ur October 4th wedding at Saratoga National Golf Club. To preface I am a very type-A person but I knew my wedding day was not the day to try to do it all myself! Amanda is the full package. She helped us with all of our vendor communications, Wedding-day timeline, rehearsal walk throughs, day-of reminders, communication with the bridal party, parents, she even made me the most perfect day-of wedding playlist while I was getting ready! (Something so small but SO helpful!!!) The list goes on… she thinks of all the little things throughout the day that you won’t think of has a solution for any concern or problem. Her attention to detail Is unmatched, she had an extremely organized and aesthetically pleasing website personalized for my husband and I that had everything we needed from our vendor contracts to our timeline and important contacts. She is also a master of her trade!! She is PREPARED for anything and everything. Her knowledge of the wedding industry, recommendations and understanding is simply incredible. A wedding coordinator was a hard sell for my husband but just a week out from our wedding he looked at me and said “Wow, I’m so glad we have Amanda.” She is the kindest, most professional and understanding of every situation. She makes you feel comfortable and EXCITED about your big day. When you work with Amanda, it is guaranteed that your day will go smoothly. I wanted to enjoy myself and not have to think about ANYTHING other than marrying the love of my life. When you work with Amanda that’s the peace of mind you get. From communicating with the transportation company to steaming my veil and touching me up throughout my reception and reminding us to eat (!!!) there is no stone left unturned. I cannot recommend Amanda enough, if you are working with her you are in the best hands.

y turned out (AMAZING) and how much we just got to enjoy the day instead of worrying or being nervous about anything (we were not at all, thanks to Amanda). Here's the longer version: We are a couple living in Manhattan and we were planning a wedding up in Bolton Landing (Lake George). Since we've been to the venue many times (it's a restaurant) in the past and it was going to be a very small wedding (20-25 guests), I thought we could handle the planning and coordinating. And honestly speaking, we were handling it relatively well... but we were also under a lot of stress trying to make sure we coordinated everything from logistics of family flying in from a foreign country and friends traveling from various states, arriving on different days. Then our photographer suggested that we hire Amanda because she wanted us to be present and just enjoy our day with each other instead of worrying about who is arriving when and if the charter bus we ordered is going to show up on time and anything else that could deviate from a well crafted plan. And the moment we spoke to Amanda, we knew we needed to hire her and what a difference she made. From the weeks leading up to the wedding to the wedding day itself, she kept everything in line and we were able to fully enjoy the big day without worrying about anything. We knew that if we needed ANYTHING, Amanda would take care of it. I cannot stress how much of a game changer Amanda's presence has been for our wedding. Even if you think you have everything under control, I really urge you to consider hiring Amanda to coordinate your wedding. She was remarkable in every way possible and I honestly cannot describe in words how much we appreciated her.
