Carmen was exceptionally punctual! Made the cake exactly how we wanted plus an Added twist. The cake was very moist and absolutely delicious!! Her costs were remarkable! I recommend Carmen for anyone whether it's for a wedding, birthday party, or anytype of shower, you will not be disappointed!

Carmen’s cake was delicious! No really it was obvious that she puts love and care into her creations. It not only looked good but the taste was quite memorable. It was full of homemade goodness, the icing was flavorful and fresh, not like anything in a regular store , rather it had homemade creamy taste and richness. The cake was fresh and moist and filling . The flavor was rich, and each bite was like a happy moment in time creating its own pleasant memory. So much so that even over a year later when we had Carmen’s cakes for a birthday party, soon as I took a bite I immediately was reminded of the wedding cake and so where the guests . Every one exclaiming “oh this is like the wedding cake”, people quickly rushed to grab a piece for now and take some for later!
