I’m Amanda, founder of Curora Weddings. I’ve spent more than 20 years in hospitality and events, and I bring that depth of experience into every wedding I plan. I work with couples across the Hudson Valley, Berkshires, the Capital Region of New York, and surrounding areas to help bring structure, calm, and confidence to the planning process.
Most of my couples are planning a weekend celebration. They want a planner who can take the lead, manage the details, and make sure everything feels personal, intentional, and well-executed.
My approach is hands-on, experience-driven, and focused on making sure the entire process is clear and stress-free.

Hi, I’m Amanda, founder of Curora Weddings and a hospitality pro with over 20 years of experience in planning, catering, and running events that actually flow.
I bring structure, calm, and personality to the planning process. I care about the logistics, the energy, and the guest experience just as much as the design. I'm not here to sell you a vision that doesn't fit. I'm here to help you create a wedding that feels like you, with no second-guessing along the way.
I’m direct, thoughtful, and fully involved from start to finish. You’ll never have to chase me down or wonder what’s next. Whether you need full planning or day-of support, I’ll make sure your wedding is not only beautiful, but also seamless, well-paced, and grounded in what matters.
Outside of Curora Weddings, I also run Curora Studio, supporting venues, restaurants, and creative teams behind the scenes. I’ve seen what works from both sides of the aisle, and I bring that insight into every event I plan.
I live in Upstate New York with my husband and two boys, and I know how valuable it is to have someone in your corner who just gets it.
