ver a week for them to respond and I had to reach out multiple times. I had also asked them to show up before or after the ceremony as the driveway was right next to where the ceremony was and they never responded to that email or probably even read it because they drove by in the middle of the ceremony. They were also supposed to provide the stuff to cut the cake but they left before the cake cutting. They didn’t even introduce themselves to us or talk to us at all. Their food was amazing though!

ot reply to texts, messages on The Knot, or a phone call. We have no idea why mid-conversation they just stopped communicating without explanation. We gave up and moved on to another caterer who is working out great.
