Billy has been crafting delicious catered meals since the late ‘90s. His first foray into food service was with Good Humor, a fleet of trucks that brought funnel cakes and other sweets to festivals and events. As demand for their services grew, Good Humor became CURBSIDE CREATIONS Food Truck, offering a large selection of savory Southern favorites. For your big day, choose from the extensive menu of po'boys, tacos, hushpuppies, and classic comfort food, or design your own meal. The chefs are happy to work with you to fully customize a dinner that best suits your tastes and needs. The food truck can serve up to 150 people, and for larger weddings Billy can coordinate with another caterer. Multiple serving styles are available, and plates, boxes, napkins, and condiments are included with every order.
