We first got a taste from Curbside Cakery during the bridal show hosted by our venue, Castle McCulloch. The castle has several preferred cake vendors, but Curbside Cakery easily st...
ood out as the best. Danielle won us over instantly with the cinnamon bun cake. The quality of her product far exceeded the other options we tasted that evening.
From there we booked a planning session with her at her bakery up in Stoneville. It was a bit of a drive, but totally worth it. Danielle gave us several sample options and was very open to customizing our cake to exactly what we wanted. We ended up with different flavors in each layer to give our guests some variety. The bottom layer was her divine cinnamon bun cake, the middle was a chocolate-vanilla marble with strawberry between the layers, and the top was a strawberry cake with lemon between the layers. The entire cake was uniform from the outside, white with a rustc comb look and she added florals from our florist for cohesion and interest. It was beautiful and delicious.
I do wish I had discussed cake stands with her before the big day. I had found a lovely glass cake stand that was wider than the base of the cake, but it was apparently still too small because the Castle ended up providing a different cake stand that didn't really match our colors and decor. They were still able to use the cake stand I bought for the gluten free cupcakes which were provided for our relatives with gluten sensitivity.
Danielle was so friendly and helpful! She made designing our cake and getting it squared away super quick and easy. The design was beautiful, and the taste? Out of this world. We f...
easted on that cake for a good week after the wedding, and it was good for every day of that week. Thank you!!!

l she did an incredible job and I did not feel sick or any cross contamination symptoms at all (again, not a dedicated GF kitchen and I know Celiac/gluten allergy have different sensitivities so keep that in mind). The cake was so beautifully decorated and tasted delicious. Danielle was friendly, kind, and helpful and was always open to our design preferences while also happy to send inspiration and ask questions to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. We had such a great experience and would absolutely order from Curbside Cakery in the future <3
Bit delayed in my review (the wedding was in December), but Danielle was amazing. From the cake tasting, cake in a jar sent to our house in a different state, to the in person meet...
ing where we tried our selected flavors, to the day of everything was well communicated and designed. Danielle is friendly and listens- we wanted a simple design to show off our cake topper. The cake and cupcakes tasted AMAZING. When it came time to return the cake stand (we rented one from her) she was flexible and allowed our best (wo)man to drop it off on a Sunday and meet her at the shop. We will definitely use Danielle again.

er service is above and beyond. We texted back and forth about the details, and Danielle even helped us look for cake toppers when we were struggling to find something we loved. When we wanted to add a personal touch/design, Danielle allowed us to send over a personal stencil that I created, and she tested it early to ensure it would work. It did and the wedding cake was perfect. Everything was delicious!
Curbside Cakery is not local to me, just our wedding venue, but after this experience, I would travel to work with them again. I highly recommend Curbside. (Tried to add photos, but the knot app keeps showing an error)

was incredibly flexible working with us and our schedule! She makes sure that she takes care of you long after the wedding is over! She even went to get the top tier of our cake and stored it for us when it got forgotten at the venue! At this point, I don’t know what I would have done if I hired anyone else.

solutely perfect. Our initial cake tasting left us in absolute awe of Curbside Cakery. During the tasting, we tried the lemon blueberry cake before the other flavors and it was such an exciting flavor. We were sold on that first bite alone. The other flavors were so great we really had the hardest time trying to decide. We ended up doing a 3 tier wedding cake with blueberry lemon for the top and bottom layers and a butter pecan flavor in the middle. Our guests are still calling us asking if there’s any cake left. Thank you Curbside Cakery for leaving an awesome impression and we look forward to working with you again in the near future.

lute grace. I had a Buffalo checkered plaid wedding, Dec. 2019. She made sure the cake was delivered on time, and in pristine shape. When we met with the owner for tasting, she was an absolute joy. The cake was moist (we had such a hard time picking, they where all delicious) and so flavorful. We ended up getting the spice cake, with cream cheese icing. She also ended up helping me choose a design for the cake, thank goodness for creative minds. Ended up having a 3 tier with edible twigs+berries, and edible snow glitter. It was a so Beautiful! Thank you Danielle, and the staff at Curbside Cakery, for making my Wedding dreams come true. The guest, and my husband+I appreciate doing business with you. We will continue going to her for all our holiday and special occasion needs. We highly recommend you do the same.
Thanks again,
Abby McDonald
