Custom Love Gifts

For our wedding in July of 2024, my husband and I used Custom Love’s “all-inclusive” package which was a subset of their company called “All in the Details”. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Our lead planner, Yessica, was amazing all throughout our 17 month engagement. Once we booked our venue, she helped us with all of the rest of the details of our big day. As someone who struggles to make decisions, Yessica made this process so easy and fun! She provided us with great options for catering, DJ, officiants, florals, etc. that all fit well within our budget. On our wedding day, she and her team were absolute rockstars. My husband and I were able to just relax and fully enjoy our day completely stress-free knowing that we were in such good hands. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was and how smoothly the day went. We would absolutely recommend using Custom Love and All in the Details for your big day!

I could not recommend a better planning group than Custom Love! Veronica was our coordinator, and from the start she was on top of every detail. We live in Florida and planned our destination wedding all remote, having multiple phone calls, text and emails to plan the perfect day. She ensured my vision was brought to life and perfected every detail. The planning process was smooth and easy. Day of she was at the venue prepared, set up the entire ceremony and reception hall for us. I did not have to lift a finger. She got all the guest tables, decorations, everything just perfect. We met with her the night before for a quick rehearsal, and day of she helped us with timing for the ceremony as well. All around a wonderful experience with Custom Love Events and Veronica! I would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. I cannot stress enough how smooth they (Lush specifically) made my wedding! Do yourself a favor and just hire them - you will truly get to sit back and enjoy your day. The rentals were also extremely easy and everything was delivered and set before we even arrived to get ready. Great experience!

We chose Custom Love for day of coordinator services, and we are beyond grateful for Diana! We honestly don't know what we would have done without her on our wedding day! She was kind, professional, and organized, and she ensured the day ran smoothly and as planned. With the help of her assistant, they set up the ceremony and reception spaces exactly as we envisioned, and they cleaned everything up at the end of the night - even loaded it in our vehicle for us! It was such a relief to not have to worry about this. Diana checked in with us throughout the evening as needed, making sure we ate and our guests were happy. She truly went above and beyond for us. Beth and her entire Custom Love team were an absolute dream to work with and completely exceeded my expectations! Beth was my day-of wedding coordinator at Mountain Mist Farms and she made sure the day went smoothly. The month before my wedding she created the ideal timeline and was very responsive to my endless wedding planning questions. She even called all my vendors the week before to verify arrival times and final details. On the day of, she did a beautiful job of decorating the venue and making sure everything and everybody was where they were supposed to be. We had a huge bridal party and a lot of family, so that was definitely an undertaking. She even made sure to find our elderly family members appropriate seating and served them dinner. She had our favorite food and drinks ready for us, and even packed up my car when the night was over. It was truly an stress-free day, all thanks to Beth.

I was initially hesitant about my venue requiring a wedding coordinator. I consider myself to be a good planner and enjoy keeping spreadsheets upon spreadsheets. That being said, custom love was worth every penny. They provided excellent communication every step of the way and handled everything professionally and seamlessly on the big day. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I physically cannot say enough good things about CustomLove, and more specifically, Yessica. We booked Yessica as a day of planner for our wedding at the end of April and it was the best decision I made. She not only was an absolute ROCKSTAR on our wedding day but helped me throughout the planning process as well. Even though she was booked as a "day of" planner, she was always so responsive to my texts and calls from day one of planning. If I even had a minor thought that I wanted an opinion on, she would be there for me. I recently had my wedding at The Trillium Venue in Sevierville, TN. I cannot say enough good things about my coordinator, Sarah. I was originally assigned a different coordinator, however, was reassigned to Sarah a few months before the wedding as the other coordinator was pursuing another job. They always say everything happens for a reason and I truly believe that is the case here. She hopped right into planning with ease! Sarah went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went smooth. I received so many compliments from guests and the wedding party. Her communication is excellent, she is so fun and sweet, and really listened to my vision. I fully believe she helped us in getting our dream wedding. I’m only sad you get married once, because we would book her again in a heartbeat! Diana at Custom Love was nothing short of Amazing! She was professional, responsive, organized, kind and extremely helpful with wedding related specifics and details that I didn't know myself. She also has great taste and helped with the overall vision of my day! The Custom Love preferred vendor list reduced any stress I had in finding vendors as I was an out of state bride. All my vendors were from this list, and they were all outstanding. I chose the Event Director Package as I wanted to still design most of the day myself. Couldn't recommend them anymore!

3.5 stars is more accurate but since you can only rate with full stars I would give 4 over 3 as I was MOSTLY happy with the day. I would say 85% of everything I had discussed and planned for was brought to life. I would generally recommend the service for the price but with caveats and some advice for future brides. see below. I worked with Auburn who was very sweet, easy to work with and comfortable to talk to. We paid for the "month before" package and I do feel once we got about a month out she was co ordinating the venders and keeping everyone on the same page for me. we shared timelines ironing out details on multiple phone calls and I felt happy to trust the process from there. Here is where I want to draw attention to my experience on the actual day, however. I feel Auburn has a lovely eye for detail and is wonderful at pulling things together but if I had to define where I felt a disconnect, I feel the common wedding details that you often see were done well. It was the more unique details specific to my event that I felt weren't prioritized. Giving specifics, I felt rushed through the rehearsal and got to practice only about 1.5 times (lucky the ceremony was the best part of the event) and we did not practice the grand entrance at all or go over musical/visual ques for walking down the isle or grand entrance even though we had talked about them on the phone and they were provided in my timeline for both the planner and the DJ. I also felt a little bit like other details of note we spoke about on the phone were not carried over into the big day, for example, I had mentioned I was only getting a small personal cake topper for my now husband and I have cut at the ceremony and then save for our one year anniversary as tradition while also getting over 80 personal deserts for all the guests to enjoy. The kitchen staff was allowed to cut my personal cake up into very small pieces to try to give to all the guests, leaving my deserts mostly uneaten and my anniversary cake irretrievable. I also felt very rushed out of the venue...people were cleaning up before the last dance had even happened. My items were thrown in boxes when I originally brought them packed and some of my left over deserts had been tipped over in the boxes. I had a full hour scheduled to clean the venue before access ended but I was rushed out with my things all disorganized only 20 mins after the event ended. I had to borrow my brides maids shirt because I didn't have time to find mine which had gone missing from the changing room. lastly, I would have really appreciated if she had gotten my feedback on how the details were turning out because I feel If i had been asked I would have had the opportunity to clarify details and avoid some of this. In the end I felt like the more conventional aspects of the wedding went off perfectly...the more specific details I had highlighted, were not realized. Most of that is fixable, the day was still lovely, I focused on being in the moment, ignoring the things that may have disappointed me at the time but all of this combined my advice for future brides is this be very clear about how important a detail is. rank them in order to help illustrate what you genuinely care about vs what is suggestion. Communicate this in person as well as over the phone. If you know you have more time don't let people rush you. say you want something executed as written in your timeline to make sure significant details are acknowledged etc.

I could not have been happier with Custom Love. Diana was my day of coordinator. She communicated great and made my day stress free and just how I wanted it. She and her assistants made sure the entire event went off without any issues. I cannot say enough about them and could not have had the perfect wedding without them. Thank you!

Provided helpful vendor recommendations, answered any questions, very organized, and made the actual wedding day as seamless as possible. I can’t say enough about my creat experience with Lindsay at Custom Love. She made my destination wedding the best experience possible. She set up my entire vision perfectly and her and her assistant we there with anything I needed whenever I needed it, whether it was my drink, water, lipstick or chapstick, they were there and ready. The day went so smoothly because of them. They even packed up all my stuff into my car at the end of the night so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was absolutely perfect and I am so very appreciative to have had them there on my special day.

Working with Diana at Custom Love was a DREAM! That sums it up, really. Their team was responsive, informed, organized, and supportive at every step of the process (also super inclusive of LGBTQ+ couples). On the day of the wedding, we felt comfortable taking a step back from worrying about any details because we knew Diana had it covered, knew our vision, and was truly there to support us. Diana was flexible with all of the changes we inevitably made, helpful in figuring out how to make the details work as a same-sex couple, and was overall THE BEST.

Absolutely wonderful! Our big day was magical! It ran so smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without Yessica!! Leading up to the wedding, she helped with narrowing down vendors, working out details, and was only a phone call or text away when I was stressed and needed to talk things through. LGBTQ+ friendly! Also their rental inventory was just what we needed for the majority of our decorations. I could not recommend this company enough!!

We worked with Lindsay for our wedding (and was assisted by Auburn for set up day-of) and they were both wonderful! I took more of a hands-on approach but Lindsay helped guide me and offered great advice to help bring my vision to life. Our wedding was a dream come true, she did an amazing job!

I could actually cry writing this review, that’s how amazing Arianna made our wedding day. From day 1, she went above and beyond for us. From the first day we met her at our venue tour, I knew we’d have a lasting friendship. She is reliable, organized, and FULL of great ideas and recommendations. I never second guessed anything she said or did. I knew everything we needed/wanted was taken care of without even a second thought. As a bride who wanted to be in control of nearly everything, I had no trouble giving her full reigns and was absolutely floored by her execution. My family and friends all took notice on the day of the wedding complimenting what a “rockstar” she was. Arianna was truly the best decision I made during our wedding planning process and I’m sad it’s over and I don’t have an excuse to talk to her weekly anymore! Working with Custom Love was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Usually I am a perfectionist and like to do things by myself so trusting someone to coordinate, set-up, and facilitate the events of my wedding was terrifying. However, my coordinator Yessica quickly put my mind at ease. She was so friendly, organized, and understanding of my visions and needs. All of my family and friends were also commending her for just being so amazing. We would absolutely recommend this company, and specifically Yessica, for your wedding!

We were referred to Custom Love Gifts by our venue owner, at Cedar Pond Farms, and I am so glad we hired them!! Yessica was wonderful, and such a hard worker. It was a blessing to be breathe deep on my wedding day, knowing that all the set up and clean up would be handled. Yessica reminded me to soak in my ceremony and smile, right before I walked down the aisle. She even did my bustle quickly before the reception. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of having Lindsay as our wedding planner. We planned our destination wedding over a year. Lindsay was there every single step of the way. Every crazy idea I had, every last minute change of plan, she was there. She was there for every call, every email, every text. She listened to my ideas and helped me run with them. She gave me ideas and inspiration when I was clueless. Even when me and my parents went down to do our cake tasting she was there. The planning was long but Lindsay made it fun and exciting. We had our wedding during Rod Run which is a huge car show. This event can cause delays and issues due to the magnitude of it. Lindsay made sure that none of our plans would go wrong. We even struggled finding a place to host our rehearsal dinner. Lindsay made sure to help us out there too. The night of rehearsal she even acted as the officiant since he was unfortunately unable to attend. I can’t even begin to explain how many hats this woman wears. She gave all 60 of our guests her phone number so that they could text her with any questions, so that me and my groom along immediate family could focus on the big day. Then there was the day of the wedding. I could have sworn there were 7 of her because that would be the only explanation as to how she was everywhere that needed her throughout that long day. From sweeping up accidental broken bottles, to making sure everyone has umbrellas for the rain, she was on it. I truly could not have had the week I had, if it wasn’t for Lindsay. When it comes to wedding planners, Lindsay is Queen.

Lindsay with Custom Love was a wedding savior! We had another planner in the beginning that didn't work out and when we found Lindsay, she made the process so much more enjoyable. She is well connected with other great vendors and our wedding day went perfectly! Custom Love also did our canvas print and other signage & Lindsay picked up our flowers, set up our ceremony & reception, and took care of all of the final pieces. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the day and be fully present in the moment and that was all thanks to the trust I had in Lindsay & her team. She was fantastic! We hired Lindsay on the recommendation of our venue. From the beginning, my husband and I had a great feeling about her and was super easy to work with. As an event planner myself, I needed to make sure our wedding coordinator was someone that would shield me from anything that wasn't perfect on the day. Lindsay did just that! We hired Lindsay Barrows of Custom Love Gifts to be the wedding planner for our daughter's destination wedding at The Magnolia Venue in Pigeon Forge, TN in June. They had the most beautiful wedding and we simply could not have done this without Lindsay's expert help! Lindsay is the best! At the start of my wedding planning process I tried to take in the most information possible. Everything I read/watched told me I needed to hire a day of coordinator. Initially, my now husband wasn’t sure that this was a service we needed. After some convincing we decided to at least talk to some coordinators. I only ever spoke with Custom Love (they came highly recommended from my venue)! I knew from the beginning that this was a perfect fit. I felt heard by Rebecca. She wanted me to have the wedding I wanted in the best/most in budget way possible. She helped me find several of my vendors, and knowing she was dealing with coordinating vendor timing took a huge weight off my shoulders the week of the wedding. I was happy that I chose to work with Custom Love before my wedding, but seeing all that Rebecca did at the rehearsal and the day of my wedding will have me singing her praises from now on! Everything went so smoothly, and I was truly the least stressed person there! My husband and I got to enjoy the entire day. We even ordered pizza and just took a stroll around the venue during setup. I know not everything could have went perfectly at my wedding, but if something did go wrong it never got to me! Hiring Custom Love was one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning process!

Lindsay and her team are great! I cannot say enough good things about their work. Lindsay helped us with the planning, rehearsal, arranging decorations the day of, and coordinating every single detail during the day of to make sure everything was on schedule. During the planning, Lindsay provided lots of tips and suggestions for both vendors and pins to help me find inspiration for centerpieces designs and all the other details. She also gave us suggestions on how to take full advantage of the beautiful areas at the location. On the day of, I brought the different elements for the centerpieces and even when I gave only a high level description of what we wanted, I trusted Lindsay would make them look great -- and of course, she fully delivered! We really enjoyed working with Lindsay! I highly recommend Custom Love & Gifts, they will make your event beautiful and will take care of every detail so you and your FH can relax and enjoy the day.

Lindsay was really fantastic. She paid attention to all of the details and really made the day go smoothly. I can say with confidence it is the best money we spent on any part of the wedding. She made it so that neither my husband or I had to think about anything and we could enjoy our wedding! We ordered mini honey jars from Custom Love Gifts and they were EXACTLY what I wanted! We used the Black Shelton song "Honey Bee" as our wedding theme and when I found the honey jars on ETSY I was sure that was what I wanted. When I discovered they were in Knoxville I was even more excited that I could go pick them up rather than wait for them to ship to me! CLG worked with me to make the order exactly what I needed and wanted. They helped me estimate amounts which was so helpful and were perfectly fine to let me order them without any fabric or labels because I had the fabric I wanted to use already picked out, though I loved many of the designs they had to offer and could have easily went with one of them as well.
