Custom Travel

I worked with Kate to book my honeymoon - she is knowledgeable about what different places have to offer and helped me narrow down the island and resort we wanted to go to. I’m a bit of a travel control freak so the only thing she ended up actually booking for us was our resort stay, but she was ready to book every little thing for us if I wanted her to! She kept in touch and followed up with me when our payment was due, to send us invoices and travel documents, and even wished us well the day we left and followed up when we got back! She even helped my friend secretly coordinate a special dinner for us while we were there. Luckily we didn’t have any problems with our booking or during our stay, but I am confident that Kate would have been happy to help us out if we had. I would definitely recommend her to others and would use her for my future travels!

Do not trust. Once at destination you will not receive help when there is an error. Try to give them a second chance and the will boycott you.

I booked with custom travel for our honeymoon then Covid hit causing us to reschedule to FL well then Covid got worse and we then decided to change again to PA. Unfortunately custom travel only had 2 hotel options we did not receive any guidance on what we could do here I was told to “ask the hotel” and here we are on our honeymoon with all attractions an hour drive from our hotel. We were also charged $600 in fees for switching and when I asked why the agent told me “well it’s not coming out of your pocket you had the money in your honeymoon fund”.... that’s still my pocket! I don’t think my family/friends wanted their gifts to go to fees. I’m extremely disappointed I understand Covid affected everyone but guidance from our travel agent would be nice. We decided to cut our honeymoon short.

I would STRONGLY recommend working with Brianna from Custom Travel. We connected with her as she is helping our friends with their destination wedding and she was such a delight to work with, we reached out to her about our own honeymoon. We honestly had no idea where we wanted to go, Brianna worked with us pricing out several different locations. We initially wanted to go to Hawaii and she wrote up several different itineraries with different price points based off of what we had expressed interest in doing. When we weren't sold, she suggested an all inclusive to Saint Lucia which ended up being perfect. We got the island oasis experience with a volcano and rainforest with the perks of staying at an all inclusive resort with a much shorter travel time, which was such a win-win for us. Brianna also helped us book with Sandals and helped us do a split stay, so we were able to stay in our budget but were also able to spend several days in a private villa with a pool in absolute luxury. She also managed to get us a candle light dinner on the beach as well as spa credits for a much needed massage once we got there. We absolutely recommend Brianna for help with your honeymoon or your destination wedding, as I know our friends are also having a great experience with her as well.
