ve her a general idea of what I wanted for my bachelorette party and she designed the weekend to a tee. She put together a tropically themed bachelorette weekend that accounted for many flight schedules and overnight logistics, a custom-made confetti filled balloon arch and hand-painted watercolor drink menus and decor, a professional photo shoot with my ladies, a red Mustang convertible to soak up the sun in, preset menus at restaurants for ease, a party bus night on the town, 6 giant blow-up floaties during the beach day, a group paddleboarding experience, a scavenger hunt, and so much more. Truly, this was the best weekend of my life, and I am so thrilled that I've selected her for my wedding as well. It will be a tough bar to top, but I know she will surpass it. Hands down the best decision I made. Book her. You will be so thankful you did.

to our wedding, and I am SO glad we did! A huge weight was lifted off my shoulders the moment we hired her. She is truly a Godsend! We had met with two others, but I felt immediately drawn to her warm personality. When we signed the contract, she immediately got down to work and hashed out every single detail, idea, thought, and reservations I had. We were going to have our wedding on our property, so everything was being done from scratch. I knew it was going to be a huge project. Samantha is very professional and she works hard. She constantly checked in with me to keep me on track and she also checked in with members of the wedding party who were in charge of things. This was a HUGE plus because, like me, my friends are procrastinators. She found me the best deals and put together comparisons between companies, which I really appreciated. What I appreciated most about her though was her genuine concern about my well-being. I had been going through some things and she was there to lend an ear or a hug. I feel like she made sure my sanity was still intact lol! She is truly amazing! Our wedding day was beautiful and nearly flawless. When we were thanking our vendors during our speech, people were clapping and cheering loudly when we addressed Samantha. From all the weddings I had been to, I don't recall guests paying much attention to the vendor thank you's. Samantha did and she really deserved it. After our wedding was done, my husband and I knocked out. When I woke up in the morning, I was happy but also dreading to go out and see what mess was left behind. Much to our surprise, there wasn't much for us to clean up. Some of our guests who stayed up told us that Samantha and her husband stayed pretty late to help clean up and organize things. I couldn't be more thankful! From thought to execution, Samantha really perfected it all. She is always readily available to communicate with you. She always comes up with good solutions if there is a problem. She always has very thorough timelines and she thinks ahead to avoid any future mishaps! I remember thinking I had things under control before we hired her, but after going through lists with her, I was only prepared for maybe a quarter of it all! I could go on and on about how great Samantha is. Bottom line is this: I could not recommend a better wedding planner and day-of-coordinator than Samantha. She is a miracle worker.

Her work allowed me to feel much more confident about every step of the process as the hostess! She is wonderful at this work! I know each bride she works with will feel as lucky as I did to work with her!

The planning process for us was (unsurprisingly) stressful, but after our first meeting with Samantha, we felt instantly at ease. She is professional but easy to work with. It felt like one of our friends was helping us, and we fully trusted her to make decisions as things came up day-of without having to come to us—and she delivered. My husband and I did not feel one ounce of stress the day of our wedding, and that is in large part (if not all) because of Samantha and her team. She understood our vision and executed it better than we could have imagined. She had everything planned down to the minute and worked closely with our venue to ensure they were aligned and things ran smoothly. That’s not to say things didn’t go wrong, either, as is expected at a wedding. Any hiccup that arose, she dealt with, and nothing affected the day whatsoever. We had last-minute requests and additions, including a not-so-simple sparkler sendoff, that she threw together and executed on top of everything else. She even decorated the golf cart that we drove off on. She and her team stayed late to help our families tear down the decorations, which was NOT their job, but just another example of how they went above and beyond to make it the perfect day for us.

Samantha was able to understand our vision for the evening, present us with some beautiful options and anticipate details that we never would have foreseen. She missed nothing--her planning was thorough and detailed--and she kept me on track the whole time with no stress whatsoever. Best of all, we were able to enjoy the time with our family and friends because Samantha handled everything on our behalf. We could not have done this without her help!

At our final venue walk-through she even helped us come up with layout ideas for the welcome area and reception. The whole time we worked together I felt like she was really dedicated to understanding my vision and how I wanted our wedding to flow. I have no idea how she does it, but she takes everything and turns it into a seamless timeline. I had a LOT of details and events for our wedding day, and the first draft timeline she sent over was near perfect. The day of the wedding went over just as seamlessly. She coordinated with all the vendors, kept everything timely, was in 12 places at once (seriously, everything from décor to our personal items was exactly where it needed to be at the right time…again, no idea how she does it), AND made sure we were happy, fed, and hydrated. We 100% recommend her!

She also did a walk through with us at the venue 2 weeks before, to make sure we were all on the same page with vendors, table/chair setup, food, bar etc. She kept track of our presents/cards all day, and just allowed us to have fun! She even thought about things we did not see coming and was totally prepared. She was also the last person to leave the venue and saw that everything was completed until the very end. We really appreciated that. In case I haven't emphasized it enough, we HIGHLY recommend using Samantha. She's just the best!

As a bride, you kind of get lost in the moment and forget what is happening next, but Samantha was there to remind us when we were eating, when to go up for the first dance, when to cut the cake, and all that fun stuff. She also worked so well with our friend who was acting as emcee/DJ. She is always one step ahead of the game, and you can tell she loves what she does. Other people love her too; she is extremely personable and knows how to make you laugh while still getting the job done. I cannot give Samantha enough praise for being exactly what we needed. She really is the best!
