ecisions we made for our big day. From the very beginning, Daniela went above and beyond. She attended a pre-wedding meeting with us and our venue, offering valuable insight and helping us make some important last-minute decisions. Her experience and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease. On the wedding day itself, Daniela truly worked magic behind the scenes. She handled countless details that allowed us to stay fully present and enjoy our celebration with family and friends. She picked up our flowers, coordinated setup before guests arrived, managed the timeline and vendor coordination throughout the day, and ensured everything flowed seamlessly. She even took care of thoughtful touches—like having our signature drinks ready and waiting for us right after the ceremony (a much-needed refreshment!), coordinating photo sessions, placing desserts out just in time for cake cutting, and making sure everything was packed up and taken down at the end of the night. There were so many little things she quietly handled without needing to be asked, and we were so grateful for her attention to detail. We honestly don’t know how we would have pulled everything together without her. Daniela is incredibly organized, proactive, and kind—exactly the type of person you want by your side on such an important day. I booked Daniela way in advance, like almost 2 years, and as I'm trying to plan everything ahead of time, she replied to all my emails, texts and phone calls worrying about things...

that i didn't need to worry about for another 8 months or so. She worked with me and let me show her my vision. She is no nonsense and had rehearsal flowing and everyone in line. She sent me the itinerary and corrected any issues right away. I was nervous and it was hard to let go of the control. Fast forward day of wedding, and I'm trying to control things, of course, she told me I GOT THIS!! She said it with so much heart and conviction, and she really did. I didn't worry about anything after that. It felt so good. As I saw her putting things out and she got the tables together it was more than I could have ever asked for. She took my ideas and ran with it. She went above and beyond and my wedding was amazing. I could not have asked for anything more because of what she did for us. She made my dream wedding come true.

nducted our wedding with the professionalism you can only dream of. My husband said that his favorite thing about Daniela is how no-nonsense she is, while still being approachable- I think he summed it up perfectly. Daniela has a very can-do, ‘I got it handled’ attitude, while simultaneously being kind and welcoming. She created our timeline and sent it to me for review prior to distributing copies to our vendors and bridal party, made notes and changes per my requests, and handled all further communication and questions from vendors about it. She took on stress that didn’t need to be transferred to me, and was taking phone calls from the bridal party while running around setting up the 1000 details I had put together 😂 I have zero complaints about any of our vendors, and we know that’s largely due to Daniela’s help and coordination. We just loved working with her and can’t thank her enough for making our day as perfect as it was.

ng at my husband's request. I was in the mindset that we did not need a coordinator, but I was not going to start that argument with my husband at the time. Our first meeting with her was absolutely incredible, we were able to hash out the details I had been working months on in our hour meeting. Leading up to the event, we had a few hiccups with a vendor and Daniela was able to correct the mistakes, and provide incredible advice to rectify the situation. Not only did she work with all our vendors, she ensured that we had no stress on our special day. I will only work with Daniela for any future needs with event planning/coordinating. My husband was right, hiring Daniela was the best decision we made for our wedding. I cannot thank her enough for all her help, support, and guidance she provided us.

et her, I fell in love with her personality! She just has that magnetic contagious personality that you want to be around. Daniela was hired as my wedding decorator and month of/day of planner. My wedding took place 4/9/2022. We met a total of 3 times before the wedding, the first time was about a year out, and we spent that visit discussing decor. I felt like a kid in a candy shop at her unit in palm bay. Imagine every wedding decoration at your fingertips, and an artist gathering all the pieces to match your vision in front of your eyes. I was so impressed with the table spread she put together at our first visit, and then it only got better from there as she molded and sculpted everything together to fulfill my dreams. The amount of compliments that I have received about the decorations at my wedding are unreal! People call me daily to tell me that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to, and seriously it is all thanks to Daniela for her amazing decor and brilliant mind! Not only is she talented, but Daniela is also patient and willing to help at the drop of a dime...Any question that I had, regardless of the time of day, she responded in minutes. The timeline program that she used for the day of the wedding, was AMAZING. and everyone loved the text reminders. From start to finish, I have never been more impressed by a vendor, and I said it a million times... I don't know how brides have a wedding without a wedding coordinator! deciding whether or not I wanted or needed a coordinator to support the flow of our wedding during the final weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day of. I'm so glad I decided to hire Daniela. It truly was one of the best decisions I made during our wedding planning. She did an amazing job and I genuinely have no idea how our wedding would've flowed, much less as smoothly as it did, without Daniela there to support. Daniela will make sure there are no problems, and if there are (which there always is the possibility) she will handled those issues sometimes even without the bride or groom even knowing. Daniela is a great communicator, so as long as you are keeping an open line of communication with her and looping her in on any emails with vendors, she will there to ensure you have the perfect wedding day! Additionally, I would like to thank Lena as well. Lena is the in-house seamstress at Custom Creations. She did such a great job with the few details I needed tailored and my bustle. I live in North Orlando but it was definitely worth making the drive out to Palm Bay to meet with both Daniela and Lena.

, decisive, insightful and efficient, she is a take charge person who will make sure your wedding runs smoothly. I was able to relax and enjoy my special day because I knew that Daniela would handle anything that came up! Daniela will text everyone in the bridal party and involved in the ceremony an hour before any event (rehearsal dinner, hair and makeup, ceremony etc.) to ensure everyone understands where they have to be and when they need to be there. Not only is Daniela the complete package (we rented chivari chairs, drapery, cake stand, candles, linens etc.) but her mother is an AMAZING and affordable seamstress who has 20+ years experience working in a bridal shop. She is quick, meticulous and very knowledgeable when it comes to working with certain fabric and materials (my dress needed 6 bustles because the fabric was so heavy). I can't praise Daniela and Custom Creations for all Occasions enough. Her positive and calm attitude was the exact thing that I needed in order to relax my wedding day nerves. THANK YOU DANIELA!!!!

Daniela. Any couples looking to hire a planner to help you through the entire process from beginning to end or just for the day I’ll say this as clear as can be.... call Daniela and tell her “We need you, we want you, Derrick said so.” Seriously she will make the stress of planning, managing, and handling the day of affairs all go away. Need a last minute alteration she’s got you covered, need a last minute DJ because yours canceled, she’s got you covered, need last minute decorations guess what covered! Peace of mind is what you want both bride and groom. Get it with her. Call her. Don’t price shop this venue, don’t waste time checking out others. Call before she’s booked on your day and then your left with stresses you wish you didn’t have. Besides she’s pretty fun and easy to work with also. Her main goal is to make and keep the bride and groom happy. She kept us fed and our drink of choice coming. I don’t really think I saw her sit down once at our wedding. elegant reality. They handled all the decorating of the ceremony venue and wedding venue at The Abby and Mezz. The communication with them was amazing and they were so gracious and kind with all of my crazy question. We made sure to show the groom and bride how the venue looked before the ceremony so that they could appreciate the beautiful design and layout that they provided. I originally thought my husband and I would decorate the venue ourselves, but after stumbling upon their cute shop and meeting Daniela, we knew that we needed these her to help turn our daughters dream into a reality. ions, centerpieces, and miscellaneous table decorations (sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, etc.). They also went above and beyond to become my wedding advisors. We found them by chance on a recommendation from a server at a restaurant we frequent. The first time I walked into their storefront I really had no idea what I was looking for as far as centerpieces and decorating. I told them a little about myself, showed them some pictures of my venue, and right there on the spot they whipped up a quick centerpiece mock-up. It was just my style – simple, beautiful, and not over-the-top. Daniela just has an eye for what looks good while staying true to the bride and groom’s style. Throughout the entire planning process they were available by email and in person to answer all my random questions and gave impeccable advice. The week before my wedding I dropped my items off to them (guest book, favors, signs, etc.) and trusted them to do their thing. On the day of the wedding, I hardly got a glimpse of them, but could see their beautiful handy work as soon as I walked into the ceremony and reception spaces. The draping on the stage for the ceremony was sublime. In the reception venue, the combination of the lighting and their decorating made me so happy as a bride that had been planning this day for over a year. Everything was perfect. It is evident she loves her job, has fun doing it, and really knows her stuff. I wish I had more events to use them for because it was such a great experience!
