Customized Catering

Rico loves to cook and it definitely shows in his food. We received his name as a recommended caterer for our venue. We decided to meet with him and we are extremely happy that we did. Out of all the caterers we tried Rico was definitely unique. He basis the menu on what you want and not a set list of items. From the start it was a different experience than what we had with others. Instead of showing us his menus he asked us questions about what we would want to eat. From there he made a couple sample menus for us and gave us pricing. His pricing was very reasonable especially for the services and food he would be providing. When we went for the tasting we were blown away at how everything he gave us was very good. We decided to book him as soon as we finished the tasting. He was very flexible with us regarding the menu and he also provided coordination the day of as well as the linens and place settings. During the wedding he had everything done the way we had discussed. His staff was very professional and efficient. The food was even better than when we went for the tasting which is ridiculously amazing since he had to make enough for 235 people instead of just 2. My guests were all very impressed with the food and we had absolutely nothing left over to take home. You know it's good when you have guests talking non-stop about it even after the wedding. This is something that I have never seen at any wedding. Typically the food is not memorable in this case it was top notch. Rico and his staff were wonderful and I would highly recommend Customized Catering to anyone.
