ne, he was there every step of the way. When we were ready to replan, Kyle again wowed us by pivoting and helped us plan an amazing Costa Rican honeymoon. All of our hotels, activities, and transportations were ready for us. Kyle also provided us with a pamphlet that included Covid restrictions and what we needed for testing. The whole team made traveling an amazing and relaxing experience.

She kept in touch and followed up with me when our payment was due, to send us invoices and travel documents, and even wished us well the day we left and followed up when we got back! She even helped my friend secretly coordinate a special dinner for us while we were there. Luckily we didn’t have any problems with our booking or during our stay, but I am confident that Kate would have been happy to help us out if we had. I would definitely recommend her to others and would use her for my future travels!

e on what we could do here I was told to “ask the hotel” and here we are on our honeymoon with all attractions an hour drive from our hotel. We were also charged $600 in fees for switching and when I asked why the agent told me “well it’s not coming out of your pocket you had the money in your honeymoon fund”.... that’s still my pocket! I don’t think my family/friends wanted their gifts to go to fees. I’m extremely disappointed I understand Covid affected everyone but guidance from our travel agent would be nice. We decided to cut our honeymoon short.

onestly had no idea where we wanted to go, Brianna worked with us pricing out several different locations. We initially wanted to go to Hawaii and she wrote up several different itineraries with different price points based off of what we had expressed interest in doing. When we weren't sold, she suggested an all inclusive to Saint Lucia which ended up being perfect. We got the island oasis experience with a volcano and rainforest with the perks of staying at an all inclusive resort with a much shorter travel time, which was such a win-win for us. Brianna also helped us book with Sandals and helped us do a split stay, so we were able to stay in our budget but were also able to spend several days in a private villa with a pool in absolute luxury. She also managed to get us a candle light dinner on the beach as well as spa credits for a much needed massage once we got there. We absolutely recommend Brianna for help with your honeymoon or your destination wedding, as I know our friends are also having a great experience with her as well.

For our second trip last year, she took care of us and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of even coming in on a Saturday to help us out and find answers for us. I would never use anyone for my travel plans besides Veronica. She is the best at her job and has taken care of all our concerns and questions that arose. I would highly Custom Travel and Veronica to all friends and family.

sandis recommendation that Maui was the best. We set up a registry fund which provided us with guests donating towards our honeymoon. Veronica and Kyle worked with us towards the end. Veronica was extremely accommodating in us giving our final payment. We received wine and chocolates from Veronica when we arrived at the hotel. Our honeymoon was amazing and all the thanks to custom travel!

Veronica gave us a list of options, we decided on St. Lucia. She then set up our account as a registry and handed us a bunch of cards to give out to our guests! Best option ever. With our guests gifts now being put straight towards our honeymoon instead of on items we didn't need we had a stress free planning process! Highly recommend Custom Travel!
