This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I reached out and connected with Lisa who gave me pricing on a wedding cake. Once I confirmed I wanted to...
book with her, I asked her for tasting options and she went unresponsive for about a week. I found her company and called them directly - left a voicemail and texted the number from her voice message but never heard back. Eventually (a little over week later), Lisa responded and told me she does cup cakes for tasting and she emailed me an invoice. I responded with cupcake flavors and let her know I would feel more comfortable paying the deposit once I had tasted the cake options. The main reason I wanted this is because it was multiple days between her responses so I was fearful she would take my deposit and not deliver the cake. I let her know I was willing to pay separately for the cupcakes for the tasting.
Lisa went silent. She never replied to me with when I could pick up the cup cakes or if deposit was needed or if I could just pay for the cupcakes and then pay the deposit that evening once we confirmed. Then, she canceled the invoice that was sent me and never responded to let me know anything.
Extremely unprofessional and even if the cake is good, no one wants to blindly send money to someone that is so unresponsive.

ged for a family member to pick up the cake and drive it up to the wedding. Lisa arranged to be at the store early in the morning, long before they opened, so that we could pick it up and get it up to Payson before the wedding. We were worried about the travel, but the box it came in kept it very stable, and the team at Cut the Cake helped make sure it was set up in the car perfectly to ensure a smooth delivery. Cut the Cake listened to exactly what we wanted at every step and far exceeded our expectations.
