g. From the moment we spoke to kait on the phone, we knew she was going to do such an amazing job. She spoke with us and made sure she knew exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. The arch she made us for our ceremony was absolutely stunning and gorgeous, it tied into our venue and theme so great. When we went into the room for our reception I was almost in tears because she brought my vision to life. We had our reception in a wine cave and our sweetheart table was my favorite. She repurposed the florals from our arch onto our sweetheart table and added the lanterns and candles from our ceremony. The table garland we got compliments on all night and it just brought the room to life. Kait is amazing to work with, I will recommend her to all my friends who are brides or just random people I meet. My bridal party bouquet, my bouquet and all other little florals I had, were absolutely perfect and are still beautiful 3 days later! Flower quality is wonderful, colors bright and beautiful. She allows one visit to her studio, where she gives you a actual physical sample of what your centerpieces will look like - which I greatly appreciated. She was very open to my likes/dislikes and suggestions for improvement. I wasn’t able to see my bouquets and boutonnières until the actually wedding day, but they were still gorgeous and looked very much like the reference photos I provided. In short, I really enjoyed working with Susan and her team. She was very patient and easy to talk to, the arrangements were beautiful, and the delivery on the big day was on time & fast. Regardless of what budget you have for your event, would definitely recommend Cut 1 Florals.

Beautiful and affordable! I love floral arranging and I wanted to do some arrangements for the cocktail hour. Not a problem at all. They are just such great people. Vanesa NAILED my floral arrangements of white and green. In fact, all of pictures featured my lush summer bouquet because it was so beautiful and was the perfect accessory to being a bride!! Even my photographer complimented them over and over again when they were first delivered. My chuppah though was the show stopper - just WOW! We had our ceremony on the Hudson River and on a bright summer day. Those white drapes were blowing in the wind and the flowers were simple, drool worthy and straight out of a wedding magazine. It has surpassed anything a Pinterest board - and was probably one of my favorite details to the entire wedding. Vanesa, you’re amazing and so unbelievably talented. Based on all the overwhelming positive reviews here, I knew I had to call her because originally was going to do flowers ourselves but didn't want my mom to be stressed on the day of. At first I was scared because my budget was so small for a wedding of 140 with 10 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen but Vanessa saved me. Her professionalism was amazing! My budget was $1500 or less and she said she was going to include the delivery and set up as part of the whole thing. Whatever you want, she's willing to work in your budget. Just to give you a comparison, for this price, I'm getting delivery/setup (which most places charge extra), 1 bridal bouquet, 10 bridesmaids bouquets, 2 corsages, 13 centerpieces, and 14 boutennieres. When I talk to her on the phone, we talk about my vision for the wedding. She talks about what she CAN do for me and not focus on what cannot be done. When I was out of ideas, she would say "ooohh you know what? I know just the right shade of pink roses for you." She said she was going to email me what she puts together within days so I don't even have to make the long trip to visit in person. Also, they make flowers on demand so everything is guaranteed fresh. She was really nice and our phone conversation she never rushed me and really wanted to get to know our vision for how the flowers should look. I wanted a touch of elegance and she suggested gorgeous white hydrangeas with glass vases. Even though my budget was small and my wedding hasn't even happened yet, I'm writing this review because this place is a WHOLE LEVEL above all other florists. Even my friend who does her own flowers and flowers for other friends would agree. You get the best price here for the best quality. I can't wait to see what magic Vanessa can do on my wedding day! If you're still not convinced, just to give you an idea, here's what OTHER florists said to me: "Even being as frugal as possible, realistically your budget should be around $3,000.00 for everything you need.  No matter what flowers you use, I'm coming up with a total of $3,200.00. " And "With the most affordable/cheapest centerpieces and small size bouquets your budget should be about $ 1,750 before delivery and taxes! Flowers itself will be way more then $1,000...." I'm so glad I chose Cut 1 florals and Vanessa. Such a friendly team who will work with you on your special day, not against your wallet.

They looked so elegant in the venue. Sue even added subtle details (i.e. placing votive candles on the window frames.) We could not have been happier with the final result!!! Another thing that really impressed us and speaks to Sue's character and business acumen was that she took the time to speak to my mom and give advice about flowers that my mom was arranging!
