I can’t even explain how much expertise you will receive when picking Heather as your florals vendor. She offered so much guidance when I didn’t even really know what I wanted. I showed her my Pinterest board and she made it come to life. My wedding flowers were the most gorgeous ones I’ve ever seen! I got so many compliments and it’s all because of Heather’s wisdom and responsiveness.

Heather was simply wonderful to work with! She truly brought our vision to life and far exceeded my expectations. She even went out of her way to deliver florals to our getting ready space for my wedding so our photographer could have them ahead of time. I would 100% recommend her!!

The first time I spoke with Heather over the phone, I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for my whole life. She got me and understood my vision for my wedding day florals. I knew I wanted peonies for my fall wedding, and Heather confidently told me that was not a problem and she could get me peonies to have in my bridal bouquet. I almost cried tears of happiness. Heather was responsive over the phone and back and forth in email, which was essential to me. We went back and forth closer to the wedding, and she understood my vision and helped to answer all my questions. On the wedding day, she made my vision and dreams come to life…BUT BETTER. She made the most beautiful eucalyptus garland for our barn doors, my dream bridal bouquet, and made the reception tables come to life. She is also such a sweet and kind soul and I would recommend anyone to use her services!!!

Heather did an amazing job on our flowers for our wedding! My bouquet was exactly what I wanted! She did a really great job going from what I told her my style was to creating that in a real life bouquet. She also set up two beautiful urns with flowers next to the ceremony that were transferred to our sweat heart table. It was beautiful. We also rented our centerpieces from her. We wanted greenery and Candles (simple yet elegant) to be the centerpieces and Heather did an amazing job. She really captured our vision on these items and more so so well! We could not be happier and recommend her enough!

Custom Florals was generous in rearranging dates for us during many Covid-related pivots. Heather did an amazing job on my flowers for my wedding, I can’t thank her enough! I didn’t want many flowers at my wedding, but the flowers I did have looked so beautiful!!! My bouquet was exactly what I wanted, my bridesmaids bouquets went so well with their dresses, 2 urns filled with flowers added a nice touch to my ceremony aisle, and my arbor for my ceremony looked so pretty in pictures, which was then able to be taken down and transferred to be used at my head table to make It stand out. She also added flowers for all my guest tables and greenery throughout my reception. Heather is so easy to work with! She’s very friendly and has done a lot of weddings so even with me not knowing much about flowers, showing her pictures of what I wanted and didn’t want she knew exactly what I was talking about. The bridal bouquets and beautifully displayed flowers in the arbor were the highlights of our wedding. Heather was one of the most kind, creative, and thoughtful vendors! She was completely understanding and warm during times of stress when we had to change our wedding date due to Covid. I really needed that positivity during those crazy times! She was punctual on our wedding day, and did a fabulous job on all of our decor and bouquets.

Heather was a pleasure to work with from my initial email exchange with her all the way up to the wedding day. I reached out to her in August (after the recommendation came from our photographer) for our micro-wedding in October at Cameron Estates Inn and she got back to me immediately. We set up a phone call and I explained my vision and she ran with it. I do not know flowers very well and she was so helpful spelling out the various flower names to me so I could look them up while we talked on the phone. I appreciated her thought, care, and vision that she put into our flowers even though it was a small wedding. The bouquets were stunning… as were the table piece and mantel piece. The boutonnieres complimented my bouquet perfectly. When she arrived, she took care of every detail from setting up the centerpiece and mantel piece as well as making sure I had everything I needed. She was incredible to work with and would recommend to anyone who asked!

Heather was amazing to work with! When we first sat down with her and showed her our vision, she made us feel like she truly understood exactly what we wanted and made us feel so comfortable. Due to Covid-19 we actually had to downsize our wedding from 150 guests to 30, although this didn’t change all of our florals, we still made quite a few changes and Heather took all of our ideas in stride and worked with us to redesign and create our dream wedding! Our wedding looked like something from a pinterest board and Heather is entirely to thank! From the flower girl petals to our centerpieces, Heather made our day beautiful!!

We had spoken with other florists but didn't really feel as comfortable with them as we did with Heather. She was friendly and helpful and we instantly felt like we could trust her. After discussing our ideas with her she assured us that she understood what we were looking for. From there, we scheduled a meeting at her house where we talked things over and we felt right at home! We really enjoyed being there and talking with her and she felt like a friend after that day! She is professional, talented, and responsive. She provided BEAUTIFUL bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids. She also made a spread for the outdoor chapel and provided greenery, gold candle votives, and mini white pumpkins for the farm tables that she set up which was super helpful because we didn't have to worry about bringing them. I cannot tell you how excited I was to see the bouquets for our wedding. Heather did an amazing job and the bouquets were so beautiful! It’s like she knew what I wanted even though I didn’t know. We went over the color scheme and the possibility of flowers she could use and I still couldn’t quite envision how they would all fit together but she said “trust me it’s going to be amazing and your color palette is so different I’m excited” and in said “ok”. As I nervously awaited for the bouquets to arrive the day of the wedding I was so amazed at how absolutely amazing they looked! Heather was fantastic for our wedding in May. She was professional and warm. We lived about an hour from our venue so we did everything via email and phone. The first day I met her was the day of my wedding. Her arrangements made it seem like she had known us for years! She put together both elegant church arrangements as well as fun colorful arrangements for our barn reception! Wish there were 10 stars to give!

Heather worked her magic for our wedding beginning with our first interaction at the Lancaster Bridal Show. Super friendly and inviting from the start, she squeezed in a preliminary meeting (both timely and physically) with my mother and me in between 2 wedding dress appointments in the area – I was on a quick timeline as I live in NJ and was home near Lancaster for a few days. I am pretty clueless when it comes to flowers, but I had a budget: Heather listened to my overall wedding vision of the venue, colors, fall season, etc. to sketch her ideas for the ceremony and reception florals, embellishing with iPad pictures to bring her ideas to life (remember, I don’t know my flowers). In a matter of minutes, she was able to take almost impossible-to-replicate magazine inspirations and alter them to work in the high-ceilinged barn and outdoor space where we would be married. For our fall (November 3) wedding, she envisioned the most beautiful combination of vibrant exotic flowers – highlighting my love of color and the fall leaves changing in the background, all while creatively finding ways to use the arrangements in both spaces. My family and I had some pieces (votive candle decorations/ escort cards, fabric pumpkins, wreaths, and mantle swag) pre-made, so our live flower priorities were the arch splash, 2 aisle entrance arrangements, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and centerpieces, including a king table showstopper. At our final meeting, despite some miscommunications about the homemade decorations, Heather was able to incorporate the different decorations to remain within my budget. She communicated multiple alternative options with a caring and enthusiastic attitude through emails and phone calls to keep the ideas intact and displayed utmost professionalism the entire lead-up to the wedding. WHAT A DREAM IT ALL WAS! Her visions of King Protea, ranunculi, succulents, hydrangea, chrysanthemum, and vibrant orange and red roses complete with various natural textures of pine cones, cotton, and much more were truly stunning!! She was at the venue early to place the centerpieces and present the bouquets to my bridesmaids and me (which were breathtaking: she could not have brought my autumn statement vision to life any better). Thanks to a windier-than-expected day and an outdoor ceremony, Heather stayed until the last hour to put the center splash on the arch to protect it from the weather. I was able to see her in my final dress, hair, and makeup right before the ceremony started, and in that moment, I could not have appreciated her work and camaraderie more. Heather was such a professional about everything, and she delivered an amazing product. I had so many compliments on my bouquets, and when we entered the reception, she had transformed a classic barn into a gorgeous fall rustic elegance. Thank you for being so willing to share your creative juices, so pleasant to work with, and for “getting it.” I would love to have the opportunity to cross paths with Heather again.

Heather did a fantastic job with all my floral needs for our wedding! I really wanted to incorporate some gold accents somehow, and she came up with spraying some the leaves with gold. This looked gorgeous and so unique! I was very happy with all interactions/communications, the pricing, and the final result!

Heather is an amazing florist and a wonderful person to work with. My fiancé and I were planning our wedding in the Hershey area, and living about 6 hours away during that time so we were not able to make it back for in person visits very often. We had all of the trust in Heather to be able to take our vision and run with it. She met with us at our venue and I had some colors in mind. She was really able to guide me through the design process to where we had specific flower decisions for the bouquet, tables, etc.. She also partnered very well with our linen provider when matching table cloths to the floral décor. We also had a beautiful mantel in our reception hall that I had really wanted to have decorated with greenery and candles, Heather knew exactly how to make it beautiful. I appreciated Heather's guidance through the entire process the most. I know nothing about flowers except for what was pretty from Pintrest so once I showed her what I liked, she made it all come to life. The day of, she brought the bridal party's flowers to the house where we were getting ready, and worked very well with the reception hall's coordinator to make sure everything was set up that day, we didn't have to do a thing! Heather was also very conscious of our budget. The first proposal came back higher than we had wished, and Heather was very honest and open about where we could adjust things to get the total back to our price range. I originally knew about Heather from my sister as she did the flowers for her wedding and I would continue to recommend her for people in the area:)

I would highly recommend Heather at Custom Florals! She was very accommodating and professional. We only had a color and a general idea of what the bride wanted, and Heather created masterpieces that were at the peak of beauty 30 hours after we picked them up – perfectly timed for the beautiful beach wedding in Cape May. She was flexible during the planning process to meet with us (as we were traveling from Virginia) and discuss what we wanted for our big day. Heather is the best!!! She is extremely attentive to exactly what you're looking for, has lots of great ideas, and does absolutely wonderful work! She really takes a lot of time to talk with you about what you're looking for- it's easy to tell she cares a lot about her profession and making your wedding day the best it can be! OMG! I cannot say enough good things about Heather. She was easy to work with and our flowers were gorgeous. I lit up when I saw my bouquet and I was thoroughly impressed. She was also easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We used lanterns for our centerpieces and we delivered them to her a week or so before the wedding so she can put in the arrangements. It was absolutely beautiful! I met her at a bridal expo and booked an appointment. The day before the appointment, we talked and she suggested that we push it back until after I got my wedding dress and my bridesmaids got their dresses. I confirmed with her at that time, if we push the appointment she would still have our date available - and she said yes. A day before our rescheduled appointment - she texted me to confirm the appointment and then right after texted me to tell me she was sorry she double-booked my wedding date. Unfortunately, I did not have a deposit down because she had never asked for one to hold the date; and I trusted that would hold. Thankfully, I still have about a year to find a florist but I am not very happy to have to start the process over again.

If you want gorgeous flowers with wonderful service, look no further! Heather is the best florist around! She did an amazing job with our wedding flowers this past May! I really really wanted lilacs for my wedding but sadly PA weather doesn’t always allow for lilacs to grow close to your wedding date. I was pretty bummed by this. However, when Heather delivered the flowers on our big day I completely forgot about the lilacs! The bouquets were just so gorgeous and overflowing with so many greens and blooms. No lilacs were needed to make these arrangements beautiful. Heather is super creative too! I had acquired many pieces of sterling silver tea sets from my grandmother, which I wanted to use for my centerpieces. Heather was able to take all the pieces and turn them into the most amazing centerpieces! We had them in our house for weeks after the wedding! They were just too beautiful to get rid of! (Honestly, I still have a ton of the dried flowers!)Each centerpiece was unique, no two were the same which in my opinion was truly gorgeous, but they all still made a cohesive design. I received the most compliments on the flowers. In fact, I had a family member who has been to 21 weddings in the past 3 years and she told me that my wedding had the best florals out of any wedding she has been too! (And I truly believe she was being honest) That is how amazing Heather is! I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for beautiful, creative and well-priced florals! Heather is the best!

Heather was absolutely wonderful in helping my new husband and I plan the floral arrangements for our wedding this past Saturday, 10/14/17! She helped us figure out how to get the most bang for our buck, since we were working under a fairly tight budget. We talked via text, email and in person several times, and she was always super flexible and punctual with communication. Throughout the whole planning process, Heather was always professional polite, friendly, and most importantly to us, she genuinely wanted to make Joe and I happy! When she arrived with the flowers on Saturday, I was floored by how gorgeous they were! She ended up making 2 large floral arrangements for the start of the aisle (they were reused in the reception by our sweetheart table), along with bouquets for me and 4 bridesmaids, corsages for our mothers and my grandmother, and boutonnieres for the groom and 4 groomsmen. All of the flowers tied together beautifully and matched the floral style I had included on our invitations very closely. We would highly recommend Heather for your next event!

Our family is lucky to call her a dear friend, and she went above and beyond and offered to do the flowers for my wedding in New Mexico! I didn't know where to begin when looking for a florist for my wedding on October 1st, & I truly feel that Heather was a God-send! I first met her at a bridal show and was very impressed not only by her display but also how friendly and accommodating she was. We met again a few months later to go over my vision for the wedding flowers, and she walked me through all of my options based on the photos and ideas I shared with her. We wound up meeting one more time before the wedding to finalize the details - Heather was so wonderful with helping us achieve the look we were going for without going over budget. She arrived the day of on time and got everything in place very efficiently, and the flowers looked absolutely stunning! We got bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, arrangements for the guestbook tables, and arrangements for the curtain at the front of our ceremony. We also rented gold votives with battery-operated tea lights from her. Everything looked gorgeous, exactly how we'd envisioned it, and we got rave reviews from our guests. Heather was such a joy to work with and I'd absolutely recommend her for your wedding or event!

Finding a florist was part of the wedding process that I was intimidated by; I knew I wanted beautiful flowers, but I had no idea where to start! Heather did a fabulous job with the flowers for my wedding. I went into my first meeting with her only knowing that I wanted "Chrismasy" and a cascading bouquet. She offered plenty of ideas and I liked them all, but I still wasn't sure how everything would turn out. I really didn't have a vision, I just wanted everything to look good. We agreed on bouquets for my girls, boutonniers for the guys, along with flowers for the parents and grandparents. We also discussed renting candelabras for our ceremony space, which she would decorate with greens and ribbon. On the day of the wedding, Heather arrived promptly. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, and even better than we had discussed. Everyone commented on how beautiful the bouquets were, and the accents of berries and metallic colors really added to the festive feel on all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Heather was amazing to work with! I had a very small budget for a wedding florist and she worked with us to make all my ideas come to life within the budget. She did our bouquets, centerpieces, flowers for the archway, flowers in jars down our aisle, and flowers on the cake. She also provided votive candle holders to compliment our centerpiece's.
