JoAnn was extremely helpful with creating our wedding invitations! My fiance and I spent a few hours at her studio sifting through designs, lettering, envelopes, colors and more! We finally decided on this beautiful & elegant invitation that many of our guests reached out to let us know how lovely they are. JoAnn has an immense amount of experience which is exactly what you need when creating something for the first time. She is quick to answer emails and gives the perfect amount of input ! I couldn't be happier with her service! Highly recommend.

I wanted to see them in person, even though I was not entirely sure what I wanted. The first meeting JoAnn sat down with us and explained everything thoroughly, so many little details I didn’t know about. She was super patient with my indecisiveness and always replied to every email promptly. We went back and fourth through email exchanges so many times but she was always kind. She was a pleasure to work with and I love the way my wedding invitations came out. The paper is quality, look and style were exactly what I was looking for and she was was able to work within my budget. I would definitely recommend JoAnn for any sort of wedding stationary needs!!

Your wedding invitation is the first way to introduce the day to your guests and what is to come. I had a slight idea of what kind of invitations I wanted prior to meeting with JoAnn but was quickly overwhelmed by the sheer volume of options and decisions there were. JoAnn was a wedding invitation savior!!!! She helped me to narrow down my options and truly pick out a stunning invitation that perfectly matched what I wanted to portray. She is extremely knowledgable and patient. The editing process was also easy and quick. JoAnn offered suggestions upon seeing my proof and helped make changes that added to the overall look. My invitations came sooner than planned and were nicely packaged. JoAnn even shared the various ways in which to properly address invitations, how to stuff the envelopes and protocol for mailing out. Invitations are the sneak peak you give your guests of your wedding; therefore, it is important you select the right invitation with the proper writing. JoAnn is the QUEEN of invitations! She is very patient and puts a lot of love into her work! She created the most beautiful invitations, seating cards, ceremony programs, and favor tags for me, which I received endless compliments on! JoAnn helped me find something in my budget, the proper writing etiquette, and gave great feedback. The product arrives quickly and again is very good quality. Calling JoAnn to schedule time to meet for our programs, menus, and escort cards is currently on my to-do list! Working with JoAnn was GREAT!! Our invites arrived just last week and they are GORGEOUS! I have a super busy schedule during the week and my fiance and I are always traveling on the weekend since he's in the military - however JoAnn was more than felxible with her timing. It was a great experience from the very beginning! We had to reschedule our initial meeting twice (once due to a snowstorm) but even then she did her best to accomadate. The website is great to get an idea of the style of invites you are looking for, but definitely do not make a choice until you meet with her and look at the vast selection in-person. JoAnn is very knowledgable and has a great sense of being able to idenify the type of theme you are going for, so meeting with her before deciding on an invite is a MUST! She was more than willing to work with and stay within our given budget (which was a HUGE plus)!! Overall exteremely great experience and being a local vendor made it even better!

Hello! I would highly recommend Custom Invitations by JoAnn. JoAnn was delightful to work, and knew what she was talking about. Initially, I didn't think the invitation was all that important. However, after speaking with JoAnn, I realized the invitation is very important. It sets the bar for your wedding, and what your guests are to expect. After meeting with, and speaking with multiple vendors for invitations, I finally came across JoAnn, and as soon as we spoke, I had a good feeling. I am not one of those people who has the patience to order stuff online, and then have to wait on hold to speak with a representative for all of the questions I know I would have. I met with JoAnn, and had my invitation picked out within an hour. my invitation was absolutely stunning, simplicity at its best. My budget was $800, and that didn't include calligraphy. I got my invitations from JoAnn under budget and that included the calligraphy!!!!! AMAZING! I got so many compliments on my invitations. The invitation gave off the exact vibe I wanted to set for my wedding, romantic! I loved them sooo much!! JoAnn was great to work. She immediately got back to me with any questions and concerns I had. That to me is very important, especially with my type A personality!! Lol :) JoAnn has tons of books with beautiful invitations that she can make work with all budgets. I plan on recommending her to all of the future brides I come across, and plan to use her for any other invitations I may need in the future!! I can't say enough about JoAnn and the invitations that I purchased for my wedding. Initially, I was thinking of ordering my invitations online. Finding the right wedding invitation for me was harder than finding the dress. Before meeting JoAnn I spoke to a few other vendors but none of them gave me enough confidence to hire them. When I first met JoAnn at her professional location I was immediately put at ease. She has such a large selection of invitations and after speaking to her for a few minutes she showed me the perfect invitation. The wording on my invitation needed to be customized and she provided me with several unique and classy options. I was concerned about following all of the proper protocol for sending the invitations and JoAnn knew all of the etiquette and easily trained me on it. JoAnn was able to accommodate me on other services including escort cards, donation cards, and welcoming bags to be given to guests that are using lodging. JoAnn's enthusiasm for my satisfaction is sincere and I thank her for all of her services. I would recommend her to anyone!
