, it was a joyous, stress free wedding that we could not have done without Ooh Events!

tations. With such a large inventory, it is an easy decision to make. They were accommodating on our planning trips to walk us through the (large) warehouse and answer my multitude of questions. THANK YOU!!!
I am lucky enough to have interned with Ooh! Events this past summer of 2016. It was such a great learning experience and I got to meet some amazing people throughout my time there...
. I worked directly with two event coordinators, Candice and Erin, who are both amazingly talented. Whether it is planning your entire wedding or just 60 days out they get the job done and do a fantastic job. Between the event planning services, Out of the Garden, Polished and rentals Ooh! Events does it all. I am so honored that I got the chance to work with such an amazing company!
