Mathias was hands down the best DJ we could have hoped for at our wedding! He was super audience-responsive and a big hit with our guests. Made sure everything played/ran smoothly, made sure we were all having fun -- just super professional and great at what he does. My 8-year-old nephew wants to be a DJ when he grows up, and he even took the time to show him how to press some buttons and hype the crowd -- truly one of the highlights of the whole night, and probably one of the best moments of my nephew's life so far. 10/10, will always recommend Mathias for any event!

Although I may be biased since Mathias did my wedding, he was hands down the best Wedding DJ I've ever heard. I had multiple guests during and after our wedding affirm this as well. He played exactly what we wanted to have played and he did it better than we could have imagined. He had the dance floor moving all night. Mathias was so easy to work with and it was clear from the start his goal was to make our day ours. It was never about him or what he could do but about what we wanted and how he could help us accomplish those goals.

Oh my gosh, Mathias was an AMAZING DJ! Seriously. My husband and I love to dance and so does our family, so we were hoping to have a DJ who would keep the night fun, and Mathias went above and beyond. During each of our consultations, he was very attentive to our music tastes and our must plays. We had a range of must-play genres and styles (tejano, 80s, country, and contemporary) and he was able to seamlessly mix those throughout the night. He did a wonderful job with our ceremony music and the timing of the songs and transitions. Another thing that I loved was his ability to host as well! For example, during the toasts, he announced my maid of honor, the best man, and my dad in a fun way to get everyone hyped up and excited. That small touch along with his overall enthusiasm throughout the night was the cherry on top. Even during the reception, he was dancing and jamming with us, and just had the best energy. He had everyone on the dance floor all night, and when things slowed down, he was awesome at reading the room and adapting the songs. We had SO MUCH FUN and so did all of our guests. Everyone kept raving about how amazing the DJ was and how much fun we all had on the dance floor. If you are looking for someone to actually DJ your wedding (not just press play on songs), he will deliver; he played several mashups of fun songs that the crowd loved. Our wedding would not have been as fun and memorable without him, so if that is what you are looking for, pick Mathias. We are so glad we did!

Mathias did a truly excellent job as our wedding DJ! He was easy going and professional to work with leading up to the day and did a fantastic job on the night of. We gave him a few playlists of our tastes and he did a great job of incorporating our must plays while using his knowledge to fill in the rest. Mathias isn't a DJ that just plays songs, he was constantly doing creative mixes (Unwritten / Turn Down For What was particularly fun) that will keep the dance floor alive all night. In fact, he did too good of a job and our dance floor emptied out early because everyone was overheating. Unphased, he slowed it down and modified his setup on the fly, allowing us to spill outside and add some needed airflow, then ramped the energy back up and the night kept going like nothing happened. Aside from his excellent DJ skills, his setup was fantastic and he did a great job running through all the other elements of the wedding (ceremony / speeches / general flow, etc.). Reasonable rates are the icing on top and all-in-all I would wholeheartedly recommend Mathias to anyone who asked.
