ant, restaurant, hotels) she had so many detailed insights that made our decision-making so easy. Her timelines and reminders kept us on track to make sure everything was booked and completed on time. When our top choices for officiant were unavailable on our wedding date, Wendee herself stepped in and prepared a beautiful ceremony that was exactly what we had been hoping for.
On the day of our wedding, our onsite coordinator, Celine, kept everything on track, made great recommendations, and was so friendly and kind to us and our families. Our photographer, Andrea Flanagan, took photos that made the wedding album of our dreams. She was great with the children and has given us the ability to go back and remember every precious moment of our wedding day.
Anyone who wants to have a small, intimate wedding in Colorado should reach out to Wendee. She has the skills and knows the right people to make anyone’s day special, memorable, affordable, and perfect.

We had the MOST LOVELY wedding we could have imagined thanks to Wendee and her extraordinary team at Custom Weddings of Colorado.
We are local to Colorado and wanted to host the...
wedding at our home. The idea of hiring a professional was very appealing because our lives are pretty full without the added element of planning a major event... Working with Custom Weddings of Colorado was invaluable in creating the wedding we wanted without the stress of trying to do everything ourselves.
Our timeline was about 6-7 months. From the beginning, Wendee provided all the information about how the process would go, which immediately put our minds at ease. Throughout the months that followed we received custom tailored communications including helpful hints and reminders to keep us on track, ideas and suggestions for day of timelines and flow, answers to our many questions and questions to clarify what we wanted. She asked for ideas and images of how we envisioned our day and on the actual day it was amazing to see how well our ideas were reflected!
Wendee and her team took care of the flowers, cake, on-site coordination, photographer and officiant. Celine, the on-sight coordinator and Jeanine (Jeanine Thurston Photography) were absolutely professional and really fun to work with. Rev Chris Mohr provided a beautiful ceremony. And the flowers and cakes (provided by Stefanie Hofmeister Design and La Patisserie Francaise respectively) were simply stunning.
On our wedding day, my fiancé and I were able to focus on each other and soak it all in knowing that everything was taken care of….and that feeling was truly priceless.

We had Celine as our on-site coordinator as well and she also went above and beyond! Handling every little detail and aspect the day before and day of. Thank you Custom Weddings of Colorado for making my little mountain wedding dream come true!
I could not be more thankful for Wendee and Celine. This whole process was worth every penny we spent. re doing and reach out to Wendee. If I could give 500 stars I would. Wendee and her team made the entire wedding process not only easy and relatively stress-free BUT the 'day of' exceeded my expectations. The onsite coordinator, Celine, handled anything and everything throughout the day and made sure that every detail was perfect. She helped fluff out my dress, made sure small details were shown for pictures, corralled my family, helped the photographer with different shots, and was just the most accommodating, professional person when it came to making our day perfect.
Wendee managed to get our version of a perfect wedding done in 6 months. Throughout the process, she stayed in constant communication and gave recommendations for anything we needed. For each step, she provided a list of vendors she works with and we were able to pick the ones that we thought would be best for our wedding. I loved that we still had input and were able to customize things to match our personalities. I will post this review on every wedding site in hopes that it finds the person who needs to see this and helps them relax because they will be in good hands!
Going through Custom Weddings of Colorado was probably the second-best decision behind deciding to get married!

n the Colorado mountains and Wendee and her team seemed like it would be a great fit! We loved that they offered a package deal including a photographer, officiant (both of which you choose from a list to fit your vibe), a bouquet and boutonniere (from a local florist), wedding cake (from a local bakery), and a day-of wedding coordinator. This helped to streamline everything and made decision-making easier. Our photographer, Kathryn Kim, was so sweet and easy to work with, and the preview-photos that she recently sent us are beyond gorgeous! Our officiant, Leslie Ross, did a phenomenal job personalizing our ceremony and making it so unique. We received so many compliments from our guests about what an amazing job Leslie did! Celine, our on-site/day-of coordinator, did an amazing job on our wedding day, making sure everything ran smoothly. And Wendee was able to help us add on some greenery and florals from the florist, coordinate our unique wedding cake with the baker, and customize our wedding day to how we envisioned it! pick the location, officiant, photographer, everything! And I can't thank our wedding day coordinator, Celine, enough for making sure the day went smoothly. Celine made sure that everything was in place and any little extras we needed, she had. Even when we were doing our pictures, she noticed a little waterfall near our location and suggested we do some pictures there. We had gotten engaged in front of a waterfall so to a have a wedding day picture a year later in front of one was perfect. If you're planning to elope to Colorado, this is the way to go!

en their coordinator that day. She was so nice and knew exactly what she was doing. They raved on about how amazing she was we decided why not! I always thought that I would have been a big wedding girl but once we saw how intimate the wedding was, we decided right there that's how we wanted to spend our wedding day. Wendee ended up being our coordinator as well, so it was a nice reunion getting to see her a year later. I never was once stressed the day of our wedding. She made sure we had a backup plan if it rained during the ceremony (which it didn't thank goodness). She planned it just right that we moved up the ceremony by a half hour and missed the rain totally. She had such a detailed agenda made for me for every hour which gave us the wiggle room we needed. It was also nice to see and have a schedule made coming from someone who loves agendas and lists. They have an extensive list of photographers to choose from which I felt like I couldn’t go wrong with any of them. She gave us a wide variety of options when it came to food, whether it was a restaurant from inexpensive to expensive depending how comfortable on your budget you wanted to spend. To a list of at home personal chiefs. She helped by giving us a list of everything we needed, like makeup and hair artist recommendations, to even giving a list of lodging in the area. I am 100% glad that we went with them for our wedding day. Thank you again for making our day perfect.

The day of coordinator, Kait, was amazing as well. I was worried what it would be like working with someone I had just met on such a big day, but she was so friendly and pleasant that she seemed to belong in our party. She did a great job setting up the cake and flowers, and did a perfect job with everything throughout the day.
I can't thank Wendee and her crew enough. Thank you so much for making our important day everything we could have hoped for. It was beautiful, and she made it the most stress free experience I could imagine!!

Kait helped with coordinating the ceremony, taking photos, fluffing my dress, corralling guests, and held my bouquet during the whole photo session (when I couldn’t hold it). I would recommend Wendee & her team to anybody looking to have an intimate destination wedding/elopement in Colorado.

Wendee at Custom Weddings of Colorado is incredible! She coordinated our intimate destination wedding in Rocky Mountain National Park and made the entire process seem so effortless...
. Every detail is thought of, and the entire day was customized to what we wanted. We were able to choose our officiant and photographer from a list of options, and it was great to know that she had personally vetted everyone and we didn't have to worry about picking a lousy vendor. Plus we didn't have to juggle multiple vendor relationships - I talked to Wendee, and Wendee managed everything else. The only thing she didn't plan was our trip logistics (flights, hotels, rental car) and our post-ceremony dinner - but she was happy to give recommendations on everything. From the wedding day timeline to where and when to get our marriage license, Wendee addressed every detail and made sure we didn't miss anything. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we loved not having to worry about all the little details. Thank you Wendee!
I was so nervous having a destination wedding 500 miles away, but Wendee made the process so easy with her intimate weddings package. She took my ideas from my Pinterest board and ...
