ths of the wedding and when updating Jeremy & Jessica to let them know that the reception venue would be changing, without us asking, they immediately began reaching out to venues to help us out which was so unexpected and greatly appreciated. We attended a tasting which was very well-organized and made our selections for both the cocktail hour and dinner. We have guests still raving about the food months later! For cocktail hour, we selected the grilled cheese bites with tomato soup, beef wellington bites (this was especially a big hit), and bruschetta. For dinner, we had the ricotta, herb, & spinach ravioli as a vegetarian option, salmon with a lemon dill beurre blanc sauce, and filet mignon with garlic butter. We also had some guests who were vegan or had allergies and Cutting Edge was able to work with us to accommodate them easily. The sides and starter salad were delicious as well - highly recommend the whipped potatoes as one of your sides! Beyond the food being great, working with the Cutting Edge Catering team was wonderful. Jeremy and Jessica went above and beyond and made us feel like we were taken care of every step of the way. we began working with Jessica, we felt supported and well cared for. She was warm, approachable, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything included in the package. She answered all our questions with patience and helped us tailor the options to exactly what we wanted. Her kindness and responsiveness gave us so much peace of mind during the planning process. On the wedding day, the Platinum Package exceeded our expectations. The food was flavorful, beautifully plated, and truly memorable. Our guests loved every dish, and many of them went out of their way to tell us how impressed they were with the dinner. team was extremely communicative, worked diligently within our budget to build out a menu of delicious food that catered for all our dietary requirements. Jessica was very helpful in arranging a taste testing for us and we knew very quickly that we had made the right choice. Our waiter took time to explain each course, he was friendly and attentive, and worked effortlessly to address our questions and feedback. The high level or service culminated when the chef came out and met with us, answering more of our questions in an engaged and personable way. CEC offered competitive pricing that didn't mean a compromise on the food decisions. They source great quality produce as well that that left us inundated with positive messages from our guests about how delicious all of the food was. On our wedding day, the staff were organized and the flow of service was smooth. Extra care was taken to ensure that my wife and I were catered for, with the staff ensuring we didn't have to think about anything. We also received many compliments on how well the service was the day of our wedding. ntro phone call with Jessica, my husband and I quickly knew they were the team we wanted to go with. She was so helpful from the start, answering all of our questions, and made us feel really comfortable with the services and flexibility they offered. On top of that, their prices are incredibly reasonable. Throughout the coming months, Jessica, Jeremy, and Angel were great about communicating with us. The tasting was one of our favorite memories from being engaged - such a fun experience (in the most gorgeous venue!) and we were all completely blown away by the food. The hardest part was narrowing down what we wanted to include on our menu... Fast forward to the wedding, where the entire staff knocked it out of the park. Our guests raved about the food, service, and presentation, and it was such a relief to know the Cutting Edge team had everything taken care of. One guest even told us they mistakenly assumed a waiter was on our wedding planner's team because he was just that helpful and knowledgeable! Talk about someone going above and beyond at their job. As a wedding planner I work with many different caterers, I rarely get the level of responsiveness as I did with Cutting Edge. Working with Jeremy and Angel has been a blessing during this very stressful time (especially since we live in Florida and we were planning a wedding 3,000 miles away in Los Angeles). Lots of conference calls to make sure everything was in order. These guys are awesome! The food was great and the service was amazing! Up to the day of my wedding jessica made me feel at ease with all of the efficient emails she had been sending me that when the day of the wedding came I felt 100 percent confident that they would perfect the day! My family does our own catering events so it was so important we found someone who met our standards which Cutting Edge Catering did and actually completely exceeded my expectations. The wait staff were incredible and very attentive to every guest. If anyone left hungry it was their own fault. If you want a vendor who pays attention to every detail, offers fabulous food, and goes the extra mile you have found them!

was located at a venue and other couples were there as well. We were able to bring our families and the food was phenomenal. For cocktail hour we opted for beef Wellington bites, Mac n cheese balls & coconut shrimp. For the maim course we did a mixed berry salad with a delicious vinaigrette dressing, lemon herb roasted chicken & tri tip, rosemary Parmesan roasted potatoes & asparagus. They also cater to all your needs! We had a handful of kids & 2 vegetarians. Got no extra charge, they swapped out those meals for me. For dessert we did an ice cream sundae bar & it was a HIT. Everyone RAVED about the food. The 2 most important things that make a wedding in my opinion are your food & music & cutting edge knocked it out of the park! I have nothing but great things to say about them! I would recommend them 1000xs over & hope to use them for other events in the future someday

o the knot and wedding wire to submit the request. I also started a Yelp project looking for caterers. I had a few responses back but was very confused by the set up of the menu and pricing. I found Cutting Edge Catering on the knot and decided to inquire on the phone. Jeremy - the owner answers and to my luck they were available on the day we needed. Yaay. We looked through their Yelp/knot/google reviews and based on their high caliber of review, we decided that they were the one. I submitted the catering request on their website and Jeremy responded a few days later with the price quote. It took him several days to respond back to my via email, most likely because they were so busy. I then spoke with Angel on the week before our event and she was awesome! She quickly and efficiently answered all of my questions and got back to me very quickly when she didn’t immediately have an answer. They arrived on the day of the event with three trucks filled with equipment, food, table settings, furniture, and linens. They cooked everything on site and were extremely organized and tidy in the way that they prepared and set up. The appetizer service began at 6pm sharp as we discussed. They were extremely flexible and accommodating any time we needed to make a change. Their servers were personable and friendly. One of them even helped us to place the center pieces on the table even though that wasn’t a part of the service that they were hired to complete. The hors’deuvres were absolutely delicious. The prime rib was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. The bartender was professional and happy to serve. Claudine -one of their servers was my favorite. Angel was there every step of the way. We ended the event at 10p and they were out by 11. Their price point is not the cheapest that we found, but the value that they provided, the service, and the food quality significantly exceeds the cost by far! OMG I can’t say enough about how amazing everything was. I would definitely book them again :)

ike we were working with a friend rather than a vendor. He handled my THOUSANDS of questions and emails with such grace and patience and eased my mind at every turn. The food was absolutely fantastic - cooked perfectly, delicious and served by professionals for our 180 person wedding. I cannot recommend them enough - I am forever indebted to them for pulling off such a fantastic event.

mpany based on their reviews; contacted them right away and was very impressed that the owner called me directly! Jeremy listened to my needs and concerns and addressed them accordingly. I was then invited to a tasting - which was so much more than I would have ever expected. All the food was so good that it was hard to choose what we would serve at my daughters wedding. I knew right then and there that I wanted Cutting Edge to cater my daughters wedding and contracted them on the spot. From that point forward Jeremy was overly accommodating, and yes, I AM "that client"; calling him several times throughout the months leading up to the wedding and even more text messages. I was hosting the wedding (approx 160 guests) at my home and needed a lot of help and guidance which Jeremy gladly provided for me. He not only recommend rental companies, he played the middle man by contacting several of them and sending me their quotes. He also got me in contact with a wedding coordinator, who also knocked my socks off! They visited the wedding site several times leading up to the wedding to go over all the details and set up for the big day, putting my mind at ease. The wedding day was AMAZING! Jeremy and his crew were unbelievable from start to finish and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS. The meats were cooked perfectly, the side dishes lived up to my expectations and all the food was HOT! The staff at Cutting Edge were professional, friendly and hard working. I not only give them my highest recommendation, I will gladly speak to anyone that wants more details - because I could go on for hours. FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS!!! the weather was pretty fresh. I am so thankful to Jeremy for bringing us the canopies les then in an hour. I should say that he didn’t even think, he went to bay the right away. Also he was able to bring us outdoor heaters at last moments at no charge. So our guests didn’t get wet and felt cozy. The food is perfect, the team was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, we could not find a venue in that short of time that would allow an outside caterer within our budget. We reached out to Jeremy and he was nothing but kind and understanding about the ordeal. As promised, he refunded us our full deposit without question. It was such a relief and I am so happy with his communication and honesty. Although I did not get the pleasure of working with him on my special day, I have no doubt he will follow through on everything he promises. ommodate our every request! Jeremy and his team went above and beyond at every step of the process and took a genuine interest in helping us get everything just right. From the tasting in Pasadena, to changing our minds about the menu a couple times, to helping secure a tent due to bad weather. When the big day arrived, we were curious to see how everything would actually come together... We went with some passed apps during cocktail hour, the charcuterie platter, the buffet style pasta bar and their signature breadsticks. We also had open bar all night with two signature cocktails. Once again, Cutting Edge exceeded expectations and the food was fresh and delicious. Also, the servers and bartenders were fun, friendly, and stylish. They did such a good job and Jeremy was so great to work with that I really can't recommend them enough!!!

cerns then every so often I would get asked to write a review. I said I would give one star if they didnt stop bothering me but I also did not want to rate a negative review because they couldnt bother to read my concerns. this might work for someone else. my intentions were to not harm their ratings. but the asking of being rated and then reviewing on Google can get a little annoying because with all that asking, they still didnt answer my questions.

One of our guests had a dairy intolerance, that I had not told him about, the kitchen staff whipped her up a custom plate, and ensured every guest was cared for. Cutting Edge Catering is not just another catering company, they are like family to us now.

first requests we made he said "absolutely" and as a result we got pot roast, sides of green bean casserole, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and spiced apples. My only regret is not asking for a to go bag. He also made a delicious cookie bar with milk. Appetizers were adorable too, grilled cheese and mini hot dogs. We also got a martinellis toast and a cappuchino bar that was already in the pavilion space.
