The best decision my daughter made when she began planning her wedding was hiring Caroline and CW & Co. for full-service wedding planning.
I knew she could easily become overwhelmed with all the details, so we encouraged her to hire a planner who would be by her side from the very beginning of the planning process until the very last light was turned off at the reception venue. It was worth every single penny.
Caroline is incredibly knowledgeable and has relationships with reliable, trusted vendors. She does the legwork to gather estimates, check availability, and help bring all the details together. I cannot stress enough that even if you think you will think of everything yourself—you won't! Caroline has seen it all. She knows what you will need, what you may want, and most importantly, how to handle all the details that come with planning a wedding.
As the mother of the bride, the peace of mind Caroline gave me was priceless.
After the wedding, everyone told us how much fun they had and how absolutely flawless everything seemed.

We cannot recommend Caroline and CW & Co. enough! We hired Caroline for full-service planning about a year and a half before our wedding, and from the very beginning, she made the entire process feel so much less overwhelming.
She immediately took so much of the stress off our plates. From finding and coordinating venue tours, recommending incredible vendors she's had experience with, and helping bring all of my (often chaotic) ideas together, she kept everything organized and moving forward. Every meeting with her left me feeling calmer (to my husband's relief) and more excited about the wedding. She is so easy to talk to and work with that it genuinely felt like meeting with an old friend every time.
Caroline is incredibly calm, organized, knowledgeable, and experienced. We trusted her implicitly every step of the way, and knowing that she had everything under control allowed us to actually enjoy our engagement and wedding planning rather than constantly worrying about what we might be forgetting.
On the wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. She handled every little detail, every question and concern we had, and countless behind-the-scenes things that we didn’t even realize were happening until afterward. She made the entire day feel completely seamless and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every second.

I have always loved a good party. Growing up, I would set up family dinners and events according to the Emily Post book my Grandmother gave me. Little did I know that this would be my future passion. After graduating from Wittenberg University, I moved to Columbus, OH, and dove headfirst into the event planning world. During my eight years here, I have worked at multiple venues and planned or assisted with over 200 weddings! I sincerely enjoy the time spent getting to know my clients and bringing their vision to life. I want to be with you every step of the way to ensure your day is perfect!
