pleasing' business before and know that there will always be people who are unhappy with service. After meeting Chad and having our tasting, we were happy to choose Cutting Edge for our catering. Not only did Cutting Edge have a great variety of food options that were all delicious, they also went above and beyond helping with many of the small details for us and they assisted with setup and tear down. They helped eliminate all the extra worry of how things were going to flow and get organized in time for the reception to begin. Chad was very patient with us as we navigated our way around planning a wedding. He was very quick and to the point at responding to our e-mails. His invoices were very informative, as they were broken down for each separate cost. The staff that we had at our wedding were also very helpful and friendly! We would highly recommend!

d with Chad mostly and he was wonderful in helping me keep everything in order. Their prices are fair, they give you detailed invoices so you aren't surprised with any hidden charges, and are open to customizing packages for you. They don't force you into picking a preset package. Pretty much every option can be picked by you. They cover everything including the cake and bar service. Their staff was wonderful the day of. They arrived on time, were very courteous, dressed nice, and hard working. The bartenders were quick and kept my guests' drinks filled all night. This caterer is very customer-oriented. When I came in with my final count, Chad ran the numbers and realized it would bring the total price down. At that point I had already paid in full, and without hesitation he advised they would be sending me a check for the difference. There was no pressure to add in any more items so that they could keep that extra money. For that reason alone, I would use them again. I appreciated their integrity. It didn't hurt that their service was excellent and so many of guests complimented that it was the best wedding food they had enjoyed at a wedding reception!

We selected a choice of Chicken Picata, Eggplant Parmesan, and Filet Medallions. All three were excellent. We hosted our wedding at the Rialto Theatre, which only has a staging kitchen, so all food had to be cooked ahead of time and then just staged on-site. Cutting edge assured us that our food would be hot, and sure enough the food was perfect when they served it at the reception.

3 months prior to the big day. The food is great! They have so many options and different packages that I can't even begin to explain. You could do anything from casual to super fancy, for lack of better words. They set up the decorations for us at the venue, they took care of all the table numbers, the table covers, everything. We had an open bar at the wedding and the bartenders were great as well. They were professional and yet very fun-- exactly what you'd want for your guests!!
