We booked CW&Co for day-of coordination services. Caroline was our main point of contact and Alexa was our on-site support. Experience went pretty smoothly, but our DJ led most of the reception timeline as Alexa seemed a little green on being an event lead.

We are so thankful we booked Caroline to help us with our special day! She was so professional, communicative, and helpful in answering all of our pre-wedding questions. She made our day go by so smoothly, and we can't thank her enough!

Caroline was an AMAZING Day of Coordinator!! I can’t sing her praises enough. Between helping plan the timeline, answering all of the questions I had throughout the process, and coordinating the rehearsal and everything day of, our wedding wouldn’t have gone off without a hitch like it did. I can not say enough positive things about Caroline. She was so resourceful and positive. She was extremely professional day of and kept everything on track. The day of was stress free and that would not have happened without her. Prior to the wedding she was always responsive and every vendor recommendation she gave was 10/10! She was always available for any advice or questions I had. My best friend already hired her for her wedding next year. She was always around throughout the night and communicated with me with any time updates. It took so much stress off myself and my mom to have her there. I felt like I could enjoy the whole night because I KNEW she had it taken care of. Thank you Caroline!

We hired CW&Co for day-of wedding coordination. Alexa was our coordinator for the day of, and Caroline helped with a lot of behind the scenes planning beforehand. We were extremely pleased with their service. They were both lovely people and so easy to work with. I felt like the service they provided went above and beyond what we were expecting to receive. They made sure we had all of our bases covered leading up to the wedding so that everything ran smoothly. It was so nice to have Alexa there on the day of to work with all of our vendors and tell everyone where they needed to be and when. It took so much stress off of us to not have to worry about that and just focus on enjoying our day. I strongly recommend using CW&Co if you want to relax and enjoy your wedding day!!

Caroline is AMAZING!! We hired her to be our day of coordinator for our wedding in August! This was easily our best wedding decision! She kept us organized, prepared and sane during the wedding planning process. Caroline is very personable and truly wants to make your day the best day ever! I would recommend Caroline as a MUST for your wedding planning needs :)

I love Caroline- she is so on top of everything and in control yet gives off the most chill and laidback vibe. We hired her for day-of coordination but she goes above and beyond that, with multiple meetings beforehand and being available for questions and planning help any time. On wedding day, she was in constant communication with me all day and made sure I was never made aware of any stressors or issues. She was there to help from set up, throughout the entire day, and through tear down and clean up. She helped keep everything on schedule and I literally don’t know how I would’ve survived the day without her. If you’re on the fence about a coordinator…you need to hire Caroline!!

WOW! I cannot say enough positive things about Caroline. We hired her for day of coordination and she went above and beyond EVERY step of the way! From multiple detail meetings beforehand and always being available for random planning questions to picking up my decor the week of and setting everything up, she did everything possible to make the reception go by so smoothly. She was the point of contact for all vendors and deliveries so I had ZERO to worry about on wedding day! I could not have done it without her. If you're at all considering whether or not you need to hire this help, HIRE HER IMMEDIATELY! You won't regret it!

Caroline was a patient and charismatic wedding planner. My husband and I hired her because we were planning our wedding from another state. Caroline made everything easier during and the day of the wedding. I had no worries and everything turned out amazing thanks to her help. Thank you, Caroline!

We used Caroline for day of coordination but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND that. She helped us so much with getting our timeline together and any other little thing we asked! If I didn’t have her the day of I probably would have gone crazy. She took care of everything and there were a few hiccups the day of that she fixed and I didn’t even know anything happened! It was worth every penny to hire Caroline and I could not recommend her enough

Caroline was amazing. So easy to work with and flexible. I had only hired her as a day of coordinator and she really went above and beyond. We had our first meeting and she really helped get things in order. Then we had at least 3 more meetings before the big day. She decorated exactly how I imagined and really understood the vision. I kept telling her over and over I would have paid her more! She is worth every penny and then some. Also, shes just a great person all around. Please hire her. You will not regret it!

Caroline was so incredibly helpful! At one point during our reception, I turned to my husband and said that our wedding and reception wouldn’t have been nearly as great without Caroline and I still fully think that almost a month later. We hired Caroline for day-of coordination but she was so supportive from the day we hired her two months out. She thought of things I wouldn’t have thought of and I appreciated having her to bounce my ideas off of to make sure I was on the right track. There were so many things I noticed during our wedding and reception that were taken care of without me even having to think of them. It was also so nice having her there to coordinate the setup of all of our vendors so that I could fully enjoy getting ready with my bridesmaids. In addition to being knowledgeable and helpful, it was great to have someone who was such a calming presence during what could have been a stressful day. I was on the fence hiring a day-of coordinator and held off for quite a while but I’m so thankful I did!

Caroline is amazing! We hired her as our “day of” coordinator but she was truly there every step of the way. When I came up from the bridal suite on our wedding day, everything was set out perfectly and running smoothly. It was all thanks to her! I seriously didn’t lift a finger, and she was there until the event ended. I could not recommend or thank her enough! Do yourself a favor and book her now!

Wow, Caroline is amazing! From our first meeting to our wedding day she was there every step of the way to help us find vendors, give recommendations, answer questions, help with planning, give expert advice on timeline and decor, and so much more! She is very professional and maintains a positive, calm attitude throughout the whole planning process (and wedding day) which made us feel at ease. Look no further for your wedding coordinator! She is excellent and I will recommend her over and over!

I can't begin to say enough positive things about Caroline and her help with our wedding. If you are looking for someone who is on top of things, extremely friendly/personable and there to make your day seamless.. HIRE HER ASAP. We went with Caroline because she was closer to our age which made me feel like I could have someone around me who was both relatable and understood what I was going for. Regardless of age, she was extremely professional and knowledgable about everything. She made sure we had multiple meetings to touch base on timeline and contacted all my vendors week of to make sure all was well. She was also an enormous help behind the scenes the day of the wedding. Day of I started feeling overwhelmed decorating and came back to a ceremony where everything I had left was perfectly finished and reflected the images I had showed her. I couldn't believe what she had done without me even asking or expressing how I was feeling.. she just jumped in and took care of it for me. Of all my vendors/people to work with she was by far the most responsive and organized (and shut our dj up when he was being beyond obnoxious LOL) Much thanks to making our day stress free!!!!

Caroline was the absolute best! We hired her for day of coordination and she went above & beyond to ensure our day went on without a blip. It was truly amazing and I could relax and enjoy our day knowing I had her help! Would 12/10 recommend and would absolutely hire her again in a heart beat!

I hired Caroline for some pre planning and day of decorating/coordinating for my wedding. I highly recommend hiring her for your big day! She was extremely helpful in assisting me narrow in on decorations that fit my personal style and brought my vision to reality the day of with her AMAZING decorating skills. She provided schedules, to-do lists, and checked in with me often as we got closer to our wedding day. Knowing my event was in her hands kept me excited and relaxed.
