It was a surprise for my mom, and she was in tears of joy with her work. Now onto her personality and attentiveness to her clients. She is kind, relatable, hard working (when does she sleep), patient, and she always made me feel special and perfect in my own way. I had moments where my confidence dimmed and she lit it back up. The one time I had guest with me, she made sure I was still the main focus. Lastly, her customer service - she knows that when the job needs to get done she will get it done. We had to squeeze in a few more appointments at crunch time and she made it work! It wasn’t easy, since she sees brides almost all day every day, but she knows what to do to make sure you feel content. She was very reasonable and up front with her pricing. Something I found very interesting that I’ve never had before. Is she makes all your appointments right away which I actually loved! You truly get what you pay for. She explains all the details you need for day of, processes for the dress that your attendants need to know, provides recommendations of products, and she even has someone that partners to steam your dress. Not to mention her house is beautiful and her workspace is clean! 100/10!!! Book in advance as she is booked out right away! But it’s worth it. PLUS - she partnered with the show Love is Blind!! Celebrity in the house ;) love you Heather!!

Heather’s expertise and professionalism are so apparent and her work is just as great. My dress had a shimmery fabric that was on the finicky side. Heather had no issues! She even made my dress’ straps removable so I could have straps on for the ceremony and off for the reception. Heather also created a beautiful bustle on my dress, then taught my mom and MOH so they could do it for me on the wedding day. You truly can’t get any better than Heather when it comes to wedding dress alterations. She deserves every award she’s received and more!

Every appointment was efficient but extremely informative as I learned an incredible amount about my dress and how to take care of it on wedding day. of the alterations. I think most bustles are ugly and haven’t seen brides have good experiences with them before, but Heather made my bustle unnoticeable and beautiful. It was so easy for my mom and MOH to bustle and it held up with no issues. Heather is so kind. She allowed me to FaceTime with my grandfather, who lives out of town, who was diagnosed with cancer a few moths before my wedding to allow him to see me in my dress before he passed away. That experience gave me and my grandfather a memory I will never forget. I was able to not have any regrets day of my wedding knowing he wasn’t there. Heather is incredibly talented and I highly recommend working with her!
