CV Flyte operates out of the beautiful Carson Valley in Minden, NV, and will travel to the greater Reno/Tahoe area. We are now offering two trailers for you to choose from! Our original trailer is a converted 1958 Shasta Air Flyte and is something your guests will talk about for years to come! We now also have an amazing horse trailer bar that fully opens up for your guests! Co-owners Shannon Allen and Kylie Koerner, both native to the Carson Valley, share a deep-rooted connection with this close-knit community. One night, while brainstorming ideas on how to further unite the community, the concept of CV Flyte took flight. Shannon and Kylie are dedicated to providing families and friends with a welcoming space to come together, create lasting memories, and celebrate life's moments. All of our packages include a completely custom menu designed with the newlyweds in mind and the possibilities are endless! They will deliver, setup and serve their beverages from their mobile bar, and even provide event planning to help couples organize the details of their wedding festivities. We have been best friends forever, business partners since 2021, and in 2024 we officially became sisters! Kylie married Shan's brother and Shan likes to remind Kylie daily that she is the best matchmaker on the planet! When you meet us, you will see our bond immediately which is one of the reasons we are so much fun to work with! We take pride in ensuring your event goes off without a hitch and all your guests are hydrated until last call!

Before I even booked, I spoke with Kylie on the phone and immediately got the warm-and-fuzzy reassurance that they understood our vision for the day. I was working with a very tight budget, so I booked their “bartender only” package and purchased my own liquor, mixers, wine, and beer. Kylie and Shannon went above and beyond to help me make sure I had everything I needed, down to the small details. I originally thought only Kylie would be bartending, so I was thrilled when both Kylie and Shannon showed up — such a wonderful surprise! Throughout dinner, they made sure everyone’s glasses stayed full and handled champagne service for our toast seamlessly. They crafted the most delicious spicy margarita (my signature drink!) using only the mixers I provided — no small task — and guests couldn’t stop raving about the old fashioneds they made for my husband’s signature drink. Every drink was made with care, and they were so warm, friendly, and inviting with all of our guests. Truly 10/10. No notes. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

perience. They were very accommodating, and so easy to work with. Prior to the wedding they met with us to do a tasting. We planned the signature drinks and they offered lots of suggestions. The staff were very personable and the drinks were fabulous. There were 180 guests at the wedding venue, and not once was there an issue during the entire afternoon/evening. We heard nothing but praise from the guests who wanted to know how we found such an awesome bar service. The specialty drinks were Margaritas and Old Fashions. CV Flyte nailed the drinks with their own homemade Margarita mix that was so fresh tasting and not too sweet. They added a Huckleberry flavor per our request that was absolutely incredible! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for doing your part to make our daughters wedding a day to remember!
