Michele is truly an artist and exceptional customer service. She takes the utmost care to understand what you want and expect for flowers. Delivery was made by herself to our venue and the flowers exceeded our expectations. Guests were raving about the bouquets and arrangements all evening!

Michele was so great to work with! She is very personable and is conscientious of budget. For my winter wedding she made spectacular bouquets, center/alter pieces, and garland going up the banister at our venue!

When I decided to work with Michelle as our wedding florist, I had a very loose vision of what I wanted...literally just a picture of a bouquet that I liked with our wedding colors. I was admittedly very caught up in wedding planning and struggling to find time to consider the details. Michelle went so far above and beyond, I cannot say enough amazing things about her. Not only did she make sure I had the most gorgeous flower arrangement I could have asked for, but she also walked me through every single possible gap that I didn't think of originally, from centerpieces to boutonnieres to an arrangement for the sweetheart table and so so much more. Her attention to detail and professionalism washed away all of my stress and anxiety -- when it came to flowers, I knew I was in the best hands. When I finally saw a sneak peek of the reception area before the ceremony, I was in shock at how beautifully everything came together...so much more than I ever even dreamed of. At my first meeting with Michele I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my image and walked me through every detail to make sure we didn’t forget anything. When covid hit she was quick to calm my worries that she would absolutely be able to adjust with us. I went into my wedding day knowing she had everything under control and not once did I feel like I needed to check on anything. She has many years of experience and it shows. Real fresh flowers were important to me for our wedding day and she delivered exactly what I wanted and beyond.

I very much enjoyed working with Michelle, our florist at Custom Floral Designs. She helped me obtain all my favorite flowers for my August wedding, as well as suggested some additional varieties which were perfect to fill in our ceremony arbor decor, table bud vases, and bouquets. Additionally, I appreciated her flexibility in working with me and the baker to adorn our cake with the perfect blooms!

The first time I met Michele I had an immediate connection. You could definitely tell she had knew what she was doing when it came to wedding flowers. She had a clear list of questions to ask and items to make sure we talked about. She was so personable and took the time to listen to all the ideas I had and then helped me refine them. I booked Michele for my wedding before I even left my consultation. Unfortunately COVID hit shortly after that and my fiancé and I postpone our wedding. When I notified Michele she was so supportive and rescheduled us for our new date, no questions asked, and no extra fees. As our second date approached, we decided to postpone one more time. Again Michele was great and got us booked for our new date without any issues. We even met with her again to go over each aspect and made changes as it had been over a year since we first met. We finally were able to get married in July and I can say it was worth the wait. Michele’s floral arrangements were better than anything I could have imagined. She took my vision and elevated it to a level I didn’t know could exist. I was blown away. My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful all the flowers were. I cannot say enough good things about Michele and Custom Floral Design. I would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone getting married!

Michele's arrangements are absolutely beautiful. She is very, creative and pleasant. However, I believe she could benefit from an assistant to take notes and keep her on track during client meetings. If you want to leave it all to her whim, you're good to go. If you're an organized person, be prepared to take meticulous notes, bring them with you to every meeting, keep repeating what you agreed upon in detail, as well as how it's going to get done and who is going to do it, because she will not have the notes from the last meeting and will remember basically nothing that was agreed upon. And, insist on a detailed invoice so that you know that she will (hopefully) deliver what was promised. The end result was really beautiful, but really stressful getting there. We had to take care of one issue ourselves the hour before the wedding, and it was something I had repeated to her over and over and over. I work with a lot of people with super creative brains, so I get it. Just be prepared. I give her an A+ on beauty and creativity, and a C- on organizational skills.

Working with Michele for my daughters wedding was such a delight! She is so sweet and efficient!! She really helped in picking the perfect flowers and arrangements. They were the most beautiful flowers ever! I would recommend her to any bride or for any event you need floral arrangements. Would definitely use her again and can't say enough good things about her! We had a hectic time planning a wedding in 2020 and only having met with her once in person and then one more time on the phone I had no concerns going into the wedding the day of! Her confidence and ability was impeccable and I didn’t see the flowers until I was walking down the aisle. Michelle was the second floral appointment I had and am VERY HAPPY I went with her! Her experience and personality made it super easy for me to go with her company. She was very excited to do all colors for the bridal party party; grooms and brides. When you go to her just like any other appointment with other vendors have pictures. I know exactly what my groom and I wanted and then she made the magic happen. The day of the wedding, I meet her in the ball room where she was doing center pieces and showed me everything. I was just blown away! Still in love and our guests cannot get over how beautiful and amaizing they are. To quote a guest of ours "I did floral in the 70s and 80s. The work your vendor did is just breath taking" .

Michele put so much time and effort into every detail of my flowers for my special day. I sent pictures and Michele matched them identical if not better. I requested headbands of fresh flowers and she did it and made them look better then the pictures I sent, she is truly what her name is.. “Custom flower design” This florist exceeded my expectations in everything she did and HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND her if you want beautiful flowers on your special wedding day.
